Hi This is Nick. We had 3 slab pipe leaks, and Pipeline Restoration and Plumbing did an excellent job repairing the leaks. They were always on time. The company honors their warranty. All the service people were excellent, Matthew was exceptional. He took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot of them. It helped a lot that my Golden Doodle J J really liked him.

After calling another company, being told I'd get a call back and then hearing nothing, I called Pipeline Restoration for help with a leak we had behind our shower wall. From the moment I spoke with Audrey and she immediately scheduled an appt. for a tech to come out first thing the next day, to having Matt the technician call me 30 mins. prior to our appt. time to verify his arrival I knew this was the company I needed and was so glad to have come to Yelp for help to get their name and number!

After 3 days of living with no water, when Matt arrived to help and was so friendly and understanding of our problem it was fantastic. He got right in and found the leak, gave us a couple different options for repair and then set out to fix the leak, but wait, he went way above and beyond. The option we selected was to cut a hole in our drywall to reach the leak and we were fine with that. However, Matt wasn't and asked if we had a crawlspace under the house. We had an entry put in several years ago in case something like this were to come up and Matt was small enough to squeeze right in and fix the leak without ever having to put a hole in the house!!!

He was much more than an excellent technician, he was friendly and informative, he explained the whole process to us, it's just me and my sister here, so needless to say we know nothing about plumbing. He was great with our three beasts (dogs) and was a real joy to have in our home for the short time it took him to fix our problem. He even gave us the name of a reliable plumber for regular plumbing issues! I haven't been this impressed with a company in a long time. Beginning with the customer service, to the quality of their people and work they're the ones I'll be calling if we ever have to go through this again!

We called Pipeline Restoration to confirm and advise on what we thought may be a slab leak. Matthew arrived right on time. After inspecting the situation and testing his theory, he confirmed the issue was not a costly slab leak but a leak from the bathroom which could easily be resolved with sealant. He was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. There is a reason Pipeline is a 5 star business.

I called Pipeline today to inquire about a leak detection service. My situation is a complicated one, and when I told it to the reservation agent who answered the phone, she provided lots of color on what reports insurance companies usually request, the different types of leaks which can occur in a house, and the steps I should consider taking going forward. All this information helps me make the most efficient use of my time and hopefully helps me make the best decision on how to handle my predicament. Thanks Pipeline!

We had a slab leak on the travertine in the breakfast nook area 3 weeks ago, we called our regular plumbing guys that we have used for 15 years, they couldn't detect the leak. My wife found Pipelined from Yelp and saw a similar slab leaks as ours. So I called Pipeline, Audrey was very nice answering the phone and scheduled Tony for a visit. Tony showed up and couldn't find the leaks either. He was honest and gave me a number to call to detect the leaks. I called that company but it was all booked till following week. During the waiting period, I experienced the leakage is related to recirculating pump, so I contacted Pipeline again, and Tony showed up this morning, he was able to isolate the recirculating pipe. We are still able to use water, hopefully this is the pipe that has a tiny pinhole. Pipeline will come back in two weeks to do the Expoxy lining to fix the leaking pipe. Thank you Tony, Ryan and Audrey for their great works, the job is not completely yet, but we don't have to turn off water at night and turn on in the morning, worrying pipe burst. I will do another review after the job is completed.
