I had a bath tub installed and the guys who came were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone having plumbing work done! Also, when I called I got right through to speak with someone. They fit me in the schedule quickly! It is hard to find excellent help now a days. With these guys you can expect excellent service.

Brandon and team seriously saved my Sunday (and week!). Our main floor flooded thanks to a washing machine trying to drain when we unknowingly had a sewer main clog. We thought the yard would need to be dug up and everything but they cleared the clog and assured us that the pipe wasn't damaged and gave us tips on how to prevent it in the future. We had just had a really bad week and their assistance seriously meant so much! Not to mention, Brandon was very responsive, communicated fantastically and went above and beyond to find a plumber that could quickly come help us on a Sunday night! This is the 2nd time I have used them, and although they aren't cheap, they do fantastic work and are well worth the money. Thanks Brandon and team!!

I had the plumb doctor replace my water heater. The work was done by Albert and Austin; they were very respectful, knowledgeable and able to explain everything to me. What I really appreciate about the plumb doctor is I called about a leaky pipe and about trying to relight my old water heater and Brandon (the owner) tried to walk me through it over the phone before having to come out. Brandon was communicating with me in the evenings and weekends. When I decided the water heater needed to be replaced, they were able to do it the next day. I would recommend!

Brandon and his team rock!!! When I discovered a leak from my hot water heater late on a Friday night, Brandon did all he could to get a water damage company to my home that night. As soon as he could, he sent his amazing team (Matt and another guy I can't remember - so sorry) to my home on Tuesday morning to replace my hot water heater (it would have been sooner but had to get approval from my condo association to turn off the water). These guys were punctual, thorough, polite, and professional. As a female head of the house, they explained everything to me in a manner I clearly understood. I highly recommend Plumb Doctor!

I would definitely recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone that needs their services. Our water heater leaked and flooded our basement, on a Sunday morning. Frantic and not knowing what to do, I googled plumbing services and Plumb Doctor popped out. By chance, I got to talk to Brandon, not really expecting much since it was a Sunday. But he got us connected with a restoration services to drain the water. (Which we decide not to hire coz of our budget). And he sent one of his crew """" Cody"""" the very next morning. Mind you, its winter time and the water was freezing. Cody was very courteous and patient. He answered all our questions and gave honest advice/opinions, which we appreciate very much. It was pleasant to have someone you can trust during a stressful situation. We're so glad that we found a great plumbing company. Thank you!

As someone who worked in the remodeling business, I was very impressed with Plumb Doctor. Mike and Casey showed up on right on time. The company gave me a 2 hour window, which is understandable in this industry, but always a good sign when they show up right away and don't make you sit around. Really friendly guys! Before they came in they covered their shoes, were polite to my cats who followed them around, and were in and out in less than 30mins. It wasn't a major plumbing issue. Not the cheapest company in the world but smart, friendly, and timely plumbers are worth it. Very pleased with their work. I highly recommend them. Ask for Mike and Casey! PS $50 dollars to have them come out and see what's wrong. It's sucks and you can try to argue with them on it but at the end of the day, they are pros providing a service and they should get paid for their time.

After a load of laundry, I noticed black sludge coming up from my basement drain. Ruh-roh. I have a home warranty (pretty pointless if you ask me) and after my 75 fee, they sent a plumber over (from a company I could find NO info on) who spent a few minutes rooting around. He could only say that since the warranty didn't cover any of it, my portion 'might' be 580 or up to 900 or several thousand! I didn't even understand what I would be getting for that!!! This didn't sit right with me. So I looked up Plumb Doctor on my trusty Yelp app. From my initial conversation with the owner to my first visit with Cody to the work later done by Cody and Brian, this was a great experience! Courteous, calm, friendly, and professional, Cody talked me through every scenario and welcomed my questions, as well as soothing my frazzled nerves. Their approach was thorough (Cody removed my toilet and put in a camera which totally pinpointed the problem - even invited me to take a look), meticulous, and FAST. We suspected a collapsed sewer access line - I was very worried since I'd heard these can be many thousands of dollars! But Cody kept his composure (and mine, if we're honest) and explained a sensible plan of action. It was going to be ok. My house has just the one bathroom, so this was vital to fix quickly. Out came Brian (equally nice) with the digger and both of these professionals got to work. We found that I had Orangeburg pipe (this is like a compressed tarpaper that was used between 1950-1970, a miracle it lasted as long as it did because my house was built in 1959). Well within 24 hours of my first call, my house has a brand new PVC sewer access line and up-to-code new exterior access (which it hadn't before). More importantly, I have peace of mind knowing I will not have raw sewage coughing up into my home. Could I have perhaps found someone cheaper? I don't know. It might be possible to find some random, lone guy to do this work for less, but what IS unlikely is that I would have found someone as knowledgeable and professional and thorough. 100% recommend these guys!!!!!!!

Plumb Doctor provided excellent service. Matthew and Evan were professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose our problem (toilet flange didn't match pipe size). They also shared next steps if the sewer gas smell returned and Evan played with our dog for a bit. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend plumb doctor.

Had an unexpected plumbing emergency and decided to try Plumb Doctor based on Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed! Brandon was able to move some existing appointments and dispatch Cody to our house. Cody was knowledgeable and personable and quickly diagnosed our issue. Within no time we were back from catastrophy to life as usual. I was pleased with very reasonable invoice and will keep these guys in my contact list!
