Water was leaking all over the places underneath my house. I Initially tried to get a quote from all plumbers on Yelp but Isaac was the first one to respond. Compared with other plumbing services, now they all got a ""receptionist"" to respond to your quoting inquiries. Answers from other plumbers or ""receptionists"" are ambiguous but Isaac was able to provide me with a price range. At least I know how much it may cost. He also take emergency plumbing service too which is superb. Very knowledgeable and honest guy.
Price is very reasonable and his work wasn't easy at all. Worked down the house for four hours and got everything took care of. Pipes are all replaced now! Highly recommended!

I sent out a service request on Yelp when I found myself with clogged sinks Friday evening. Isaac was the first one to respond and scheduled me first thing the next morning. He arrived on time, unclogged the drains, and assured me that this was a common maintenance issue that should not require more costly services. He also gave me maintenance tips and explained what food items to avoid flushing down, as he tested to make sure water was draining properly. Issac's responsiveness and professionalism was truly impressive, and I would definitely call him again if I need plumbing service in the future.

Our kitchen Garbage Disposal was *leaking*, so we called home warranty on 6/30 and was assigned to Platinum Rooter & Plumbing Inc. After waiting for two days, there was no response from this company for appointments. No one in this company answered the phone. I called the Home Warranty company many times, and on 7/2, I received a notification that the appointment was randomly assigned to 7/23 without consulting my calendar. I am unable to tolerate a leaking Garbage Disposal in kitchen for 1 month. After multiple attempts, I finally reached out Platinum. The owner said they MUST go there on 7/23 to DETERMINE WHETHER to replace the garbage disposal. I asked whether I need to wait for another month after 7/23 for them to order a new garbage disposal, the owner literally told me ""it's highly possible"". I told the owner the garbage disposal must be replaced. He asked me, ""Are you a certificated plumber?"" I told him it was diagnosed by another plumber. I can send him pictures about the situation and model. The owner very rudely rejected any proposal to solve this problem quicker. I said I would write a review of what I experienced publicly, he owner said, ""If you leave a bad review with no reason, I will dispute this service."" Fine. Good luck with your business.

Fantastic service through home warranty company. Came within 24 hours of service ticket. Efficient, honest, straightforward. Addressed the problem well and explained the situation and what to do in the future. Very helpful and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend !

We had Isaac come out to our home this morning to fix our kitchen garbage disposal. He was so courteous and super quick. Within minutes he was able to find the problem, offer the solution and get it fixed. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Requested plumbing services. Bath tub, shower room stoppage and toilet was too old. The services are excellent and fast! Price is very reasonable! He is a very nice and honest guy! Will definitely contact him again if we need help.

Platinum rooter was assigned to service our home warranty claim for high pressure issue at our home. I suspected this is likely due to bad pressure regulating valve. Isaac came in and confirmed the PRV is gone bad. Our home warranty covers a new PRV. To my surprise he claimed additional $350 outside of warranty coverage for replacing the PRV. When I asked details on why this additional charges he was not able to explain exactly why and presented various unexpected modifications like - 1) need to add copper line to modify existing copper connection , 2) PRV needs to be custom fit. We have a standard 1"" PRV and same model is readily available in market. When I further enquired about this he seemed annoyed and started refuting rudely saying he cannot buy same PRV. He also started saying ""copper is extremely expensive"". Being aware of copper pipe pricing ( the inlet line has smaller than 1 feet copper connection) I asked how much copper pipe is required he got into his van and refused to give any specifics. When I asked for breakdown of $350 he also refused to provide details and kept saying if you do this outside warranty this will cost you much more. At that point I realized this conversation is not productive and i disallowed to do the work.

When I contacted home warranty and explained the unreasonable modification quoted for copper line etc, warranty company called platinum rooter and at that point I was told that contractor explained that new copper line is not required. And it's existing copper connection that needs to be cut by 1"" or similar to fit new PRV. I wonder why Isaac kept repeating copper is expensive in first place

Then I called my own plumber and they clearly confirmed the same 1"" PRV can be swapped out without any further changes. Home warranty assigned new contractor based on the evidence from my plumber. I cannot recommend using platinum rooter and plumbing inc mainly because they tried to be dishonest, obscure by claiming false plumbing modification to draw more money from me. Overall, I had an unpleasant experience working with them and want to send this review out so you can save yourself time and money by hiring other honest plumbers.

I'm actually overdue on leaving a review. I've had to use Platinum Rooter twice. I'll just keep it short and leave my review based off my first experience. (Both are 5 star just FYI)
I just recently purchased a house and I had no idea what I was getting into. A few days after closing I was about to jump in the shower and realized I had water coming through the wall. My first thought was ""oh man I'm screwed, this is going to cost a fortune"" I called Platinum rooter and talked to Isaac. I described what the problem was and he knew exactly what it could've been. He was able to come out the same day and double check the issue. I'm so thankful he was able to do same day service, (given it was Sunday!) Isaac was very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Isaac is from now on my go-to for any future issues. I'd highly recommend anyone to give him a call for any job; big or small!
