Ok first let's all agree Plumbing issues suck and they're expensive to fix. But this company went above and beyond! They are up front about cost, options and what needs to be done. Everyone we spoke with or that came to the house was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! It's a small family owned business that does a ton of work in the metro area and I can see why! Were pretty thorough on research and not only we're their prices comparable or cheaper the licensing, training and continued training that's required of the employees is impressive! Our clogged sink wasn't an easy fix. We're just grateful we found The Plumb Doctor because we know anywhere else it wouldn't have been fixed and we'd have been charged a lot more.

Took 5 days to get to my house , then quoted me $700 for a leaking faucet in the shower. On top of the estimate they charged me $50 just to come look at it. I called someone else. They picked up First ring , were out there that day and charged me a total of $75 for the repair. $50 for labor and $25 for the parts. Don't waste time with them unless you have some money to burn

Brandon answered my call in the middle of the night & did everything he could to fit me in to his already packed schedule so to help me out in an emergency. You don't find that very often these days. Also, best prices around. I definitely called other people before getting ahold of him & they were outrageous.

Late Entry: Day before Thanksgiving around 4 in the evening I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling. I use Yelp quite often and have had good experiences...this is not one. I called and spoke with the operator which told me someone would be calling me shortly. Over an hour had gone by no return call, so I called back a second time. I was told the page had gone out and she did not know why I wasn't called. The operator said let me page them again and see why the plumber was not responding or calling me and would give me a call back. The end to the story...my call was never returned! I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving, therefore, if you can't support the customers needs say so and not waste my time!!!

Thanks to the guy that installed our new countertop and sink, we had a major leak underneath! Plumb Doctor was quick to respond, understood my needs and quickly came out to repair. Price was reasonable and both Cody and John were competent about their work and very pleasant to have in our home. FYI, i called them because Brandon had previously installed our new waterheater a year ago. They had the most reasonable combined price for both parts and labor. Got a great water heater at a great price. I will not hesitate to call them first if (when) we'll need their expertise again

I am SO glad we chose Plumb Doctor to fix the sewer pipes in our front yard! Tree roots had grown into the pipes creating a terrible clog. Brandon quickly came over and offered us the cheapest price and longest warranty!! Him and his team showed up a day earlier (AMAZING!) than they promised and got the work done fast and efficiently! They went above and beyond our expectations and we could not be more pleased! We will definitely be using Plumb Doctor for any future needs!!

We had a pressure valve that went bad and caused a serious water leak in the crawl space. Called Brandon at 8pm and he set up an appointment for me the next day. John arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour and a half. John was knowledgable and friendly. He even took a look at a DIY repair I was in the middle of and gave me a few pointers. I did take away one star because the work order included a $199 charge to put in a shut off valve for my irrigation system. The problem is I already had a shut off valve further down the water line. I should have read the estimate more closely before the work was done but I was apparently in too big a hurry to get our water back up and running.

Very happy with the service and speed that I received from Plumb Doctor! Brian came out at 7 PM when my water heater flooded the upstairs, causing """"rain"""" in the garage. He worked to remove the water heater and provided me with pricing and quotes for a replacement unit and install. The following day, he arrived with Cody at our scheduled time and they knocked out the install. Thanks to their professionalism and assistance, the whole process took less than 24 hours to correct. I would definitely seek their services again and will refer them to anyone needing plumbing services!

I am certainly happy I saw Plumb Doctor's reviews here. My water heater went kaplooee (why won't spell check accept that?!) after 22 years of working hard, and it appeared to have not been drained annually by the past owners when I first moved in. After seeing these reviews, I called them, along with 7 others to do comparisons in price and customer companionship. Many places were there to get in and out in 2 minutes when estimating the prices. The person with Plumb Doctor took his time, answering any and all questions I had. He went into the most detail of any questions and/or statements. When I told him that I wanted have them be the company to do it, he said that they would do it that next day. The plumbers were inside and back out in two hours.
