Incapable of diagnosing a simple issue and then refused to rectify the situation. Dispatcher was very rude and even hung up on when insisted they did not fix what they were supposed to. They told us to call another plumbing company, MY ADVICE TO YELP IS THAT YOU DO THE SAME. Thanks for the help anyways! If you guys don't want to do the work then just say that and save everyone the time instead of being rude to an elderly lady!

I called Platinum Rooter & Plumbing and Isaac answered the phone. He was able to stop by later in the day. He texted 30 minutes when he was on his way as promised. He was very efficient and knowledgable. He cleared the pipe and suggested that a camera could tell us the condition of the pipe. He said the pipe condition is good. No need to repipe. I appreciate his honesty and suggestion. I would definitely recommend plumbing services from Platinum Rooter and Plumbing.

First service call was to unclog the kitchen sink. Isaac came the next day and he took less time than I expected to clear the issue. Second encounter was to install my kitchen faucet. I asked if he can replace my water filters and fixing two other faucets. He helped nicely without adding charge. The third job was fixing the PVC pipe in my yard. It seemed like piece of cake to him. He is very friendly, straight forward and honest.

Before meeting Isaac of Platinum Rooter and Plumbing, I had 2 other plumbers come out and attempt to unclog my utility drain with a snake. They both charged me and were unsuccessful. I was coming to terms with a very costly repair when I met Isaac. He was able to come up with a creative solution to diagnose and troubleshoot my clog without needing to replace pipes under the house - saving me $1500!

I wish all contractors were as exceptional as Platinum Rooter and Plumbing. The honesty and professionalism of Isaac was top notch and I'd highly recommend him based on his character and quality of work

There was a water leak in my front lawn and it was getting worse after couple days. I requested for a quote here in yelp during the night time and Issac is one of the three contractors who responsed to my request. He called me the next day as promised and came to my house within couple hours. Issac quickly located the leaking and fixed the underground pipe. Then the problem is resolved and no more headache to me.
Issac is very professional, friendly and reasonable. If 5 stars is a perfect score, I would give him 5 and a half or even more. The price is definitely reasonable with the cost of everything are sky rocket nowadays. In my opinion, if a person can take care of your headache swiftly and efficiently, that's priceless.
I highly recommend Issac because he provided the best service as promised.

Water was leaking all over the places underneath my house. I Initially tried to get a quote from all plumbers on Yelp but Isaac was the first one to respond. Compared with other plumbing services, now they all got a ""receptionist"" to respond to your quoting inquiries. Answers from other plumbers or ""receptionists"" are ambiguous but Isaac was able to provide me with a price range. At least I know how much it may cost. He also take emergency plumbing service too which is superb. Very knowledgeable and honest guy.
Price is very reasonable and his work wasn't easy at all. Worked down the house for four hours and got everything took care of. Pipes are all replaced now! Highly recommended!

I sent out a service request on Yelp when I found myself with clogged sinks Friday evening. Isaac was the first one to respond and scheduled me first thing the next morning. He arrived on time, unclogged the drains, and assured me that this was a common maintenance issue that should not require more costly services. He also gave me maintenance tips and explained what food items to avoid flushing down, as he tested to make sure water was draining properly. Issac's responsiveness and professionalism was truly impressive, and I would definitely call him again if I need plumbing service in the future.

Our kitchen Garbage Disposal was *leaking*, so we called home warranty on 6/30 and was assigned to Platinum Rooter & Plumbing Inc. After waiting for two days, there was no response from this company for appointments. No one in this company answered the phone. I called the Home Warranty company many times, and on 7/2, I received a notification that the appointment was randomly assigned to 7/23 without consulting my calendar. I am unable to tolerate a leaking Garbage Disposal in kitchen for 1 month. After multiple attempts, I finally reached out Platinum. The owner said they MUST go there on 7/23 to DETERMINE WHETHER to replace the garbage disposal. I asked whether I need to wait for another month after 7/23 for them to order a new garbage disposal, the owner literally told me ""it's highly possible"". I told the owner the garbage disposal must be replaced. He asked me, ""Are you a certificated plumber?"" I told him it was diagnosed by another plumber. I can send him pictures about the situation and model. The owner very rudely rejected any proposal to solve this problem quicker. I said I would write a review of what I experienced publicly, he owner said, ""If you leave a bad review with no reason, I will dispute this service."" Fine. Good luck with your business.

Fantastic service through home warranty company. Came within 24 hours of service ticket. Efficient, honest, straightforward. Addressed the problem well and explained the situation and what to do in the future. Very helpful and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend !
