So my house was built in 1957 and the galvanized pipe finally gave up underneath my slab. I figured it was time to re-due the plumbing. Insurance would not cover because the water stayed under the slab and didn't not damage anything inside. I called as many friends/family as I had and told them about my dilemma. After spending three sleepless nights and making over 50 phone calls. My friend sent me the link which explained about slab leaks. I read the summary which was very informative, it was written by Pipeline Restoration. I then started calling and getting estimates from people my friends and family referred me to. After talking to so many people I was hung up on the decision of going Copper or PEX. I again spent another two days researching both. I couldn't really find anyone who said anything bad about PEX other than the guy who ONLY re-piped with copper. I also learned my 12 year old house in Arizona had PEX (Its 120 degrees their in the summer).

Scot, came over and gave me a re-pipe estimate. During the quote, I told him I wanted a Water softener and new water heater too (most places don't know much about water softeners). Scot, gave me a quote which fit my budget and was lower than four others. I called back the Copper guy and told him the deal Scot was giving me. After all he said about only going copper, when I gave him Scots quote for the re-pipe, water heater and water softener he said ""If he's doing all of that for that price, do it."" I called Scot and told him I was in. Scot and his crew put in a new shut off valve, regulator, water heater, Professional water softener and patched my drywall in a day and half. The dry wall worker (Jose) matched my drywall perfectly. Scot was very nice and so was all of his crew. I'm so glad I did PEX now, I couldn't imagine what my walls would have looked like if I went with copper (Its not as easy to work with). If your wondering about PEX, Google PEX VS COPPER and you can research it yourself.

Thanks Scot and crew for treating my home like it was your own.

By the way, I'm a real customer and don't know Scot and yes its Scot with one T.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are just as good as everyone else says. I had a mysterious wet spot on my concrete slab and I feared the worst. Roy came out to the house within a couple hours of my distress call and did a thorough evaulation. Happily there isn't a slab leak (yay!), just a leaking sprinkler valve in an exterior planter box that's below the level of my foundation. I was so relieved to find I didn't have a more serious problem, and Roy didn't charge me a cent for the work he did. Amazing. I'm just sorry these guys don't do sprinklers! :-)

I completed an under slab leak repair with this company today. They worked as as team and were very efficient. The leaky pipe was epoxy sealed and I am up and running 24 hours after they started the job. Doing my duty as a consumer I checked some other vendors and pipeline restoration's price was literally half of the next best quote, and their warranty is as good or better than what others stated. Pricing was upfront and accurate. They also didn't make a mess of my home.

When I knew that I had leak problem, only thing that cross my mind was ""This gonna cost fortune!"" Service charge, labor and parts.... Thinking, there goes my Christmas present and Vacation funds. But when Chris show up and try to assess the damage, (I was waiting for the bad news) he gave me a smile and told me this was nothing but replacing old piece of rubber. On top of this good news, he did not charge me one cents for service call and trying to get me replacement for this part. Now, this is what I call ""Customer Service!!"" I don't recommend to people, unless I'm 100% sure, because it reflect on my reputation. This place is legit!!

It is every homeowner's nightmare when you hear the word ""SLAB LEAK"", instead calling my regular plumber I decided to give Pipeline Restoration a try due to a great review from Yelp.

We discover some black spots from our wall and wood floor from our closet. Mike, a very courteous gentlemen show up and give us an inspection, and it turnout it wasn't a slab leak after all.

Although we did not have to fix anything but they still deserve a 5 star from me for being honest and not trying to sale me any unnecessary fixes. Thank you again Mike.

I called Pipeline Restoration for a leak problem. Chris stopped by, diagnosed the problem, and offered options for repair. I scheduled a PEX repipe work for the following Friday. The job was completed as scheduled within a day.

I like what Chris has done for us. He was courteous, professional, and punctual. Most importantly, the job was done right. He even connected the water pipe behind our oven so there was no additional drywall work.

I used other plumbers before but Pipeline made a impression on me. I highly recommend them for leak repairs.

Would recommend this company. Chris was awesome! We had a hidden leak in the kitchen and he fixed it right up and it was like he wasn't even there. Totally cleaned up everything and the work was exceptional. Very professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable too.

My story is the same as all the other reviews. I heard running water behind a downstairs room. I did some research and met with a plumber that would redo all the plumbing in my house for $4,000!. No way.
After reading all the positive Yelp reviews, I decided to call Pipeline. They came the same day and located the leak that was indeed under the slab and isolated it. When they left the only non working pipe was my kitchen sink cold water. Next day they repaired the pipe and put it all back together.
I am amazed at the service and professionalism. Flat pricing takes the worry out of what ifs and there were no surprises.
If you have a leak call these guys.
