This company is a one-man company. This man in his van sped 30mph over the speed limit in a residential area, laid on his horn when I yielded in a yield intersection, then proceeded to cuss me out, flip me off, and drive consistently parallel to me, staring and yelling at me the whole time. I'm a young woman alone with a baby in the backseat, having a grown man purposefully intimidate me in my car, from his company vehicle. I honestly thought he would follow me home and I almost called the police. I ended up pulling over to get away from him, and then witnessed him speed off, running a red light, almost T-boning an innocent car in the process. This man, ""Matt"", has extreme anger issues and puts EVERYONE'S life on the line on the road. If he isn't mentally capable to drive, I would NOT trust him in my home. If you strike his nerve, he won't let you forget it.

I found that platinum plumbing's prices were far more competitive and reasonable than the other plumbing service companies that I've encountered. I had him fix a tree that went through my pipes, and he took it out and redid and rerouted, and it was very reasonable and he did a great job because I loved his customer service skills and his skills and plumbing when my water heater went out I asked for his services again was not disappointed. Great job explains everything that you need to know as he's doing it. I am so impressed with this company he will be helping me out in the future.

Matt was able to get me scheduled quickly, showed up on time and ready to work. My water heater is a tough installation. Last time it took two workers all day and they were ticked! Matt got it done by himself in a few hours, cleaned everything up neatly and delivered a nice looking looking install.

He encountered a couple of snags, not his fault, which required troubleshooting, additional material and effort. He got it sorted quickly, with not even a hint about add-on charges. No surprises!

Not the low bid, price-wise, but reasonable and competitive. I am glad I chose Matt for this job, and am happy to recommend him to you as well!

Matt gave a good price and did a good job replacing my tank water heater. Unfortunately for me, he doesn't do other plumbing work and was not able to evaluate or fix a water temperature problem I have. He did offer some advice about what it could be and suggested that I contact someone else because he doesn't do that work. Matt was responsive and patient when I needed help re-lighting the pilot. He was fast and left the work area clean.
