Hi there, Yelpers, I want to express my gratitude for your business. Without you, we wouldn't be here.
I embarked on my plumbing path at a tender age; I was the first plumber in Texas, receiving my Journeyman license at just 16. At 26, I launched my first company with just $2000 and a dream and a wife with child (what was I thinking). I successfully transformed it into one of the top-rated companies in the Austin area. Recently transferred my interest in that firm to a partner, and after a hiatus to be with my children and reflect on the wins as well as the failures that come with being a driven young businessman. At this point, a little wiser and insightful, I’m back to build something even better, a comprehensive and carefully crafted company.
Welcome to Plumb Doctors. With this knowledge and expertise, I intend to create one of the finest plumbing companies this area has ever experienced. To support our clients and uplift the surrounding area.

Josh with Plumb Doctors came out twice for separate issues on a bathroom sink. Scheduling was very quick. Josh was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on both trips. I was charged a fair price and will call them when I need service. VERY pleased with this company.

Positively fantastic crews, work and all at a reasonable price. Tenant reported gas smell, Texas Gas came out to confirm last night then turned off the gas. By 8:30am this morning I had already scheduled with Mark to identify the leak and do the repair. He was there at 3pm. On a day when Austin was under a flood watch he crawled into a tiny crawl space under an old home, found the leak, repaired it and by 5:30pm was finished! Thanks very much, Plumb Doctors.

I told them before they came that I had a water leak. Technician came without any water leak investigation equipment.
He blindly dug in my front yard and was unable to find the leak. Charged me $400 for that, knocked off $100 when he couldn't find it. Then Said his boss had "sonar equipment" but would charge another $895 to bring it. I obviously declined bc thats absurd to charge almost $1200-$1300 just to find a water leak on my property.
I ended paying just $150 for another company (who had more experience) to find where my water pipe leak was and didnt want to charge a crazy $1300 just to find the leak in the first place (without actually even fixing anything yet).

They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem and took the time to give me recommendations on how to control the roots growing in the pipes. They also gave me a quote on having everything dug up and re-piped. They were very knowledgeable and professional.

I spoke with a representative on the phone regarding the fees that were going to be applied to fixing our water heater.
They specifically told that there would be an $89 fee for coming out, NO diagnostics fee, and that they would quote me for a repair once they were out here.
I chose this company because they specifically told me that there would be no diagnostics fee, because I only wanted to pay for fixing the issue, not only diagnosing the issue. I made sure to triple check on the phone that there would be no diagnostics fee.
Once they got out here, they charged me $350 for diagnosis. So frustrating. Ended up turning them away.

They responded to my message extremely quickly and were able to send someone out soon after. My water heater wasn't working. The plumber identified the problem as being my gas being turned off but also gave me good advice about getting spare parts for the water heater. He fixed a few other things.

Good luck trying to get a reasonable and reliable estimate out these guys. It keeps changing. They quote quote you one thing in person, then another by email, yet another by phone. Got damn, stick to one estimate will you?

One of our bathroom sinks backed up. We ran a snake down the pipe but it kept going into the roof vent path. We called Blue Dragon and they said that it sounded like we needed a drain camera and they did not have one but referred us to Plumb Doctors. I scheduled and was told that there was an $89 service call fee but it would be waived if we went ahead with service. Marc and Gabe came and after I signed for the $337 drain opening service they brought in a large power auger. They said their drain camera could not make the turns in the pipe. They tried several times to use the big snake but could not get it to go through. Marc said it looked like the pipe was collapsed or rusted shut and said we would need to tunnel under the house at a cost of $18,000. He knocked $50 off the service since they did not get the drain clear so I was charged $287 for no results. After they left we tried our little wire snake again, got it into the correct pipe and snagged the hair clog and cleared the drain. I called and asked about getting reimbursed for some of the $287 since it was obviously a wrong diagnosis. I was told I would get a call today from the operations manager but no call. I would not recommend this company.

Plumb Doctors was able to respond quickly on a Saturday morning and remove a clog in my aging pipes. While not cheap, the relief after a week trying to fix it myself was a big deal. Thanks Alex.

Our master toilet's seal blew & then our shower backed up. Then it happened on our main bathroom too! Jordan came & took care of it for us. Root strangled pipe was helping to clog up the pipes. Jordan got rid of our clog!
