They do not honor there free leak detection coupon. They will charge you $279 for the inspection. There advertising is false.I called and they would not honor there ad! Don't waste your time with this company!

Most of the time the best price means a horrible result. This company is a diamond in the ruff. After 3 estimates from other 5 star yelp companies in my area to repair a slab leak at my residence, Chris Gilbert showed up on time to save the day. He went the extra mile to successfully locate the problem and he gave me three options to pick from to repair my leak. Chris provided an honest and fair price for the 6 hours he spent at my house (saved me over $1000.00 from the other 3 estimates I received). Pipeline Restoration should be your GO TO company for any of your leaky pipes. Roy, the owner was quick to respond to my message on a Saturday morning and came out on Monday morning to assess the situation. Chris, the finest plumber I have ever dealt with, came to pinpoint and stop the leaks with the least invasive solution. He went above and beyond to make sure he found all the leaks and to ensure we would have hot water during the epoxy process. I have never met a more courteous, conscientious and friendly plumber! I would highly recommend this company!

I suspected a slab leak on a Wednesday. I called Pipeline Restoration took my info and said they said could not fit me in until Fri. But would call me Thursday if they got an opening. Thursday no call, then Friday no call. Monday no call. Tuesday go with another company. I don't know how the ratings are so high for this company!

We had a pipe rupture under our hardscape from the street main to the house. This team reroute the line without damaging any of the hardscape which could have cost 10k alone.

Chris went above and beyond to help us with our water leak. We had a gushing water leak in our backyard that our sprinkler repair person thought would require cutting into the concrete. Even though it turns out that pipeline restoration does not deal with leaks outside of the house, Chris still managed to find and fix the leak.

Great service, great people, and would hesitate to use them again.

Had a leak,didn't know where it was. Called Pipeline Restoration , Chris came out and used a leak detection meter and found my leak right away. A slab leak,oh know I'm thinking...dig . Chris reassures me,it's a easy fix. He explains to me what and how they do it and gives me a quote. Wow!! It was easy and painless even the cost.give them a call,you won't regret it.

Thanks Pipeline for fixing our bathroom to bathroom leak. Chris, Jaime & Matt did an excellent job and were friendly and awesome. :) The communication from start to finish was the best. We chose Pipeline because they always answered our calls, answered every question, explained everything well--especially during the initial check-- and it was all in writing too. It's a bit scary when you can't see the leak but you can feel it underneath your feet and can hear it...
These guys were professional, organized, clean, always on-time, and did a great job on our slab leak. As Chris said, hopefully, we'll never have to call them again, but if something happens, it's nice to know who to call.
