Ted and his team did an excellent job with an issue I had with my kitchen plumbing! They completely rerouted the pipes by digging a trench along the outside and connected to the main line at a new point due to a crack in the pipe under my house. My husband and I got a quote for over $10k from another plumber so we called Plumb Good asking for a bid. They were super honest and fair, explained what absolutely needed to be fixed and what was just the other company up-selling us - they did the job for a quarter of the price, everything looks and works great. They were on time and really friendly, plus Dawn the receptionist who helped me schedule everything was so kind and always got back to me when I had a question. I'm so glad I was referred to them by JC Plumbing and will definitely call again when I need help!

We just moved into our new house and found out the water heater that was working when we signed the papers had died! Trucks were arriving on Saturday and it was Thursday night. We called and the guys took care of us. Nick was outstanding! Came out on the weekend and switched out the water heater, hauled off the old one and left the place cleaner than he found it! Super detailed, CLEAN and dedicated to his craft. Even in about 100 degree weather he was upbeat and took his time to do the job right. I can't recommend Nick enough. He even left the water heater box for the kids to draw on, which they loved.

We were in the middle of a kitchen renovation when COVID-19 hit. We still needed our kitchen faucet hooked up so I started looking for a plumber. Kyle was amazing. He came over with his mask, gloves and booties on. I stayed 6 ft away (also with a mask on) and he talked me through what he was doing. He's professional, polite and also reasonable. Everybody needs a good plumber and Kyle's mine....he IS plumb good!

We see all these glowing reviews of Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing, but we can't glow about the service that we got. Our shower was finished in January and we're still chasing him!
Things started off fine for our shower remodel and bathtub upgrade. The pipes and valves were in and the shower was hot mopped, with open studs while it dried. About 2:30 AM, I heard water spraying in the shower, running down the open, untiled wall to the ceiling downstairs. It exited through one of my can lights and luckily didn't stain my ceiling. Not to mention getting up in the middle of the night and not being able to use the house water until WE went to get the parts to fix it! Turns out Kyle had used a temporary plug that was not meant to be used in a house with an active pressurized water system. When confronted about the problem the next day, Kyle said ""Well, you can call your insurance agent""! I don't think so.
The installation of the showerhead and valve went great. When we got to the installation of the Roman Tub Faucet (bought at his suggestion) for which he cut an access hole in the side of our house, we were told we were missing the inside part and he would order from his Rep. Excuses just kept coming. I'm working with my rep to get the right one, waiting for a call back, and on and on. Until the texts and calls just went unanswered. We also had our Tile Installer contact him and he got the same run around we received.
My wife happened to see his truck at a job the other day and stopped to talk to him. The lies just kept coming. ""Your phone # is blocked"". Not the case, he dialed it while she was there and it rang right through to her. He said ""I'll follow up on this"" but still no call.
Now we're stuck with pipes that whistle in the walls whenever other water in the house is run, an unfinished bathtub spout and valve under the tub that's not correct.
You cannot depend on Kyle. The tile person who referred him to us has stopped using him. Don't become another victim of Kyle at Plumb Good Plumbing. We're still feeling the effects of his bad follow through and lack of service.
