I just got leaking from my home and was trying to research the excellent plumber around my house. My friend just introduced Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialist. he came and checked out the leaks and found out the problem. unfortunately, he couldn't fix it because of the problem didn't come from the plumbing. I still have to contact to contractor to fix it. but he was very nice to help me to fix the water heater problem I don't know if it's been set up in the wrong way. he helped us to fix it very fast, nice and strongly recommend this team for whoever need

I just had my insinkerator done today. I talked to Eric and asked if he can send somebody today and he did. He was able to squeeze me in. So Jason came and replaced it. He checked the whole thing garbage disposal if it's working well and no drip. He even checked my water heater as well as the water pressure. I'm really satisfied. Thank you so much.

This may be an in-depth review for just a simple toilet install, but worth the read, because this company is really worth using for your plumbing needs.

I needed to find a plumbing company to install two new toilets at my home, so I started to research google and yelp reviews on plumbing companies. I was really impressed with all the great reviews about PPDS and rightfully so!!!

I called and spoke with Eric to get a quote for installing two new toilets. I was really impressed with the way he presented himself and his company with such an honest friendly demeanor.
I requested an appointment for the day after the toilets were to be delivered.

Jason and Jon came out to install the new toilets for me. They did a great job all around!! They were on time, friendly, professional, informative, and kept everything clean while working.

They took the time to look around at other plumbing fixtures just to make sure nothing looked odd or deficient. They tested my water pressure, and they did make a minor adjustment because they said it was on the low side. They asked if there were any other concerns or questions I had, regarding any of my plumbing.

This company is thorough, honest, friendly, and does great work!!!
I will definitely use them again in the future!!!!

We had a clogged shower and Jason came on scheduled appointment. He was prompt and professional and provided great service. As it turned our, it was more difficult to unclog the drain, but Jason and his partner were diligent and continued trying to resolve the issue. It was a relief when they finally cleared the clog. Although the final charge was more than what was quoted, I still think the price was fair!

I put out a Yelp request and was inundated with messages. What I appreciated about Pipeline was they gave ballpark numbers in their message. That gave me something to work with versus the budget I had. I normally get 3 bids, but the guy they sent out, Jason. Was very straightforward and honest. No try on the upsell. Booked the work and got it done. Jason and Jay could not have been more honest, polite and professional. Which is all we ask as homeowners.

I ended up using these guys after my water heater went out the night before. Let me start by saying I'm connected to the plumbing industry but did not want to harras business contacts/friends or give the impression that I need a favor. So I started calling plumbers and all of them wanted to come look and talk about an estimate. I found this not only a frustrating sales tactic but most importantly a waste of time while I don't have hot water for my family. This should not be difficult I know what type of water heater, had a picture, was familiar with all info a plumber would need to quote a job over the phone.

Eric was the only person to provide a quote and good actionable info via phone, and had a no pressure approach. I took the info he provided and then called 2 plumbers I knew and trust and they confirmed that the price was good. They could do this because Eric provided all the info up front make and model of a tankless, pictures of completed jobs etc. Bonus Eric got me in same day, guys showed up worked hard all day and I had hot water by the end of the work day less than 24 hours of the failure of the initial water heater.

Simply put. Customer service was fantastic, price was fair and I they have established a return customer for all my future plumbing needs.
