These guys are professional and know what are they doing. We called them for a slab leak. They explained the pipe restoration process to us clearly with upfront pricing. Chris diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and got to work to bypass the leak so pipe restoration can be scheduled. Pipeline restoration did an excellent job and they truly deserve the 5-star rating.

I called on a Saturday with a water issue, got a call back from Roy who gave me excellent advice on what to do until my problem could be sorted out and gave me his cell phone number in case I had further questions.
He called the following day, a Sunday, to see if all was ok. Turned out my problem was with condensation leakage from HVAC unit but in the future if I have a plumbing problem I wouldn't hesitate to call Roy.

Many years ago we had a slab leak, so now, whenever we see water in unexpected places, we freak out. We had a slow little leakage on the side of the house, I called Pipeline due to its high Yelp rating. The lady on the phone was nice, she put me on their standby schedule today and confirmed schedule for next week. Lol. It is like flying on standby. If there is time at the end of the day, someone will come out. If not, then we stick to the confirmed appointment. It's cool, didn't ruin my day one bit. I went about my business, but not too far from the house.
Chris called me at 2pm to notify me that he will be there in 20mins. I was 30mins away from home, so we practically raced each other to get to my house. Chris is amazing, no non-sense kind of guy. I directed him to the leak, and he dealt with it effectively and efficiently.
I will 100% called Pipeline in the future. Thanks Chris!

We bought a home and during our walk through found a leak on the outside wall. We thought it was a pipe in the wall. I hired a contractor to do work on the house and he said he will fix the water leak. After digging, he realized that the leak is a slab leak. He was not able to localized the leak since he didn't have the proper equipment. So he asked another company to come help him find the leak. That company found the leak and recommended to reroute the pipe but that would mean multiple holes in our house. They said they would not fix the holes either. They would only re-pipe and leave the mess to us and gave us an estimate of $2900. I wasn't comfortable with the idea so my wife looked on yelp and found this company. They were very responsive and came out the same day to check out my leak. I was at work during this time but my contractor is at the house working on other things. He quoted me $1399 to epoxy the leaking pipe. I didn't know much about epoxy so I did some quick research. He gave us a life time warranty on the epoxy. The epoxy is safe and not toxic so that made me feel more comfortable with the idea. I had a ton of questions and they answered all of them appropriately. I don't know what the bad reviews are about because I read them before we called this company.
They did a great job without leaving a big mess. They only cut out a small hole to get to the pipes. I would highly recommend them. If the hole is too large then they won't be able to epoxy but their pressure gauge would determine if the hole is too large.
Update: I had them come back to check on my low water pressure but they were not able to figure it out and directed me to a company that didn't provide the services that I was sent to them in the first place. Majorly disappointed.

Pipeline Restoration is a great company with great people. We have used them a few times and have been very happy. If you ever have a plumbing issue call pipeline and ask for Brian you will not be disappointed.

Called them in the morning and they were able to come out to my house and access my plumbing

Great experience with these guys. Spoke to Bob originally, after having a slab leak at our house and calling another plumber first.
Bob gave me great pricing, offered free leak detection and had his guy's come out quickly to assess the issue and offer solutions.
They were on time, offered great pricing and excellent customer service.
We ended up doing a single line epoxy fix on the line that had an issue for $1399.00 and we will finish the rest of the house later. He allowed us to apply the work already done to the total house epoxy for a total of $5300.00. He also offered an entire house repipe solution for $4900.00. This was thousands less than a couple companies we had contacted.
Super happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

we got a slab leak from a hot water pipe. I was totally stressed out this was the first time that this ever happen so I hit the computer went to yelp and did some research. Had about 5 different companies come out and talk to us and give quotes on how to repair the slab leak. Pipeline Restoration was the first company I called and the first out. But doing research you don't settle on just one. After speaking with other companies and getting quote they were the best quote. After speaking with them the best solution was to just replace all the pipes in the house seeing's how the house was built in 1968 and this was the first slab leak. How do I know? my father in law was the original owner he never sold. Anyway....they came out relocated the pipes, took care of the city inspector, had them come out and do the drywall and texture. All of this took 1 week. I most likely would have been faster but you always have the city inspector that works on there time :) anyway, they were outstanding respectable and cleaned up there mess which I really appreciate because we just remolded 2 yrs ago and have new wood floors and new bathroom cabinets. I totally recommend them and ask for Bryan. He is on it!!! if you call he answers if you leave a message he returns your call. He is polite and respectable which is what you truly look for in a business. Its not just the money its the people too. Thank you Pipeline for everything

We have done close to 10 jobs on multiple properties for the last 2 years with Pipeline Restoration. They have leak detection and repair down to a fine-tuned art. Always on time and accommodating with scheduling. The crew is polite, fast and does an amazing job communicating details. Most importantly, they stand behind their work and are extremely knowledgeable. We have done multiple pipe repairs and SLE's (single line epoxy treatment) and a whole house epoxy and couldn't be happier with Pipeline Restoration.
Whenever there has been any concern, they have always provided an extra layer of support. Extra special thanks to Michelle Merlini for going above and beyond with contract/finance support.
