Found the leaks around the bowl so I figured the two toilets were not set right. Called Platinum during this very special time in our lives and without hesitation they came the next day. They were so polite and properly outfitted with PPE so that was great. We then found the bigger issue with the stack pipe was cracked. They were so nice and said don't worry that's what we do. They were true five star. The fair price is just the cherry on top.

Pete and his brother James are as good as it gets. They were very respectful of our home, which isn't always the case when you hire a contractor. They were always on time, polite, and professional. They take pride in their work, and it shows. My wife and I could not be happier that we found them. I reached out to Pete through the request a quote on yelp. He immediately responded and was even able to come and fix my leaking toilet the same day!! He works neatly, efficiently, and cleaned up everything after they were finished fixing the toilet. He even took the time to remove an old grout stain around the toilet! I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them for the future!!

We noticed a big water stain in our downstairs bathroom and immediately contacted Platinum again. They came as soon as they could two days later and spent almost FOUR hours looking for the problem and fixing it. Incredibly knowledgable and did whatever they had to in order to fix the leak (once they found it). They unfortunately had to cut into the ceiling and a tiled wall but were extremely neat about it and cleaned up after themselves. They even figured out exactly where to cut in the tile so I only have to replace one! Thank you Pete!!!

I needed to change the tub spout in my shower and I couldn't get the old one off. I called Platinum and they promptly scheduled service for me during my desired window. Pete arrived at exactly the appointment time, and handled our job exceptionally well. He was such a perfectionist that he insisted on doing our job for free due to a minor cosmetic issue. Our overall experience with Platinum and with Pete in particular was extremely positive and they will be my first call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Our old boiler needed to be changed. We found Platinum Plumbing on Yelp with great reviews and decided to give them a try. Pete came down and scheduled our installation and gave us a price right on the spot. They were clean efficient and did an incredible job. They even fixed a couple of broken radiators free of charge. Our heat has never worked better. Will definitely use them again. And feel comfortable referring them to family and Friends .Thank you Platinum Plumbing.

Based on his excellent Yelp reviews I reached out to Pete through Yelp to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Pete replied quickly and texted me his base price for a visit and labor ($185). I agreed and he arrived within the hour. Pete was polite and pleasant. He took a look and said we needed a new hose for the pull-out faucet as well as a drain repair, then went out to buy the necessary parts.

At first Pete bought the wrong sized hose for our particular faucet and then tried to use it anyway. When that didn't work (the hose was too big and couldn't be threaded through our faucet despite many lengthy attempts), he finally went out to buy the correct part stating he'd be back in 20 minutes. We waited over an hour with no contact from Pete. I wondered what was taking so long so called him. Pete said he'd be back in 20 minutes - turned out to be another 45. When he finally returned Pete told us he had driven out to Suffolk County to get the right part. We appreciate his efforts but it would have been nice to know about the delays beforehand.

With the right parts Pete completed the job in less than half an hour. The final price was nearly 50% more than the original quote, presumably due to the drain repair. Would have preferred knowing the total price (with explanation) before the end of the job. However, given the amount of work Pete did the cost seemed reasonable enough and the repair has held up fine.

I wish I could give Pete a 10 star rating. I had a terrible smell in my house. He went into my crawl space and found I had 3 huge issues. When he said that I freaked out. From broken pipes to loose caps and sewage leaking out, I thought I was going to have to sell my wedding ring. Nope, soooo reasonable. Absolutely worth every penny. I absolutely found my new forever plumber. Thank you so so much!!!
