I can't say enough great things about the service that Brandon provided to replace my water heater, PRV, and fix the gas line into my house. I had multiple issues in my house and he took the time to troubleshoot and made time in his busy schedule to complete the job to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone that needs their services. Our water heater leaked and flooded our basement, on a Sunday morning. Frantic and not knowing what to do, I googled plumbing services and Plumb Doctor popped out. By chance, I got to talk to Brandon, not really expecting much since it was a Sunday. But he got us connected with a restoration services to drain the water. (Which we decide not to hire coz of our budget). And he sent one of his crew """" Cody"""" the very next morning. Mind you, its winter time and the water was freezing. Cody was very courteous and patient. He answered all our questions and gave honest advice/opinions, which we appreciate very much. Cory is awesome! We called the morning after Thanksgiving and Plumb Doctor came out a few hours later. We discovered a leak in our garbage disposal and Cory had it fixed in about 15 minutes. He thoroughly tested his work and also checked the plumbing in the guest bath, as well as the overall water pressure into the house. The professionalism, great service, and fast response we experienced from Cory and the team was exceptional and why we will be calling them back for any future plumbing needs that arise!

My 85 year old Mother who is on a fixed retirement contacted plumb Doctor to remove a leaky garbage disposal and have the plastic pipes replaced. The tech had her sign a blank work order with no estimate before the work was performed. After removing the garbage disposal and stowing the electrical connection in a plastic box the pipes were replaced from the drain baskets to the base connections. He used approximately $100 in parts (retail) and the total bill ended up being $538. The tech was there about 2.5 hours total. She was charged $175.2 per hour for labor for a simple repair. Is this how our seniors are treated now being taken advantage of.

My basement flooded recently when a fluke storm came through at midnight and brought a lot of water causing what would have been extensive damage had Brandon not responded to my emergency call. He arrived within an hour and helped me get the majority of the water out so that I did not have to stay up all night bailing it myself. I am very appreciative of this company and the exceptional service they provided during my middle of the night emergency. I am SO glad we chose Plumb Doctor to fix the sewer pipes in our front yard! Tree roots had grown into the pipes creating a terrible clog. Brandon quickly came over and offered us the cheapest price and longest warranty!! Him and his team showed up a day earlier (AMAZING!) than they promised and got the work done fast and efficiently!
