They charged me $89 to do absolutely nothing. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they responded quickly, and they have nice people on the phone. I requested them out because I live at the bottom of a hill, and my grinder pump alarm was activated. You would think a plumber would bring the appropriate tools to fix such a thing, otherwise they would say they're not capable of completing the job. Instead, they come out, realize they can't access it because they need to pump sewage out. The two employees that came here recommended a guy that can pump it for me, and then they can come back and finish the work at a later time. $89 just to come out here for a total of five minutes and tell me that they can't do the work. Sounds like something they could've told me over the phone instead of sending someone out, and wasting my time and money. They made a quick and easy $89 off of me for a "dispatch" fee. Complete bull. Meanwhile, I can't use the water or toilet until that's completed, I don't think so...

I called Rooter Man Plumbing, and they got out here in an hour. They said they could pump it using a transfer pump to see what was going on. They fixed it in an hour, and left. Should've called them to begin with.

I had to call Plumb Masters twice to handle a couple of issues. The first was a pipe leak due to a high PSI issue that the fixed immediately. The second was with a toilet issue with my two back studios for which Oliver handled the issue and did a great job.

These guys act fast, explain things, and are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Because of my busy schedule I had to cancel 2 appointments with PLUMB MASTERS. It was really a treat to deal with the dispatch personnel. They were courteous and very thoughtful when learning of my cancellations. On both occasions I promised that when my schedule allowed that I would contact PLUMB MASTERS for the work. I was glad I did. Jamie and his partner gave me 30 minutes notification as to their ETA. They arrived promptly and was dressed in protective gear showing their COVID19 awareness. This exemplified that they (PLUMB MASTERS) cared and took matters seriously. The technicians executed the job in a very timely manner and did it right. I would recommend PLUMB MASTERS 100 % to anyone I know that's in need of plumbing services. I

We had Plumb Masters come out to investigate a clog in our main line. They were fast to respond and came out same day. Sean and Graham were fantastic - they quickly fixed the issue at a reasonable price!

Had a main sewer line stoppage needed to be cleared. The technican did talk to me about all the charges and fee and solve the problem. The issue is that within 15 days the same issue occur again. First the fee for this company is way higher than other plumbing company. The service call itself was 175$ and 410$ to clear the main line. I'm now getting quote from other vendor for 85$ service call and 270$ to clear the main sewer line. After it stopped working in 15 days, I called them and they refuse to provide any warrantee for the work. They then told me i would be looking at 1500-2000 to run a camera to look at the root cause or recommending dig up my sewer line to replace it. What the hell. This company is a blood sucking company with huge cost. Don't go with them.

Plumb Masters were out within two hours to clear a blocked drain in our bathroom. They worked swiftly, and unlike many plumbers who leave a mess, they left our bathtub cleaner than when they arrived. Awesome! They were polite, and their fee was fair. We will definitely use them again.

I needed an emergency service on a Sunday for a water main break on my side (was not on the city side unfortunately). I called my usual plumber knowing he was not open or did weekend calls and he referred me to Plumb Masters.
Technician was out within an hour, Jamie, and he did a great job.
Not only did he get us back up and running but he was friendly and personable and didn't mind me hanging around as he dug it out and repaired it.
Also considering it was an emergency weekend service, the rate was higher which they communicated clearly, but still ended up being reasonable.

Great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Jamie and Plumb Masters.
