This company is great at communicating and getting the job done efficiently and skillfully. They helped me solve a few plumbing mysteries under my 1964 slab foundation house that other companies either didn't want to deal with or just quoted high estimates without really taking a look. I also appreciated that the same fellow who performed the initial inspection came back to complete the work (along with a partner). I'm about to contact Plumb & Order again for another project and have recommended them to friends.

Plumb and Order is in my opinion a very reputable and honest plumbing service. I had a leak located inside my kitchen wall that leaked outside my home. The leak was hard to locate initially as the builder and/or former homeowners left a disconnected pipe that became a problem once we bought a fridge with water line. Plumbing and order was diligent in diagnosing the problem and haven't had an issue since. I highly recommend them.

We hired Plumb & Order to perform a standard hot water heater flush after a few years of neglect due to black deposits forming in our tubs. The technician informed us that the deposits were from the heater and that replacement was needed. We knew this was a likely cause based on age and the sub-par reputation of the heater brand (Eff Bradford White). We agreed to the replacement. They were able to accommodate the replacement that day. Note that our heater is in the attic which required removing the attic ladder and trim. Were they the cheapest? Probably not. However, they knocked it out in way day and I cannot tell that the attic ladder nor trim were disturbed.
Fast forward a couple of months. I'm out of town for work and my wife discovers a slab leak on a weekend. She calls Plumb & Order based on our previous positive interaction. They get us lined up for an early Monday morning appointment and immediately bypassed the slab leak. In addition, they set us up with a company to perform the water mitigation that subsequently is performing the repairs from the slab leak. Overall we had an excellent experience with Plumb & Order and they will be first on our list for plumbing needs from here on out.

Not gonna lie, when I realized I had a leak in my master shower, I remembered seeing a van on MoPac with this name blazoned on the side, and I'm a Law& Order fan..... But happy I called them. They came out the next day, on time, and they were fast and clean workers. While they were here they also resolved my slow-draining kitchen sink. Win!!! Thanks Tony.

Our 18-year-old conventional gas water heater was finally giving out, so we called Plumb & Order to on a Monday to talk about getting it looked at and possibly replaced. They sent a technician out that Wednesday morning who patiently answered all of our questions and quoted us on a repair and a replacement. After calling a few other local places, Plumb & Order had the best rate and one of the best brands, so we booked them for the replacement that same afternoon, and their crew was done within a couple hours. It's amazing how quickly we were able to get everything done, and they offer a 5-year warranty on parts and labor too. Highly recommended!

I needed a plumber to replace my pressure regulator valve, and Plumb & Order was able to send Wyatt right away. He was pleasant, professional, and very knowledgeable. Several things around the house work much better than before his visit, including a few I didn't even realize had room for improvement. Would definitely recommend him and this company!

My refrigerator water valve was broken, Plumber&Order identified the problem and replaced the valve. They showed up on time and wear shoe protector. The work is well done.
But their charge is kind of expansive. For about half hour of work and about $5 of part, they charged me $225.

We had a contract to sale our home. The sprayer did not work at the kitchen sink. After the inspection everything was good to go with the buyer but they wanted the sprayer repaired. The kitchen faucet set was expensive so i call Plumb & Order they found the problem and I ordered the part I needed. As soon as part arrived i contacted them and the same plumber came out and installed the part. I did not have to replace the entire unit and it all matched. Our home closed and the new buyer was happy and I was very happy with Plumb and Order. Great company with really good people working there.

So not going to lie I called them because of the name . I am a huge law and order fan. That being said they were amazing! We had a few things that needed to be repaired and they fixed them quickly and efficiently and without breaking the bank.

I also requested they wear masks because I had a newborn in my home and in February it was cold and flu season, and they gladly did. They were super professional and the price was perfect! I will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
