Showed up on time and wore masks which was greatly appreciated! Thought we had a major problem with our garbage disposal only to find out it just needed reset. They reset it and everything worked great. Just charged us the $75 service fee. They were easy to get a hold of and were able to come out next day. Would gladly use them again.

They were great from start to finish. Messaged them on a Sunday night. They responded that night saying that they'd contact me in the morning since it wasn't an emergency. They called and got someone to come out later that day to snaked the kitchen drain and replaced the fittings (previous owner used flex fittings which is awful) then they replaced the cartridge in the bathtub faucet so we can finally control the temperature. Very professional and courteous. Our #1 call for plumbing issues (God forbid lol)

I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process).

Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience.

Seriously, this is the real deal.

Absolutely stellar service. The water heater I bought from a big box store was missing an important but hard to find part. these guys tracked one down and got my hot water back on in the wake of the big '21 freeze when plumbing parts were in short supply.

UPDATE: Owner calls me over 6 different phone numbers harassing me because I wrote a review. First, Its America and I can write a review about the service I received. Second , you quoted me $250 per toilet install which is ridiculous. Plumb & Order is a unprofessional company harassing me. Beware. Who can trust this type of behavior?


Called this morning and the guy that answers the phone told me he installs toilets for $250 each. I said wait but my toilet cost less than that! What a rip off. I don't recommend Plumb & Order for the mere fact that their customer service stinks and they are not correctly priced for their services. Beware.

My disposal had started leaking after starting to not work as well, I knew it needed to be replaced. Plumb and order had great reviews... almost too good? But it turns out they are well deserved. Cole and his assistant showed up on time, at first I thought I hadn't gotten a warning from their dispatch but upon review I had gotten a text that I hadn't noticed. They were in and out in 30-40min, they wore shoe coverings, and face coverings and were very professional! I had to keep my pitbull out with me since he doesn't do well being crated, they both were super friendly towards him. Great service! Will absolutely use again!
