Recommended Customer Reviews

I am in the process of purchasing a new home and our general inspector recommended a plumbing inspection. I received great customer service over the phone from pipeline. They quote $97 for the inspection and scheduled it for the following business day with the knowledge that I needed to make arrangements to be available at that time.
On the day of the appointment they sent a friendly gentlemen (not Richard) that claimed 25 years of experience but could not perform the inspection or provide a quote for work.
I've found that very few plumbers have respect for the clients time, but this truly takes the cake.

I also called Pipeline after reading the reviews on Yelp. As a few others on Yelp have mentioned, the price they quote on the phone is not always the price that they give you once they get there. Richard was the technician that was sent out and while the secretary who quoted me over the phone said that the job was going to cost $96, Richard said it was actually going to cost me close to $150. My problem of two leaking showers wasnt an emergency but since he was already at my house, I decided to go ahead with the job.
The quality of work was decent and Richard was courteous so all in all, 3 stars. Nothing spectacular but a little more reasonable than the big name plumbers (ie., Mike Diamond) that clearly try to rip you off.

I got to Pipeline Plumbing through Yelp reviews. Kathy who booked the appointment was helpful and courteous. I was quoted $97-$147 for the installation of a faucet.
Their tech, Richard came out--prompt, professional and courteous. When he saw the faucet (standard issue for homes in my area), he started talking about the job's complexity, etc. etc. I knew what was coming next-- The quote was $180--twice as much as the initial base quote. I asked how long it would take, and he figured an hour--two tops. When I asked why he quoted more than what I got over the phone, he said that he came with '35 years of experience' and wasn't some new plumber. --That I was paying for experience.
But guess what. I stayed home from work. My wife needs a working faucet in the kitchen, and I was kindof in a bind. Anyway, I gave him the okay to do the work.
Turns out that my faucet was missing a part, so I had to go to Home Depot (twice) to get the right stuff. Richard was pretty flexible through the whole ordeal
Anyway, the faucet works, and Richard was helpful and professional. It just seems that the work was pricey. If it wasn't for his flexibility, Pipeline would have been rated lower.

I called Pipeline after reading positive reviews on Yelp due to a washing machine crisis. The office sent Richard over within a couple of hours and he was fabulous. He wasn't able to fix my problem 100% the day of the initial visit, but fixed it enough for use until he could obtain the proper parts and come back to complete the job. He was very informative about not only my washer, but questions regarding other appliances, care for products, etc.
I would highly recommend Pipeline to anyone in need. They were fast, courteous, professional, and did not push additional products or services on me.
Thank you Pipeline! I would recommend anyone to your company!

Richard came to rescue! I am so thankful to find Pipeline. Should've looked on Yelp way earlier. My previous plumber installed our shower, told us there was a problem with the water heater, suggested us to replace with a new one. I called around and seemed like replacing a new one was the only answer. Until I looked on yelp, found Pipeline. Came out within 2 hours I called, fixed the problem. BAM, we have hot water! Having hot running water is almost like heaven on earth in this cold weather. I am seriously super thankful for them for saving my wallet instead of having to replace a new water heater.
Richard also gave me some very useful advice on future re-piping project. I will definitely use Pipeline as my plumber from now on. Thanks Yelp and Pipeline!

I don't know what to say. Yelp almost never fails me, BUT.. we called Pipeline for our AC unit and their staff was courteous. The gentleman was able to come out in a timely fashion and appeared to have the problem solved. He came out the first time to diagnose --90 bucks to just look, he came out a second time another 90 bucks + 200 for other stuff... OK... not too bad... but a mere 2 weeks later, AC broke again.
Called him, didn't call back, when he eventually did he scheduled us 12/10/2010... stood us up -- never came back out..
don't know what to say, they don't appear to back up their work at all. I mean -- how can something break 14 days after you fixed it?? I'm now 400 bucks down and busted AC on my hand still...
Not a good place for AC... maybe the plumbing is okay...

Richard came out same day and did a safety check on our furnace heater and advised us on other issues to be aware of without pressuring us to do anything more.

I had a seldom-used water heater that was out of commission and was fouling the water coming through the taps. I called Pipeline and within an hour, Richard was at my door. He ran me through everything he did, from initial tests to the replacement of one of the water heater parts, and offered a series of options to avoid running into similar problems in the future. Excellent service and honest business practices will make Pipeline the company I call the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I had to have my laundry room faucets replaced as the old ones started dripping and were so old the valve had busted off. I was worried it would cost a fortune and wan't sure who to call. I checked Yelp and selected Pipeline because of their good reviews. I called in the morning and the plumber was out that afternoon. He explained the different options and answered all my questions. He did a great job for a very good price. Honestly, if I ever need a plumber again, I will call Pipeline. If anybody I know asks if I know of a good plumber, I'll recommend Pipeline. Actually, if anybody I don't know asks if I know a good plumber, I'll recommend Pipeline!

So we had another drain ""incident"" my daughter though it was ok to put egg shells and 1 lb of spinach stems down the old garbage disposal all at once... Nope.
So I was on my way to calling our regular plumber, when I decided to check for any specials on Yelp. Sure enough I found this great review and special offer from Pipeline!
I called and they were so friendly and helpful, they had me go over to the sink and do a few tests to ensure an accurate quote on what needed to be done. They were on time, courteous and professional. They did the job within 30 minutes! They even offered a recommendation on preventative service that will help ensure the pipes stay clog free.
The best part... it only cost $96 bucks where my regular plumber would have cost over $125... Yea I have a ""new"" regular plumber now. Good Job Pipeline! ;)
