I needed a faucet replaced in my bathroom. Pete got back to me very quickly with a reasonable estimate before I even sent him a photo of the job. He called us ahead of time to let us know that he would be here a little earlier than the appt. Pete and his assistant were very friendly and they did a great job. They cleaned up after the job too. I would definitely contact Pete again if I need any more work done. Platinum Plumbing has a great rating on Yelp and I can see why. Highly recommended.

Great service from Peter and Chris! Our kitchen sink was leaking and I called their number. Peter picked up immediately and asked me to send him a photo of the problem. He gave me a quote within 10 minutes and said he could be at my house in 1hr. He arrived on time with Chris and they both fixed the sink in record time. I will definitely be using them again for any plumbing issues.

You will not find a better and honest plumber than Pete from Platinum Plumbing. I selected Platinum because of all the positives reviews that I read and they were all on the money. I had several leaks under the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and a crack in a cast iron soil pipe from the 2nd floor toilet. Pete & Chris came to my home survey the issues and gave me a fair price for all the jobs which also included replacing an aging 50 gallon hot water heater. They worked non-stop from 10:00am to 4:00 pm and completed all the work in one day. I would highly recommend Pete & Chris for all my plumbing issues. They are true professionals.

Pete got email photos of my 3 projects, came and made a supply list, went to the local Lowe's, and returned to electrically auger and unclog the kitchen sink drain line, replace a (supplied) kitchen Moen faucet as well as all the under-sink pvc piping, and unstuck the handle of my basement water main line into the house. He was efficient, professional and really nice, and the price was very reasonable. He even braced a pipe he didn't think was stable enough for his high standards. Excellent experience!

Pete and Christopher from Platinum Plumbing recently completed a repair to my bathroom, replacing a toilet flange and fill valve. Initial contact with them was prompt, with an appointment made for the following day (my job wasn't an emergency). I received a confirmation call shortly before they arrived - on time. The repair was completed in a couple of hours and the work area was left very clean. The guys are very professional and polite, and pricing is reasonable. This was our second service from Platinum. We had a similar good experience a couple of years ago when our gas heating system needed to have an expansion tank and a couple of leaky valves replaced. It's great to have a quality, reliable, local family business to call on when needed.
