This review is a long time overdue but I really wanted to give Stuart and his team a shoutout for the great job they did. I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. However, Pipeline's team member was persistent and got the job done all while maintaining a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing. As a landlord, I have been through my share of repairs and good companies like Pipeline are essential and just plain sanity saving.

My husband and I have been meaning to address certain issues in our restroom as well as update the look. James went above and beyond to not only give us what we wanted, but also adapt plans to fix a leak from an upstairs neighbor. James and his crew not only fixed that, but also redid our bathroom tile, placed in a new bathtub, and set up our vanity. He was always transparent with us and hardworking. He even came after the job was done to touch up a small chip on our bathtub. We definitely recommend him, not only because their quality of work is exceptional, but their customer service is truly the best we've had on island.

He responded quickly, sending an email with a detailed estimate that outlined the work needed and the tools he would use. I was truly impressed because other plumbers had only given me brief, vague descriptions and overpriced like crazy! Pipeline Plumbing took the time to explain the issue, how the leak occurred, and precisely what needed to be done. They arrived the next fews day at 9 a.m. and got to work immediately. They were focused and efficient, working seamlessly without much communication needed between them. The job involved a lot of effort, especially with the jackhammer to break through the concrete. I was a little skeptical because they have so many 5 star reviews, but these guys are the real deal and I cannot recommend them enough. It's hard for me to believe that I'm raving about the customer service from a plumbing company but they go above and beyond. They were super responsive when I contacted them and were very fairly priced. The guys were friendly, professional and quickly got in and out to fix my issue. There are two types of contractors you'll find; those who take pride in their work and those who are looking for a quick buck. Pipeline Plumbing's technician James is someone who does things correct and shows you through his years of experience as a plumber how things should be done. Excellent service from him, so much so that I'm convinced that Pipeline Plumbing will do an excellent job on renovating our bathroom just as James fixed our leaking shower.
