My experience with Plumb and Order was one of the best and easiest plumbing experiences I have had. From the very kind person who answered the phone and setup the appointment, to the two plumbers that came out, everyone was professional, pleasant and they did a fantastic job. We had an aging water heater that we had serviced about a year ago. This spring it stopped working again. After a poor experience with another local company (they didn't even do diagnostics - just stood there and speculated about what might be wrong), we called Plumb & Order. They came out same day and did a quick and easy repair, basically the same thing we had done by someone else last year. We asked for a replacement estimate but thought we might get another 6 months before having to do anything. Nope - two months later it gave up the ghost. Plumb & Order came out next day to do the replacement and get our closet up to code. Both "crews" who came by were friendly, professional, quick, and informative, the work was excellent, and both jobs were affordable. We will definitely use them again!

In reviewing other plumbing companies on yelp we came across this business with five star ratings and provided an estimated range over the phone. We contacted them in the morning and they were here the same day and completed the work in the same day. Cole and Shawn arrived early, were efficient in providing quality work. They clearly explained the issue, explained work needed and it was at a reasonable cost. We were very pleased with their expertise and professionalism. We highly recommend them. Cole and Shawn did excellent work!

Prompt, friendly staff and did exactly what I asked for. Getting the toilet to not leak though required a few trips. I definitely recommend if you're looking to have an old toilet resealed and rebuilt - just replace it.

The service is fantastic, we had an old water heater in one of our rentals that needed to be replaced, and of course, there were other issues as they worked on the project. What I appreciated the most was that everything was communicated ... what was needed, how long it would take and how much it would cost. My tenant was pleased with the service, the crew was great, and I appreciated their professionalism and seamless coordination. Excellent service, enjoyed working with them then and in the future!

We had a sprinkler guy come out to check our systems. There ended up to be a problem with our water pressure and needing parts so we had to call a plumber. Plumb and Order came out the same day I called them and they were able to fix everything same day! The guys who came out were very knowledgeable and nice to talk to. This company is great at communicating and getting the job done efficiently and skillfully. They helped me solve a few plumbing mysteries under my 1964 slab foundation house that other companies either didn't want to deal with or just quoted high estimates without really taking a look. I also appreciated that the same fellow who performed the initial inspection came back to complete the work (along with a partner). I'm about to contact Plumb & Order again for another project and have recommended them to friends.

Plumb and Order is in my opinion a very reputable and honest plumbing service. I had a leak located inside my kitchen wall that leaked outside my home. The leak was hard to locate initially as the builder and/or former homeowners left a disconnected pipe that became a problem once we bought a fridge with water line. Plumbing and order was diligent in diagnosing the problem and haven't had an issue since. I highly recommend them.
