Eric and John deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Eric reached out to me on Sunday after I had made my request Saturday night and was so kind and even mentioned if I was looking at competing offers to look out for being overcharged. The service was so personal and helpful I decided to go with them. Eric promised me that despite being booked solid they would absolutely come help with my toilet issue. John came in and fixed our master commode straight away and even gave it 3 tries to make sure everything was fixed. He was fast, friendly and professional! He answered all my questions happily and was very neat and tidy to boot! If you have any plumbing issues- this business is HERE FOR YOU! Thank you guys, I'll call again if I have any other plumbing needs!

What a service! Amazing!! And not only that, they were the best price quoted, everyone else sooo expensive, ridiculous expensive. I had my water heater replaced, they also fixed stuff that was done earlier by another company since some of the tubing was not place properly for no extra charge. They are soo professional, they won't try to get you ripped off like many other companies try. Their work is so neat. We couldn't be happier.

I had a leak in my shower wall that was causing puddling outside of the shower door, and damage to the wall that butts up to it. I searched Yelp to find a good plumber in the Menifee area, and I found Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists. Based on their reviews I called them right at 7AM when they opened, and Jon and Jason arrived by 8AM. They diagnosed my problem, fixed the leaky hot water pipe, and we're done in under an hour. They were professional, and very nice personable people to work with. To top it off their pricing is amazing!! I am a realtor, and I will be referring them out to future clients of mine. Being in real estate, I know how hard it is to find fast , reliable professionals when you need them. They will be my go to company for any future plumbing issues, personally and professionally speaking.
