I contacted Jon on a Friday afternoon with my issue of a bathtub not putting out hot water and he was prompt to respond. His first solution was even one that would have been a free fix. Unfortunately for me, it turns out that entire part needed to be replaced and not just adjusted. However, I appreciated the fact he was willing to provide me with a solution instead of just jumping into securing a job. Which is a long way of saying - these guys are trustworthy :)

Jon and Jason came out today to replace the part and were professional and fast! We now have hot water in our bathtub and we couldn't be happier. Especially because we had another company out previously who misdiagnosed it, applied what they thought was the fix, and then said the next step was to cut into our drywall and start poking around in there to the tune of 2,500 + drywall repair. So Jon saved us a huge expense and has all of our plumbing business moving forward. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists! Their prices are very reasonable, they're knowledgeable, and their response time is quick.

Before choosing them, I got a quote from a competitor who gave me two possible solutions--one was less invasive and less expensive, while the other required cutting a hole in my tub, making it more costly. The catch? If I chose the less invasive option but they later decided the more invasive one was necessary, I'd be charged for both. That didn't sit right with me.

Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists, on the other hand, gave me the same two options but assured me I'd only be charged for the solution that actually resolved the issue. Their honest and fair approach saved me hundreds of dollars.

Trenton, the plumber who handled my job, was friendly, knowledgeable, and got everything done efficiently. I'll definitely be using Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists for all my future plumbing needs!

Jay replaced garbage disposal quickly and troubleshooted a bathroom sink. He even spent extra time to check our water heater hookup and found the vent was not attached so he attached it! Super nice! Thank you Jay!
