Great for tankless water heater repair!

Called Pipeline after speaking with a few other companies that'd been recommended by the manufacturer. Richard was clearly familiar with the issue I described (a massive foghorn-like vibration on startup) and quoted a flat rate to fix. Scheduled for a few days out, came out as promised, fixed the problem as promised for the price promised. Also provided some additional info and recommendations on unrelated issues. Thanks, Richard!

These guys are good; we REALLY appreciate their prompt attention to help us out of an emergency situation.

It's a Saturday afternoon and the shower handle broke off with no way too shut the water off but close the main valve to the entire house. I had called a few places, left messages, received call backs saying they either could not help or unable to come out until the coming Tuesday. Jacob from pipeline called me back within a few minutes of my message, he understood the problem completely, competently described what the problem was and what the potential fixes were depending on the situation once he could see it. He was very clear about costs on the phone and arrived at the exact time he said he would: 45 minutes from time of call. We got lucky on the fix. VERY reasonable cost for expert, speedy work.

My wife asked about other maintenance issues for other plumbing areas and Jacob was honest and direct to recommend to schedule a time in the future where we would not be on the emergency call rate. By the way, the emergency call rate, is NOT startling; very fair.

Had an issue with a bathtub leak that was causing water to drip into the lower ceiling. We used Pipeline Plumbing from a referral and their service was fantastic! The appointment was scheduled without any issues and in a very timely manner. Jacob the technician was prompt, right on time and took care of the issue very fast. Not only that but he was very friendly, identified the issue and got right to the point and had our issue fixed within just an hour.

Definitely will be using Pipeline Plumbing for any other future issues. They were honest, didn't try to get us to fix anything else we didn't need and their prices are very fair. Great customer service and emailed us an invoice for our records as well.

Richard from Pipeline Plumbing came out to fix a problem we had with our kitchen sink. Not only did he fix the problem, but also gave some great advice. He was prompt and friendly. I will certainly return as a customer. Their prices are very reasonable. Two thumbs up for Pipeline and for Richard also.

Richard and Ethan just came out to repair our water heater today. Rather than just say we needed a new water heater, which would cost a whole lot more, Richard was completely honest and changed the burner assembly which was significantly less. They were quick and the water was hot again in about an hour.

As we talked, Richard mentioned that they also worked on air-conditioning systems. And it just so happened that I was planning on calling my normal air conditioning guy this week to refill the refrigerant on my unit.

I had Richard look at the system, and he educated me on what needed to be fixed and that the problem is not simply having enough refrigerant. On the other hand, my system had enough refrigerant to do the job.

This after having a different air conditioning guy come out two summers in a row, only charge me to refill the refrigerant which wasn't the issue.


I appreciate a company and person that practice honesty, it's a sure shot way to get repeat business and referrals.

I don't usually recommend businesses to others because these days, honest companies (and people) are getting harder and harder to find, however I would highly recommend Richard and Pipleine Plumbing!

I will be calling them soon to work on my air-conditioning. Richard demonstrates he knows what he is talking about and is a straight shooter.

My first question when i called them was ""did you unclog my plumbing a couple of years ago?"" they answered back ""it was 6 years ago but yes we did"". i was so glad i finally found these guys i asked them to come over and help me unclog the drain once more and snake our main line in case of tree roots in the pipes since we have a lot of trees. jacob came out again and he was as quick and efficient as i remembered him to be and also very nice in discussing the house with me.

we purchased the house about 7 years ago and at that time i didn't know much about the house and the clog 6 years ago worried me because i didn't understand the plumbing system. i had a couple of other plumbers come out and they each gave me the ""i don't know until we find the clog"" answer, ranging from trying to snake the pipes from inside, from outside, removing toilet to ripping out the floors in that order until they located the clog and the cause. these conversations gave me a real scare and it was my first time dealing with a plumbing issue. jacob came out and told me he was familiar with this area and the plumbing system typically used around the time my house was built and he suggested he would climb the roof to check for a sound of a clog in one of the pipes. sure enough, he told me he can hear water gurgling through one of the pipes, explained how it should be a simple task of snaking down that pipe to unclog it and the job was done as he explained it would be. i never dealt with plumbers before but this is exactly what i would have expected a plumber to do, understand how the pipes work and have an idea of how it was clogged and what caused it. i lost his information so i was desperately calling around to find them again.

and 6 years later jacob came back out again and i told him the symptoms were the same and he explained to me again and fixed it the same way. we also discussed how i read for homes with lots of trees i should snake the line every 5 years and he said yeah but also he could tell if there were any roots from the vibrations in the lines so we snaked the main line and good news is no roots. bad news is i paid for the job. so i paid for peace of mind our main line was clean. he then told me the pipes are ceramic underground and i could use a foaming agent to coat the pipe and it will soak up the chemical and will prevent roots from getting into the pipes. so a couple of days later i bought a foaming pipe treatment from the local store and followed his instructions. he was also worried there might be another issue since i called him for a similar job last time but then thought 6 years apart that these were isolated incidents and not a chronic issue. this time he left his card and i am making sure i don't lose it.

Pipeline plumbing is FANTASTIC! Our water heater went out on Christmas Eve and when I called Pipeline and spoke to Kathy (who was awesome) they came out and replaced it with such professionalism. My other plumber was going to charge us 3 times as much and said they couldn't do it til after the holiday. We had our air conditioner go out and when I called Kathy she had Richard come out and he took care of it at 7:30pm. Richard, Jacob and Kathy are so accommodating, friendly, reasonable and just overall wonderful people. I will never use another Plumbing, heating or AC company again because Pipeline is my choice forever!!! Thanks again Richard!!!

We've had a bunch of plumbers out to figure out why our shower temp wouldn't stay hot. We've spent too much money and no improvement. Then, we called Pipeline! Richard came out, was thorough and deliberate in diagnosing the problem and making the simple repair. Voila! It's been a week and our shower temp stays hot.

Don't waste your time with those others, just call Pipeline.

Richard is AMAZING! This is the second time we've used Pipeline and I could not be happier. Not only did Richard arrive on time but he was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He is happy to explain everything and let you know what is available without doing anything high pressure.
About two years ago the water heater went out and Richard went above and beyond to get it fixed timely and for a reasonable cost. Today was just a service call that was completed quickly and efficiently.
When we need any other plumbing, heating or air services we will for sure be calling Pipeline.
And of course I recommend them to all my friends.

Had a problem with my water heater and called them and they said they would come out that day! Luckily they called me back an hour later and had Jacob come out to look at it. He was very nice, honest and gave me a price for the work and some helpful tips. I plan on replacing my water heater Ina few months and I will be calling them to install. Very reasonable prices and great service.
