I contacted Plumb Doctor, they sent me Tall Brandon, he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to fix all three showers! I wouldn't call anyone else! This company is the best!! They will go you the best quote and service!

I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone that needs their services. Our water heater leaked and flooded our basement, on a Sunday morning. Frantic and not knowing what to do, I googled plumbing services and Plumb Doctor popped out. By chance, I got to talk to Brandon, not really expecting much since it was a Sunday. But he got us connected with a restoration services to drain the water. (Which we decide not to hire coz of our budget). And he sent one of his crew """" Cody"""" the very next morning. Mind you, its winter time and the water was freezing. Cody was very courteous and patient. He answered all our questions and gave honest advice/opinions, which we appreciate very much. It was pleasant to have someone you can trust during a stressful situation. We're so glad that we found a great plumbing company. Thank you!

We had a problem with our house water pressure and toilet filling. I called Brandon this morning and he dispatched Corey within two hours to come and fix the problem. Replacing the PRV that had been there since the house was built in 1965 was quite a squeeze, but Corey was able to do it and also fix the toilet filling issue. Great response, and excellent job working in a very tight area. Will use Plumb Doctor in the future for plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Plumb Doctor because of their responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism, and customer service. The amount of stress Plumb Doctor saved me is immeasurable. Definitely is the only plumber I'll go with in the future. Fair pricing, great service. Brandon, the owner, cares about each customer. I called on a Wednesday at 9am asking for someone to come out and look at a leak in my ceiling. I was told someone would show between 12pm and 4pm and at 11:50 I get a call that Kenny is 10 minutes away. He shows up, immediately checks out the situation, tells me it's 1 of 2 things, and asks me if I'd like him to cut open the drywall to proceed with diagnosing the issue. He was up front about the cost and why he recommended proceeding (pros/cons). As soon as he cut open the drywall he was able to tell me my shower pan had failed. He gave me a recap of how that happens and some next steps I may want to take. Took 15 mins and Kenny was very professional and timely. Maybe an hour later I get a call from Brandon, the business owner. He followed up to see how the service was and even went the extra step to help me figure out what to do about my problem. To give you can idea: I had water leaking from my ceiling with no clue what to do, who to call, or what the next step was. Brandon recommended a mitigation company and contractor that he trusts. I called Plumb Doctor on a Tuesday and by Thursday the mitigation company had completed a walk through, filed the insurance claim on my behalf, set up dehumidifiers in my home to dry out the water from the leak, and the contractor had completed a walk through to generate an estimate.

My basement flooded and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. Plumb Doctor sent Matthew out the same day and he worked diligently checking every inch of pipe even to the point it went outside/under the house. He explained the issue and offered me two solutions explaining that both were good fixes - one was a shorter term fix and cheaper & the other was a longer term fix and, of course, more expensive. Once I decided on the cheaper fix (since that's all I could afford), Matthew simply said, """"Ok"""" and got to work. He didn't try to convince me that I needed to spend the extra money [that I didn't really have]. He completed the repair, didn't leave any sign that he'd even been there, collected payment and was on his way. Once the basement was remodeled, I went to turn the water back on and the valve (to that same pipe) was dripping. So, I called Plumb Doctor back and explained I didn't want to turn the water on and risk something else leaking. They were super kind, totally understanding, and said it would be no problem at all to have Matthew come back by. Matthew came by, checked the valve, tightened it up, and turned the water on to make sure everything was good. He made me feel much better that the contractors had not damaged the pipe in any way and didn't charge me a dime. I will ALWAYS call Plumb Doctor for my plumbing needs.

They showed up and gave me a quote right away and replaced my water heater that same day

I had a great experience with Plumb Doctor (David). They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my continuously running toilet. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend their services!

Brandon was able to help me repair my trouble toilet OVER THE PHONE. He was extremely responsive, thorough and knowledgeable and was able to help me fix my weak flushing toilet by looking at pictures and providing step-by-step instructions over the phone. He followed up to ensure the problem was resolved. As a millennial, new homeowner this was the best plumbing experience I could ask for. Thanks again Brandon and Plumb Doctor for being such a great help this morning!

The Plumb Doctor is awesome. They came out on a Sunday is a timely manner and did great work at a great price. I will be using them for my plumbing needs from hence forth.

All of the failings of my 1980's home show themselves on weekends or holidays, so when a huge root of my enormous Bartlett pear tree finally grew to the size required to rupture my water supply line, of course it did so on Friday night. When I was alerted to the geyser in my front yard by a neighbor on Saturday, I had no choice but to give the job to the first plumber to answer my stress-loaded call. After three useless voicemail responses, I dialed the Plumb Doctor, and the doctor was in--in Kennesaw where I live. Without going into the grimy, frustrating details, I will just summarize the problem. There were two problems with the pressure regulator: it got clogged up by dirt that got into the line when the split was repaired. So after the repair the water flowed, but after after 10 seconds it slowed to a trickle. By the time I had discovered I discovered the problem the plumbers were on their way home. On Sunday I bought a new regulator and on Monday morning Brandon, the Plumb Doctor owner came out to install it. Incredibly, even now the flow rate was far slower than what we were accustomed to. So I called Brandon again, and he came out again. How was this possible? This time the answer was that what we had held to be normal water pressure was really abnormal, probably because the original regulator had failed, even before we moved into the house 13 years ago, so what we thought was normal pressure was actually 100 pounds of street-level pressure. So the problem was solved by simply tweaking the pressure adjustment knob on the regulator valve and valving down our expectations to a new normal. The important point is that Brandon took the responsibility for the snafu and made two friendly, cordial, additional house calls without a complaint and without charging me anything for the time and effort that he, the owner, had donated. That is my main takeaway from the experience and the reason why I will never call another plumber: If any loose ends are left unattended on an unusual job, the Plumb Doctor will do whatever is necessary to rectify the problem and reduce the customer's stress level. The Plumb Doctor operation is also otherwise first rate.
