I had a great experience with Plumb Masters. Graham came out and fixed by backed up bathroom sinks. Graham was really courteous and friendly. He also was very Covid cautious and wore a mask the whole time he was in my house.
He did a thorough job explaining the issues and my options and doing the job. He also cleaned really good when he was done. I'll use Plumb Masters again in the future when needed.

Over the weekend we had a relatively urgent issue with one of the bathroom sinks. We called Plumb Masters and left a message on Sunday afternoon and they called back first thing Monday morning. They were very upfront about the $89 dispatch fee and immediately scheduled a visit.

Graham came by that afternoon and did a fantastic job. He was extremely cautious with COVID-safe procedures - wore a mask, gloves, and even boot covers on his feet and continuously switched them out as he went in and out of the house. Within a few minutes, he easily explained what the issue was and exactly how to fix it and it only took him about 40 minutes finish the job. Graham went above and beyond. After he finished, he ALSO cleaned and disinfected the entire affected area of the bathroom for us.

Plumb Masters were very helpful, prompt, and let us provide contactless payment. Such professional and efficient service, we could not be more thankful to Graham and the team!

Graham showed up and validated my concerns that had been initially ignored by my property manager! Both downstairs toilets in my house need attention and I had lived with the problem for 2 months. After his super professional evaluation, the homeowners problems ended up under warranty. Graham spent a couple hours of his time, allowed my virtual kindergartener to "help" and got my problem solved. My only regret is that he didn't get to do the work because I know it would have been done right! If the warranty clowns botch the job, I'm gonna pay Graham myself to come fix... My little helper works for free!

This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn't turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I'm so thankful to have found this place!

I had my stopped up drains cleaned out by Graham. He's such a nice guy; gave me tips on how to keep my pipes clean, was wonderful with my 5 month old puppy. He had a mask on the whole time he was here. I will request him if I have a need in the future.
The lady in the office was very nice also. It was a pleasure to deal with this outfit.

Our kitchen faucet started dripping. In an attempt to replace it, we found it was rusted. Graham from Plumb Masters came out, spent a *very* long time sawing out the old one and installed our new faucet. Before signing off on his work, he noticed that the soap dispenser wasn't as tight as it could be and spent another several minutes getting that right - without me asking him to. Agree with other reviewers that I felt comfortable from a COVID perspective. All and all, great experience.

We had Plumb Masters replace two toilets. Graham was on time and called in advance of his arrival. He wore a mask the whole time he was inside the house. Graham helped us choose replacement toilets, got them from their warehouse, and replaced both all in about 3 hours. Everything looks and works great! Highly recommend Plumb Masters and Graham.

The positive: Plumb Masters helped us out on a weekend when our water line sprouted a large leak. They set us up with a temporary line until they were able to dig, put the new line in, and get the inspection done.
The bad: It took 3 weeks to get the trench dug, new line put in, pass inspection, and get it backfilled. That meant there was a huge trench next to my driveway with an exposed temporary pipe and a big pile of dirt next to it for over two weeks. They failed the first inspection due to the pressure, and then charged us an additional $1000 on top of the original estimate to change whatever it was that was needed.
My biggest problem, however, is that they claimed to offer a 5% cash discount, which is a pretty big amount for an $8000+ job ($400). When I spoke to someone at the office, however, she claimed that a cash discount meant ACTUAL cash. Not a personal check (so as to avoid a credit card fee, like every other normal business), but actual paper money. They wanted me to go to the bank and get $8000 in cash. No offer for a personal escort or suitcase to carry all that money in. This makes no sense and is bad business, and makes me suspicious of them trying to keep business under the table (or are they laundering money?!). I would likely not use them again because of this.
