Overall they were efficient and on-time. Had a leak come through our ceiling on Sunday night and they were able to come out first thing Tuesday morning. We emailed pictures pf the leaky pipe and they were able to assess it was an AC drain pipe issue and quoted a price from there. Had all the tools they needed and were done in an hour. Lynette in the office could not have been nicer.

So I continue to have excellent service with Pipes R Us plumbing. I read some of the more recent reviews and was shocked by what i saw. I have never had that experience and I have just used them today. I had a stopped up sink and called the office for an appointment. The guys showed up 30 mins early, they wanted to come even sooner but I wasn't home, fixed my stopped up sink, made sure no additional leaks under the sink and were done. They were friendly, courteous, and fast. People complain about prices, well you get what you pay for and I don't mind when it gets fixed and a 30 day guarantee no less. I have been thru 5 different plumbers in my 30 years of home ownership and these guys have been with me the longest and wouldn't change a thing.

They came they saw they conquered. So my normal method of using professionals around the house is to self diagnose and tell them what I have already tried and what I think needs to be done. We had a slow draining shower/bath that had most recently become a now draining shower/bath. Since we snaked and brought up nothing and used every chemical known to man... we thought oh the suction thing on the roof must be the issue. So that's what I called them to do.
Well wouldn't you know, the guy met the partner in crime at the house and was, well, a true professional. He listened to our little amateur show diagnostic and proceeded to explain that with no other drain being slow in the house that probably wasn't what was needed. He proceeded to snake another entrance into the system and viola. Now I can take long environmentally unfriendly showers again.

The reception service was also wonderful and patient with all of my questions like if it goes over a certain amount can I pay part in cash and part with credit.

The only drawback is if you don't have a true emergency you are unlikely to get a same day appointment. I called on a Friday morning and the first available appointment was 2pm the following Monday.

Also big shout out to Yelpers for the helpful reviews which lead me to this company.

Some of the best service I've experienced in New Orleans. Fair and transparent pricing, knowledgeable about most current codes in all Parishes, and excellent quality of work. They're my go to plumbers, from a leaky dishwasher to a water heater replacement.

These guys were great. I had had a huge problem even finding a plumber to answer the phone or call me back, but the lady I talked to at pipes r us was very nice and scheduled my appointment while I was on the phone with her. They came out the next day and called to let me know they were on the way. They fixed my toilet and the price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

I have to say the Daniel is the best! He is professional and gets the job done! The guy who cuts our grass hit the pipe on the side of the house and cause a big leak on a Friday! I had to call Pipes R Us to help us with this leak. Daniel took care of it and now we are good. This is not our first time dealing with Pipes R Us. They did a great job on a inside leak for us and saved us a ton on our water bill. I am excited that this company is local and has excellent customer service. They are our ""go to"" company for plumbing!

Kept changing the price, of course more expensive than quote. Came to the property to check progress, a Hispanic family was do the work, not kidding, wife and kids. Didn't speak a word of English. Never hit their deadline by a week.

They were efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. They were on time and got down to business as soon as they arrived. I had a clogged sewer line that was backing up in the shower every time I flushed the toilet. They fixed the problem in about 20 minutes flat from the time they arrived.
