I had a relatively small plumbing repair but needed service sooner than later. I called Plumb It and reached James. Even though they were busy and don't usually service my area, he kindly extended himself anyway. He showed up on Tuesday as scheduled and identified the problem right away and the repair was made in just a mere 45 minutes. Very polite, and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Plumb It to anyone who wants the security of well trained plumbers who are polite, service oriented and go the extra mile. Also very important to note is that these plumbers are honest and know what they are doing. They have an upright character and are not out to gouge or take advantage of their customers.5 stars for these gents!

After having a really bad experience with Walz Plumbing I was looking for a good plumber. I'm fairly handy but the problem pipe was in a tricky location that only a sideshow freak or a experienced plumber could reach. So after reading several great reviews about Plumb-It I gave them a call. Scott the owner and James came an looked at leaking pipe and agreed that it could be fixed but would require some potential minor cuts in the floor or joist to fix the problem. James returned the next day and was able to not only fix the leaky pipe but didn't have to cut the floor or joist. I have already recommended Plumb-It to several friends and coworkers. Great service and reasonable prices. Step aside Batman and Robin there is a new dynamic duo in town.

As a new homeowner with a major plumbing issue, it was important that I found a reputable plumber. I was referred to Scott M. of Plumb It Inc. by another plumber. I did my research and found great reviews and decided to call him regarding my issue. He was professional prompt and gave me the best course of action to resolve my issue; (a leak from my hot water heater under my concrete slab). He gave me the best estimate out of 3 other plumbers. He explained the procedure and showed me the progress step by step. Now a days, it is difficult to find a dependable, trustworthy contractor. I have now found a plumber for all of my future needs, and would highly recommend him to friends and family

These guys are great. Just used them. Had a sink reconnect along with installation of faucets. Had some issues mid-stream that they were able to tackle (old plumbing). They were in and out in a couple hours. They did all this with after hours notice the day prior. Set up and arrived the next day. Great guys, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I called Scott a week or two ago when my water began sputtering when I turned it on, (from all faucets, showers, toilets, etc.) and when water did eventually come out, it came out white. Scott said that based on what I was describing, it sounded like I had air in my pipes, and suggested that I run the water from all sources for a few minutes at the same time to see if that resolved the problem, rather than charging me to have him come out and do the same thing. Honesty is a hard thing to find in business today, and I was very impressed by the honesty, straightforwardness, and knowledge that Scott showed. Because of this, I will definitely be calling Scott the next time I am in need of a plumber!
