Sarah educated me about the work and was prompt to get Richard to the house the next day. He was knowledgeable, fixed the issue and even took a quick look at our refrigerator. The plumbing work by Jacob through Pipeline has always been top quality, which makes our recent HVAC experience even more disappointing.

After spending over $5000 for plumbing repairs this year with Pipeline, we started having problems with our blower motor and needed to replace it. When calling to schedule an appointment, there was no mention of a $96 diagnostic fee. Further, there was no mention that the $96 diagnostic fee would NOT be applied to the total cost of the repair job.

Honesty is important in the repair business, and being upfront about fees seems like the easiest way to avoid misunderstandings. It struck us as odd that it would not be applied to the cost of the job, but it was the lack of upfront honesty that bothered us.

We did not proceed with the HVAC repair. Three other nearby companies provided repair estimates that were over $100 less for the same blower motor replacement. The other companies also mentioned upfront their diagnostic fee policy and whether it would be applied to the repair job.

Richard is the owner and HVAC technician they send out for estimates. Remarkably, he was very rude to my wife when she asked any questions about the details of the estimated repairs. This was in total contrast to their plumbing technician Jacob, and was surprising to say the least.

Thanks to Yelp we were able to find another HVAC business owner that was more polite and honest about repair costs.

When we were going through a nasty heat wave 2 weeks ago (the high was 115F, just sick) of course our A/C went out. I immediately called Pipeline. Not surprisingly, they were inundated with calls - but the receptionist was so sweet and patient, despite me being the 4th person on hold with her and I could still hear the phone ringing off the hook on the other end. She arranged to have someone out in 2 days, and although their schedule was so busy that the technician didn't make it within the original window of time, they were quick to reschedule and assured me he would get to us by the end of the day.

We lucked out and got Richard as our technician! He was awesome, like a damn A/C wizard! He quickly figured out the problem, and despite not having the exact part we needed, figured out a workaround that was secure and worked!!! I'm constantly saying ""Thank God for A/C!"" whenever it's hot -- well this time I was thanking God for Pipeline because trying to sleep when it's 84F at night in your house is pure first-world misery.

Great for tankless water heater repair!

Called Pipeline after speaking with a few other companies that'd been recommended by the manufacturer. Richard was clearly familiar with the issue I described (a massive foghorn-like vibration on startup) and quoted a flat rate to fix. Scheduled for a few days out, came out as promised, fixed the problem as promised for the price promised. Also provided some additional info and recommendations on unrelated issues. Thanks, Richard!

These guys are good; we REALLY appreciate their prompt attention to help us out of an emergency situation.

It's a Saturday afternoon and the shower handle broke off with no way too shut the water off but close the main valve to the entire house. I had called a few places, left messages, received call backs saying they either could not help or unable to come out until the coming Tuesday. Jacob from pipeline called me back within a few minutes of my message, he understood the problem completely, competently described what the problem was and what the potential fixes were depending on the situation once he could see it. He was very clear about costs on the phone and arrived at the exact time he said he would: 45 minutes from time of call. We got lucky on the fix. VERY reasonable cost for expert, speedy work.

My wife asked about other maintenance issues for other plumbing areas and Jacob was honest and direct to recommend to schedule a time in the future where we would not be on the emergency call rate. By the way, the emergency call rate, is NOT startling; very fair.

Had an issue with a bathtub leak that was causing water to drip into the lower ceiling. We used Pipeline Plumbing from a referral and their service was fantastic! The appointment was scheduled without any issues and in a very timely manner. Jacob the technician was prompt, right on time and took care of the issue very fast. Not only that but he was very friendly, identified the issue and got right to the point and had our issue fixed within just an hour.

Definitely will be using Pipeline Plumbing for any other future issues. They were honest, didn't try to get us to fix anything else we didn't need and their prices are very fair. Great customer service and emailed us an invoice for our records as well.
