Had a massive water leak under my slab. Plumb Medic came out after locate found the leak. Cain and Erik were on the job until it was completed. They had to drill through an 11"""" slab to get access to the pipes. Unfortunately, once the first leak was fixed a second one was discovered. Some more jack hammering and they were able to get it fixed. Again my situation was on the tougher side but these guys manged it like the pros they are. I will absolutely use Plumb Medic again for future unexpected issues and some corrective issues others could not solve. Responsive, Professional, Transparent.

Our toilet randomly started overflowing on evening when my husband was washing dishes in the kitchen. We tried to plunge it and realized we had a bigger problem on our hands...Our daughter flushed the toilet upstairs and it came out of the downstairs toilet! We quickly found Plump Medic online and noticed their great reviews. Cameron and Jesse came out the next morning and were able to narrow down the issue, give an estimate, and line up a tractor and crew to return the following day for the big dig. Cameron and his crew of 3 guys had to break our sidewalk, dig up our sewer line and pinpoint the location of a grease clog in a 4"""" pipe. They replaced the pipe, replanted our landscaping to our approval, and were on their way in 5 hour time span. The best plumbers we've ever dealt with! If you have a tough plumbing issue, these are your guys!

Woke up Sunday morning to water leaking from somewhere near the foundation. I reached out to Plumb Medic and they knew right away what it was. EXTREMELY FAST response time!!! We requested a quote at 10:43 PM and were surprised to hear back within minutes. Cameron, the plumb medic, was at our house early the next morning. He was professional and got right down to business solving our main water line issue. He quickly knew what was causing the leak and fixed it immediately. Oh and to top it all off their pricing was lower than we expected!!! I would highly reccommend using the Plumb Medic for your plumbing issues. We will forever call them first!

Came to my house within an hour of talking to them on the phone. Assessed the issue, gave me 2 options for fixing it, and were back to my house the next day to do the work. They charged me a fair price, and completed the replacement of my water pipe connecting to the City man within a few hours. Oh my goodness, Plumb Medic saved our buns and our house! Thank you Cameron and Corey!! Right before we moved into our new home, our basement flooded twice. The first time we thought it was the water heater so they drove two hours in traffic to pick up a new water heater for us. It turned out to be a complete main sewer blockage due to previous owner neglect. They stayed with us until 11 o'clock at night to clear the obstruction, just enough for us to use sinks and bathrooms for a couple of days. They did warn us it was a temporary fix and we might have a larger problem. Three days later, we were having the house cleaned on a Friday to move in on Saturday, and it flooded much much worse. Cameron & Corey came back out with a GPS and found where the line was blocked. They told us we would have to dig up the concrete in the back and replace a section of pipe underneath our patio. Long story short, Cameron was 100% correct and he came back to do the work a few days later. The entire time he works his phone blows up with people needing his help. He's an expert at his craft and a straight shooter. Really good dudes, work late hours and put customers first. Plumb Medic will forever be my number one plumber!
