This is a great small company that is nimble, reasonably priced with excellent skilled and intelligent labor. Tony and Connor were amazing. They had to replace an attic gas hot water heater that was located BEHIND the HVAC in 100 degree weather. They managed to get the old one out and the new one in without a single drop spilled anywhere and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They even had to remove (and replace) trim around my attic opening which was a bit too small. Did I mention the very reasonable prices? I'll consider Plumb & Order my go-to for all my daily future plumbing needs. You guys rock!

My water heater went out unexpectedly this afternoon, and I called my plumber who was unable to assist as he was working alone today. He recommended Plumb and Order to me, saying that he used to work for them and rated them highly. I called them, and they came out promptly, evaluated the situation, and we agreed to replace my water heater. They had to go pick up the new water heater, and returned quickly and got to work. By 5 pm they were done, and had performed an excellent, clean installation of the new water heater. Tony and Connor were friendly and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Plumb and Order, and Tony and Connor to anyone for plumbing repair.

Everyone who works here is so nice and friendly! They have come out to my house for multiple things-from installing a new hot water heater to unclogging a sink. I was cleaning my bathroom one night and accidentally knocked a small bottle down the toilet. Tried to get it out myself with no luck. I messaged Plumb & Order around midnight and heard back from them in the morning. By the afternoon they'd come out and fixed it for me. Great folks and very responsive.
