Really impressed with Plumb Masters. Graham showed up promptly and was super professional and efficient. My house was built in 1964 and has a cast iron pipe system. The washing machine drain got clogged, he was able to auger it out after diagnosing it within a few minutes. I was recommended by Gilbert at Blue Dragon as they don't tackle this type of issue. Graham was also very helpful in describing how to prevent reoccurrence quite as often (its an old house, it'll happen again).

I had a good experience with Plumb Masters after piercing a neighbor's water line at dusk on a Saturday evening while aerating the soil. Doh. Feeling terrible, I knew I had to bite the bullet and pay someone a lot of money to fix the line that night if at all possible. After trying five companies, I thought I'd have to put my neighbor up into a hotel, but Plumb Masters was the only one to call back with good news -- five minutes after I left a message. Jamie and Jordan got here by about 10:00pm, wearing masks, and promptly got my neighbor online again by cutting out and replacing a foot of underground copper pipe. I knew I would pay the extra weekend fee, but it was not exorbitant, especially considering the time of night. I was afraid they would inflate the whole price since I was in no position to bargain. But the price seemed very fair. I'll be using them again.

I had a great experience with Plumb Masters. Graham came out and fixed by backed up bathroom sinks. Graham was really courteous and friendly. He also was very Covid cautious and wore a mask the whole time he was in my house.
He did a thorough job explaining the issues and my options and doing the job. He also cleaned really good when he was done. I'll use Plumb Masters again in the future when needed.

Over the weekend we had a relatively urgent issue with one of the bathroom sinks. We called Plumb Masters and left a message on Sunday afternoon and they called back first thing Monday morning. They were very upfront about the $89 dispatch fee and immediately scheduled a visit.

Graham came by that afternoon and did a fantastic job. He was extremely cautious with COVID-safe procedures - wore a mask, gloves, and even boot covers on his feet and continuously switched them out as he went in and out of the house. Within a few minutes, he easily explained what the issue was and exactly how to fix it and it only took him about 40 minutes finish the job. Graham went above and beyond. After he finished, he ALSO cleaned and disinfected the entire affected area of the bathroom for us.

Plumb Masters were very helpful, prompt, and let us provide contactless payment. Such professional and efficient service, we could not be more thankful to Graham and the team!

Graham showed up and validated my concerns that had been initially ignored by my property manager! Both downstairs toilets in my house need attention and I had lived with the problem for 2 months. After his super professional evaluation, the homeowners problems ended up under warranty. Graham spent a couple hours of his time, allowed my virtual kindergartener to "help" and got my problem solved. My only regret is that he didn't get to do the work because I know it would have been done right! If the warranty clowns botch the job, I'm gonna pay Graham myself to come fix... My little helper works for free!

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn't turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I'm so thankful to have found this place!

I had my stopped up drains cleaned out by Graham. He's such a nice guy; gave me tips on how to keep my pipes clean, was wonderful with my 5 month old puppy. He had a mask on the whole time he was here. I will request him if I have a need in the future.
The lady in the office was very nice also. It was a pleasure to deal with this outfit.
