Plumbing Shouldn't Cost an arm and a leg this is on their web site it cost me $400 per hour and wanted me to do some of the work I turned the valve back on he showed me but no water ....and what a bad job filling up the hole ..well did show up to find out another valve was off

I've used plumb medic a couple times now - One for a small water heater repair and another for the repair of a sewer line. Cameron and his team have been absolutely fantastic. The responsiveness, honesty, professionalism, and overall quality of work are top notch. Cameron is the most knowledgeable plumber I've come across and makes you feel confident you are in good hands. For the sewer line, he was quick to diagnose the problem and recommend remediation steps until the problem could be fixed. He got his team ready in less than two days to come out and fix the issue, which involved digging to the sewer tap, removing tree roots from the line, and correctly installing a new PVC pipe. The team was very hardworking and was careful to avoid surrounding utility lines. Cameron documented every step of the process and kept me informed during the whole repair. They were able to complete the work in a few hours. I'm a young, first time home buyer and Cameron was empathetic of my situation and did what he could to help me out. Great experience with Cameron from Plumb Medic today. Had him install a Phyn Plus leak detection system. He showed up right on time and got the job done in less than half the time the manufacturer said installation should take. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and also looked into an unrelated issue I was having with my hot water expansion tank, explaining what was happening there and what would need to be done to fix it. He put on boot covers before coming into my house and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. Will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Very conscientious and knowledgeable, I am so glad that we chose Cameron to do our basement remodel plumbing. We had him install a sink previously in our laundry room. We had a major issue where our sewer line was backed up and we couldn't use any water in our house. Cameron was awesome and got us scheduled very quickly to have the pipe under our driveway repaired. The team showed up on time and did the job quickly and re-enforced the repair area with concrete. The price was also reasonable for such a large job. Great company, highly recommend.
