We had a plumbing emergency with a busted pipe and our water got shut off and couldn't get anyone to come out on a Sunday night until we were referred to Mark at plumb masters. Within an hour of calling plumb masters, mark was at our house and an hour later he had diagnosed and fixed our busted pipe. Mark was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Next time I won't waste hours calling around and will just call Plumb Masters. Thanks again Mark!

Called Plumb Masters and scheduled an appointment for someone to come look at a slab leak I was having. Told them I wanted to get a quote on re-routing my plumbing through my attic. Tech was nice but never received a quote for the work. Called the company back and was told the'd send it out but they never did. Went with another company who had great service, prices and follow through. Wouldn't recommend Plumb Masters - don't understand why you'd pay a tech to go to a customers home to bid on a job then never give them a bid.

THE worst scammers I have ever come across! Cody came out at the time window they said he would, it was for a clogged toilet. He was literally at the house no more than 15 min, pulled out 1 paper towel, and then said I would be charged $185.!! Firstly, no one should ever do work without discussing the cost first. Then I had to deal with a totally unprofessional receptionist who chewed me out and cried during the entire call. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! Beware!

These guys are the BEST! They came out quickly and TRAVIS was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly discovered the most likely reason that we were having sewer smells in our home after the plumbers and AV guys were stumped! We would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. So I've got this toilet that wouldnt stop draining and slowly leaking into the basin and I just never got around to fixing it. I knew it had to be switching out all the parts at the top that lets the water flush in. Well, I got tired of it enough to call Plumb Masters and I'm glad I did! They only charged me for the trip and the flapper. It was super cheap and no more annoying toilet! Wish I had done it a long time ago.

Blue Dragon recommended Plumb Masters. Other plumbers told me replacing my trap under slab was going to cost up to $5000 and tear up a lot of my kitchen, so ok, I wanted some new cabinets anyway. I finally scheduled the job and got stood up--thank goodness. Started over with Plumb Masters who did the work for thousands less, including tile and drywall repair(!), and pulled up exactly two square feet of floor! And jackhammered without dust! It's kind of a miracle. A little disappointing, though; now I don't have an excuse to get new cabinets.

Found Plumb Masters on yelp with excellent reviews, they helped with a clogged sink drain and replacing a toilet that turned out to be incorrectly installed from previous contractors work. This team is great - straight up, prompt, and guarantee their work. Keeping them in my contacts for all future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

First time home owner. Two story home. Drilled a hole in the drain pipe coming down from the laundry and guest bathroom drainage.

When I told my friends, they told me "it happens". I thought I was smarter than that. I started calling plumbers, and found Plumb Masters via a recommendation from another company by the name of Blue Dragon that was booked until a month from then. If a plumber recommends another plumber, must be a good pipe network.

Plumb Masters tech came by the next day after I called. Service was prompt. He got here and was courteous. Everything about the service exceeded my expectations as this is my first property, so I don't have much experience. Price was decent. I decided to put up the drywall myself. It's been 1 week and a half, and the hole is still not patched up. My bad.

Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Plumb Masters.

We have hot water thanks these guys! After making an appointment for later in the week, these guys were able to stop by after finishing another appointment nearby. They were very patient and answered all my questions about hot water heaters and what options we had. Very satisfied with their work and would definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.
