Woman who answers the phone is very pleasant and even offers suggestions to see if you can fix yourself to not cost you money. They fit you in timely and do great work. Only complaint is that they should let you know about the additional fee upfront. Not sure what that is for.

I don't know how to write a review that is good enough for Plumb Doctor, a plumbing company that literally has saved us from a very desperate situation. Our technician Matthew was AMAZING. Prior plumbers didn't fix our problem. They actually made matters worse. Matthew arrived and in literally under 60 seconds knew what the problem was and started tackling it. We had offered the same explanation to the last guys and they were useless. From our first contact, the moment we called and spoke to Brandon to schedule the appointment, we could tell we had found a winner. Brandon's professionalism and kindness made us feel relaxed in the knowledge we were talking to people who knew what they were doing. When we hung up the phone my husband said, """"I've got a real good feeling about this company"""". And his impression was spot on. Thanks Matthew! And Thank you Plumb Doctor. I wish you many years of continued success because we never want to use any other plumber elever again. Update/ 4/23/2020 Once again Plumb Doctor saves us! What started out as just a stopped up shower turned into a whole house problem because the first contractors didn't have the right tool and scheduled to come back 3 days later. The problem got worse. We have a home warranty that doesn't allow us to use Plumb Doctor. But each time the home warranty contractors misdiagnose or screw something up we have to call on Plumb Doctor to fix everything. Matthew is amazing! We asked for him specifically because we knew he would figure out the problem immediately. He did. From the first phone call to Plumb Doctor you know that they will take care of the issue. Professional, kind, efficient, responsive, and on time every time. These are the qualities you can expect from this company. Thanks everyone at Plumb Doctor but especially Matthew. We won't be renewing the home warranty. I will be posting that review in 30 days after the warranty expires.

Everyone I talked to was super friendly including the plumber who was awesome. He gave me several tips on the plumbing he saw in my basement and taught me several things about my water heater I did not know. They came out the day after I called them and was on time for the appointment. The overall prices at the end were still one of the more reasonable ones although not the cheapest, but was still cheaper than most especially considering the professional service. The only reason for not 5 stars is I felt somewhat mislead by the pricing. I called around and got quotes from several companies to come out and look at my water heater. Plumb doctor told me $49 service charge. Plumber spent about 15-20 minutes inspecting my system and told me no repairs needed at this time. He simply turned the temp up on my water heater to give more hot water. Since no repairs were done I expected a $49 charge for the 20 minutes work, but the bill had a $49 service charge plus a $75 diagnostic fee for the inspection. I just didn't expect a $75 service charge on top since no repairs were done I thought the service charge would cover it. I have used two other plumbing companies before and the trip charge, service charge or service fee, whichever they want to call it, included diagnostic and then repairs were extra whether it be hourly or a flat fee plus parts. That was my expectation and it wasn't met and I would have most likely been ok with the fee if I was told about it up front. At the end of the day the overall fee of $124 to inspect my water heater and tell me it's in good condition was ok with me and reasonable. I think it's a good company and wouldn't rule out using them in the future.

We had a couple issues we needed taking care of including a shower that was backing up some horrific stuff and a totally shredded cleanout adapter and I am so glad I called Plumb Doctor. Brandon was generous and responsive with his time during a Sunday, trying to help me out at zero cost. I am not savvy when it comes to homes so I had them come out and they were just great. Matthew was on time and worked very fast to get everything resolved. He was friendly, to the point and no nonsense. He was in and out and I was able to get into the office earlier than I had expected, so that was brilliant. He gave me options as to how to resolve the issue and kept my costs front and center when making suggestions. Thanks to Matthew and Brandon anytime I have a plumbing issue, you can be sure it will be Plumb Doctor.

I live in Washington DC and I have a home that I own in Mableton GA. I found out about Plumb Doctor based on reviews on the Yelp website. I had a great experience with Plumb Doctor. They exceeded my expectations from the very beginning when I called for service. Brandon and his team took my information and set expectations from the very start. There was a one day turnaround for service. I ended up working with a plumber named Albert who took care of a hot water heater issue that I had with my home that I was in the process of selling. Albert was very meticulous with his evaluation and took time out to clearly explain the issue. The pricing to come out and inspect and repair the issue was also very reasonable. Albert even provided some valuable insight and recommendations on things I needed to do to prevent future leaks within my property. I would recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone needing good certified plumbers to resolve their issues.

Unfortunate to require services of this fine company this weekend but copper pipes used in the 80's have their own time table . In the middle of 3 kids sporting events the team at Plumb worked us in same day after restoration company got wall open and started drying process. Pricing was fair and the onsite crew was professional and worked efficiently.
