I am very happy with the service, product and price I received from Jay and Pipeline Plumbing. I had a tankless water heater installed at my home. Their price was very competitive and they were easy to work with, arrived on time and got the job done in a timely manner. The unit looks and functions great so far, my bill dropped considerably in the first month, so it appears they did the job right. I will absolutely call them for my future plumbing needs.

Because of the many positive posting on Yelp, I called and spoke with Jay about an estimate. My home is in Beverly HIlls which is right next to West Hollywood and I was surprised he wanted to charge me for an estimate! Give me a break! I told him I found him on Yelp and he said because I'm out of a 3 mile radius he would charge for an estimate! I guess things must be good to turn down business. Anybody who is this pricey for 1 or 2 miles out of his beloved 3 miles radius, must be a high charger anyway. I will look elsewhere.

Along with some other repairs, I told Jay I needed a new instant hot water heater and garbage disposal. Jay could have obliged and charged me accordingly. Instead, he asked if he could take a look - and ended up servicing the hot water heater and fixing the garbage disposal, saving me quite a bit of money!

I hired Jay on several projects some time ago. I do agree with all the positive comments. This guy really knows his stuff. He gets the job done fast and is priced accordingly. Jay is a super nice guy and has a great personality. If you need a great plumber who isn't going to mess you around and get the job done right, this is the guy. Highly recommend him. Again, I used him on several projects we were constructing so I have seen many different levels of his work. He's just a great all american guy.

My garbage disposal was jammed and my sink was completely backed up, so I searched for a plumber using Yelp. I called a half dozen or more companies and I was surprised to learn that were large price differences between them. Jay, with Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing, had the best price by far! He also gave me the option to communicate through text messaging, which made things incredibly easy.
