Nothing like a mainline stoppage at 10pm on a Friday night. I reached our first thing Saturday morning and they were able to send a tech out. He was able to get our line open, but there was a break in the line at the city connection. He told us how to reach the city and didn't try to scam us for the repair. I called Plumb Doctors to get a second opinion on a big plumbing repair that another plumber told me was needed. Plumb Doctors' normal business appointments were booked for the next week so I agreed to the extra cost of an after-hours appointment and they came out the same day - in the evening. As he arrived, Marc called me to get the background info (I couldn't be there) then he went to work. He called back later with the news that he couldn't complete the job due to broken equipment. However, between the two of us, we had enough information to discuss the situation and make an educated plan of action that avoided the big repair the other plumber had recommended. Even with the broken equipment, I got exactly what I was hoping for: a professional second opinion that helped me manage the situation in a more reasonable way saving me time, money and inconvenience. I would have gladly paid for the service but to my surprise, Marc said there would be no charge because of the equipment issue. What more could I ask for? Five stars!

Plumb Doctors came out and replaced our bathroom sink fixture. The next day we noticed a slow leak from sink pipe underneath and also the stopper was flaky/quickly broke. Now the stopper is not functional at all. The water pressure was also lower than it was previously. We were not impressed and decided rather than have them come out again, we will fix it ourselves or call another plumber.

It was 6 months ago now - but they came quickly and even offered a slot the evening before my appt. My issue was a bit complex so the owner came by after the 1st teammate looked at. Id call them again anytime. They offered many options - honestly and w kindness.

We called these guys to find a leak in my dad's bathroom, they came out, quickly said they found the leak, didn't fix the leak and said they needed to call another company to start drying things. Why would you not fix the leak first. Suspicious. Pretty sure this business is not legit.

Made an emergency call to Plumb Doctors for a leaking pipe in our foundation. They were able to send someone out that morning. Jamie arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Andrew brought in a leak detector and they located the manifolds and the leak. Jamie stayed until late that Friday evening with another tech to open up two spots in the wall and cap off the leaking connections. Thanks to them we had water service in our house for the weekend and the leaks were stopped. They also scheduled a follow up visit to reroute the leaking pipes. A friend recommended Plumb Doctors and we're glad we called them. They were very professional and diagnosed and solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
