This review is long overdue. Last September we were about to move into a house that needed a complete repipe (4ba). It was hard to find a company that worked with our schedule, but Chris from Pipeline Restoration worked with us to setup an immediate appointment within the week, walked us through the process, and was always available to answer my calls.

The process went smoothly and the inspector made a comment that the workers seemed experience as they took minimal cuts to drywall.

It's been nearly a year and we've had no issues. We're really happy and would definitely recommend using them.

Awesome service from John. He was so honest to find our root cause of water leak (refrigerator) from hardwood floor in after opening smallest drywall for him to go and check. He could have said it is slab leak. He recommended to call appliance guy and i was not charged at all.

We had water leaking from the floor because of a busted pipe. After learning that our home insurance only covers the damage made by pipes and not the pipes themselves we began to call around for prices on repiping the entire house. We called and Chris came over to the house and gave us his estimate. He said they could start on a Friday and be done by Saturday. We were skeptical and called around to other plumbing services. We ended up going with pipeline restoration and we are extremely happy with the results! The workers showed up 30 minutes before they were suppose to start. Everyone had a role and worked fast to get the job done. On Friday at 1 p.m the pipes were in and we had running water again and by Saturday at noon all the holes that were made by them were patched.

Overall we are very satisfied customers. They explained everything upfront, no hidden cost or surprises.

We noticed that our cold sink water was coming out warm in the upstairsbathroom. My husband noticed that the kitchen floor was also warm. Called pipeline restoration and they came out the next day. Within 3 days the pipe was fixed and for much less than I thought it would cost. They were professional and very nice. Would highly recommend.

It was a Friday afternoon when I noticed a small puddle of water starting to form along the base molding of a wall in my Family Room. I panicked cause there were no water sources near to where it was coming from. I googled leak detection companies near me because i figured it might be a slab leak. This company's name came up so I called and spoke to the company owner Ryan who sent out one of employees Chris within an hour to detect where the water was coming from. Being a Friday afternoon, I thought it was going to be hard to find someone to come over. Chris set up his equipment and within 5 minutes suspected that the leak was coming from a back wall of a ""UNDER STAIRS"" closet wall which was on the other side of the bathroom shower. About 10 feet from where the water appeared. He removed all the boxes of stuff I had stored in the closet, which was no easy task, cut the wall open and found the leak! .He asked if I wanted it repaired and of course I said yes but was thinking to myself ""OMG, WHAT IS THIS GONNA COST ME"". He told me the cost to repair it an I was quite pleased with his quote. I expected a lot worse. Chris was very knowledgeable and and respectful of my belonging and home throughout his quest to find the leak and repair it. And his employer didn't empty my bank account with the cost of the repair and service call. Chris is a definite asset to the company. But the apple didn't fall far from the tree because I got a good vibe when I spoke from the get-go to the company owner, Ryan. Would highly recommend this company and more specifically Chris for your leak detection and plumbing needs..

We had a horrendous water bill - so knew there was a leak, but where? This company came out, found the leak for free, and advised us to contact our homeowners association as it was outside the home. Now if our HOA had only responded as quickly and efficiently as this company. . . Highly recommend this company!
