I needed to install a new kitchen faucet. I decided to go with Good Plumb Plumbing company. I called them to get their price for that.
They sad that it will take an hour - hour and a half and will cost me $175. I agreed with the price and the appointment was set up.
The guy who came to do installation spent more than 2 and a half hours. At first he did not install it correctly - the hot water did not flow. So he had to redo the installation. After he finished he said that the valve under the sink does not work and he needs to put the new valve. It is funny that he complained about the valve after he finished the job. How would it be possible to do the job if he could not shut of the valve.
At the end he asked me to pay $363. And I paid it.
After that I called this company and complained that the estimation was twice less than what they requested to pay.
The manager called me and promised to send me a check for $100. But he never did it.
P.S. My son decided to buy the same faucet for his kitchen. He installed it himself and it took him only 20 minutes.
By the way-He is neither a plumber nor a handyman. :)

Shoutout to Kyle the owner of Plumb Good!! He saved our weekend by coming over personally to fix a leak we found last night at 10p. We had to shut off the water to the house. Being without water is not easy and for it to happen on a weekend when your favorite plumber is normally closed would be frustrating. But Kyle responded to my frantic text last night and was out this morning to fix the issue! We have used Plumb Good for several years now and he was recommended by our cousin who is also a plumber but does not work in our area. Kyle has always been responsive and reliable. His team is just as awesome as he is!!
As I always recommend call Plumb Good when in need of a plumber! Thanks again Kyle!

Had a leak from our upstairs shower. An appointment was booked within 2 days! The job was bigger than expected. What was supposed to be a small repair required a lot more work. The plumber even called in extra help and they finished the job that same day. Made my shower even better than before! Transparent billing, kind, professional. Lots of communication about what was going on. Will definitely be calling them again should any plumbing issues come up. Trust them completely!

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. Kyle T. and the crew at Plumb Good Plumbing have been our go to plumbers since 2016. Most of our housing tract has been plagued with plumbing problems of one kind or another for decades. Nothing that's come up has thrown Plumb Good a curve. They have been able to quickly and knowledgeably solve the issues that we faced.
Nearly a month ago Tyler L. made a service call for a clogged drain in an upstairs bathroom. He did what he could, but was unable to completely take care of the issue that day. With that being stated, the issue is something that we have managed to work around for quite a while and something that the previous owner of our home had battled. Tyler gave me his plan to solve it as well as an estimate and I told him that I'd make an appointment for him to come back out.
Today is Thursday, on this past Monday I scheduled an appointment for next week. They had a cancellation, so with my permission, we were moved up to this morning. Tyler and Ryan showed up on time. They were beyond great, and exceeded my already lofty expectations for the crew at Plumb Good. Thank you, Tyler and Ryan.
Tyler explained everything that were going to do and let me know what I should expect when they were done. They were neat, clean and fast. That bathroom had just been scrubbed and cleaned yesterday, but I think they might have left it even cleaner than it was. I could not be more pleased. Oh, and the best part, the actual cost for this repair came in way below the estimate.
Thank you Kyle, for building a plumbing company with a wonderful crew that I can count on.

I did two full bathrooms remodels. Kyle did all plumbing: rough-in, tub install, trim installation, faucets. Can't be happier. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. Will use again.

We had a leak in our bathroom, called another company out. They didn't diagnose the leak, but spent a half hour looking for it and said they would charge $6,500 for the job, plus any drywall or repairs. I sent them away, tore a hole (well, several really) in the drywall and couldn't find the leak. A friend referred Plumb Good Plumbing. They came out and found the approximate location of the leak in fifteen minutes. I did a little more cutting of the drywall, found the leak and called Plumb Good back. They were creative in finding a way to get to the leak without removing our sink and countertop, fixed the leak for $250. That's a savings of over $6,000. Next time I have a leak, I'm calling Plumb Good Plumbing first.

I cannot speak highly enough of Plumb Good Plumbing. We have used them several times at my work and they were always great, but they really earned all of my respect when we had a severe pipe breakdown at my house and they came ready to work. Not only did they respond quickly, but they clearly articulated the problem, proposed a well thought out solution, and gave us a very reasonable price. Additionally, their staff was very friendly and they completed the job ON TIME with no additional or hidden costs.
We will only be using Plumb Good from now on and my only regret is that we hadn't found them sooner.
