I've tried A LOT of plumbers in Austin, and by and large, my experiences have not been very positive. Some radically overcharged ($450 to reset a toilet???). Some were tremendously flakey (no show, no call). And some misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes multiple times (wracking up HUGE bills in the process).

Kirk from Plumb and Order is, without a doubt, the best plumber I've worked with, out of the 5-6 that I've tried. Showed up when he said, could schedule me in within a reasonable time frame, replied to messages, fixed the problem (even problems caused by other plumbers), and charged a totally fair rate. Even the woman who does the scheduling was great to work with. From top to bottom, a positive experience.

Seriously, this is the real deal.

Absolutely stellar service. The water heater I bought from a big box store was missing an important but hard to find part. these guys tracked one down and got my hot water back on in the wake of the big '21 freeze when plumbing parts were in short supply.
Cannot recommend them enough, 5 stars.

Awesome to work with. Answered all questions promptly. Explained the possible issue. Fixed our issue By adjusting water pressure and explainlong what could have happened. Straightforward simple and just plain awesome. Use these guys.

UPDATE: Owner calls me over 6 different phone numbers harassing me because I wrote a review. First, Its America and I can write a review about the service I received. Second , you quoted me $250 per toilet install which is ridiculous. Plumb & Order is a unprofessional company harassing me. Beware. Who can trust this type of behavior?


Called this morning and the guy that answers the phone told me he installs toilets for $250 each. I said wait but my toilet cost less than that! What a rip off. I don't recommend Plumb & Order for the mere fact that their customer service stinks and they are not correctly priced for their services. Beware.

My disposal had started leaking after starting to not work as well, I knew it needed to be replaced. Plumb and order had great reviews... almost too good? But it turns out they are well deserved. Cole and his assistant showed up on time, at first I thought I hadn't gotten a warning from their dispatch but upon review I had gotten a text that I hadn't noticed. They were in and out in 30-40min, they wore shoe coverings, and face coverings and were very professional! I had to keep my pitbull out with me since he doesn't do well being crated, they both were super friendly towards him. Great service! Will absolutely use again!

What an awesome customer service, I can't thank everyone enough. Meghan, was so nice and helpful to begin with, she made the whole process and communication seamless. Wyatt, was the guy who helped us and he was so awesome and made sure everything was done to perfection.
They accommodated us last minute, for which I am so grateful for and we are in altogether different state, still they had the patience and handled everything very professionally.

Definitely for any of our future needs will be reaching out to them. And certainly recommend this company. Keep up the awesome work!!

Came over just a few days after our call. They were prompt, on time, reasonable, and professional. They also kept the job area very clean while they worked and after they left.

We had a clog in our clean out that backed up into the house. Another big name company came to clean it out. Within a week it was clogged and overflowing again. In comes Plumb & Order! Saved the day. They charged half the big company for the same service and here we are a couple of months later and still no problem! We do have a cracked pipe and when it comes time to repair we are definitely going with Plumb & Order. The estimate was mind blowing! Great service and great price!! What more could you ask for?!?!

The Plumb and Order crew showed up on a Sunday to stop a leak coming up from the slab. They were quick to diagnose and got the leak isolated.

Then we scheduled a day to come out and reroute. They explained everything as they went, did a good job, and we're professionals.

And you've got to admit, they have a cook name.
