I had called and left a message on Thursday. He called me and I stated what I needed done. He told me that he would be here between 3:30-6:30. I waited and he never showed nor called. I have never experienced anything like this. Not a great way to run a business especially if it is yours. Would not recommend.

I could have left this review a year ago - and here I am FOUR major plumbing services later reviewing this company. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Cain came out first on a Saturday to fix a main pipe that had experienced root intrusion. I had water backing up into my home! Had only been in it over a month. Then the owner Cameron came out and replaced 2 toilets ( which had been installed very badly - didn't know that could even happen!). Then came a filtration unit that was Not a standard installation and we just finished up a whole house re-pipe! Yes, our """"new"""" home of 18 months is feeling a little like a money pit - but it's to be expected. On to the plumbers - THEY ARE WONDERFUL!! I am Happy to pay for a service which is well done and you will get GREAT service with Cameron and his crews! These guys show up on time ready to work - and they work hard! They are professional and Cameron is a wonderful owner to deal with. Honest, professional, and hard working. His crews are just the same! I have not one complaint with these guys and I have seen them often! If you are searching for a Reliable, Dependable, Professional, and Quality plumbing company - Look No Further. Had a massive water leak under my slab. Plumb Medic came out after locate found the leak. Cain and Erik were on the job until it was completed. They had to drill through an 11"""" slab to get access to the pipes. Unfortunately, once the first leak was fixed a second one was discovered. Some more jack hammering and they were able to get it fixed. Again my situation was on the tougher side but these guys manged it like the pros they are. I will absolutely use Plumb Medic again for future unexpected issues and some corrective issues others could not solve. Responsive, Professional, Transparent.

Great response and service! Cain came out to give me a quote to replace my small double kitchen sink to a larger single sink and was able to stay and install it that day! I now have a workable sink for someone who bakes and cooks! I would trust them to fix anything plumbing related. He ran into some difficulties but knew what to do. Thank you! Grateful I discovered Plumb Medic! (Death, taxes, and plumbing, ya know?!) My first encounter involved a leaky pipe and a rocking toilet. Cameron swiftly repaired the pipe, leaving the area nice and clean. Re the toilet, which the installing plumber said they'd charge me to repair, Cameron gave me the contact info for the supervisor of the plumbing company that installed the toilet and encouraged me to call, telling the supervisor that Cameron referred me. That did it - my toilet was quickly repaired at no cost to me. This past week, an increase in my water bill revealed a likely leak, so I called Plumb Medic. Cain arrived at my door, investigated the situation, graciously listened to me, answered my questions, and advised me toward the most prudent solution. He and his partner, Eric, were great! Many thanks to Plumb Medic! everyone was very helpful, they showed up on time and were very professional. Thank you Cameron and Cain! I highly recommend Plumb Medic Responsive, skilled, hard working, honest. They took care of a difficult problem in an older house. Oh my goodness, Plumb Medic saved our buns and our house! Thank you Cameron and Corey!! Right before we moved into our new home, our basement flooded twice. The first time we thought it was the water heater so they drove two hours in traffic to pick up a new water heater for us. It turned out to be a complete main sewer blockage due to previous owner neglect. They stayed with us until 11 o'clock at night to clear the obstruction, just enough for us to use sinks and bathrooms for a couple of days. They did warn us it was a temporary fix and we might have a larger problem. Three days later, we were having the house cleaned on a Friday to move in on Saturday, and it flooded much much worse. Cameron & Corey came back out with a GPS and found where the line was blocked. They told us we would have to dig up the concrete in the back and replace a section of pipe underneath our patio. Long story short, Cameron was 100% correct and he came back to do the work a few days later. The entire time he works his phone blows up with people needing his help. He's an expert at his craft and a straight shooter. Really good dudes, work late hours and put customers first. Plumb Medic will forever be my number one plumber! When is calling a plumbing service ever an enjoyable experience? With Cameron and his team at the Plumb Medic it was. He will put your mind at ease because he says what needs to be done and does it! Professional, concise, and up front with identifying the problem to resolution. Without question, highly recommended! ETA: I have revised my rating after Cameron's nice reply to my post below. My husband contacted Cameron and he was very apologetic about what happened while he was on vacation. He personally came to our house, diagnosed the problem, and returned another day to fix the problem. We would definitely use them again. *************************************************************** I am so disappointed in Plumb Medic. We had used them before and were very happy and gave a good review. This time, however, we were given an appointment time of 12 - 4 on 12/30/22 to check on a problem with our water heater. When no one showed up by 5:30 pm, my husband called and talked with someone in the office. He told my husband that there had been an emergency but it looked like Cameron was on the way. No one ever showed or even called to tell us they were not coming. My husband called the next morning (12/31/22) and was given the run around and bascially was told the plumbers were """"on vacation today."""" The person he talked to gave some excuses about two emergencies yesterday but couldn't explain why we were not contacted and rescheduled.

We had an aged hot water heater and a broken PRV. I also wanted to get some kind of recirculation system, because in the original construction of our house, the kitchen sink is apparently the furthest distanced faucet from the hot water coming into the house. The kithchen sink would take around 2-3 minutes of running on hot to really start warming up. Plumb-Medic was the only business that did not charge a fee to come onsite and provide an estimate (rare these days). They also quoted fairly and much lower than others. They did the job professionally and respectfully, and we have zero complaints. The kitchen sink is hot within seconds, not minutes, and everything so far is humming along as it should. Will be keeping their digits in my phone for any future needs.

Called Plumb Medic for a water heater valve replacement. I already had another plumber come out twice but they kept telling me Rheem sent an incomplete assembly. Rheem swears they didn't. I was on day 7 without hot water. Called Plumb Medic and Cain came out same day, at 8pm to get it fixed. Knowledgeable technician and great customer service when you call. Final cost was cheaper than quote from the other plumber. I would definitely use them again.
