Kyle arrived on time and and did a very good job with replacing toilets in our house. He cleaned everything after his work was done. When he was done with the toilets I asked him to take a look at a pipe behind the dryer that I wanted to replace with a smaller one and I was planning to schedule another visit from him, but Kyle fixed it in no time on the same visit.

Plumb Good Plumbing is an exceptional plumbing outfit! We are retired Professors and it is so difficult these days to find reputable and competent plumbers. We have gone through many incompetent sloppy expensive individuals. We were lucky to get the name of Plum Good Plumbing. Ted Soong is exceptional! He has had many years of experience yet he looks so young. Not only is he a great at diagnosing the problem, but also he quickly fixes it. We had a new Grohe sink put in by another plumber. This new faucet was not working after a day of use. Ted saw right away what the problems were. The previous plumber had not cleared the blocked supply lines or replaced the defective cartridge, or taken out the extra part or replaced the broken washer. Ted even tightened our garbage disposal. He is clean and works with fast efficiency. We would not go to any other plumbing service. He is a true professional!

I was in need of a plumber to repair an outside leak at my house. I have used other plumbers before and have never been satisfied. Hands down - Kyle was the most helpful and the most honest plumber I have ever dealt with.
I have had Water Heater exploded and just recently had to deal with a slab leak which was nightmare .

Ted has been my plumber for a decade. I trust him and know that he does excellent work at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, he's very clean and neat. Recently, he installed a new toilet, repaired the other two toilets and replaced 14 sink/toilet water cables.
