We woke up this morning to a clogged kitchen and laundry drain line and after exhausting several methods to unclog it, I finally resorted to calling local plumbers from the internet. I called 3-plumbers and only PPDS answered. They scheduled my service for within the hour (between scheduled jobs) and did amazing work. Jason and Jay showed up, diagnosed the problem and professionally snaked the line and resolved the issue. They cleaned everything up and even went into my attic to check my water heater for any signs of failure, before inspecting my water main line and showing my wife where it was and how to shut it off in case of an emergency. These guys went way above and beyond with their service and will now be the plumbers I highly recommend. To top it off, their pricing was extremely reasonable.

Jon and Jason are AMAZING. we had another plumber out before them that told us we for sure had a slab leak and wanted to charge us thousands, and it just didn't sit right. I found these guys and called them at 7am the next day, Jon answered right away & they scheduled me same day and they were so nice and reassuring. They are so knowledgeable. We told them everything we told the other plumber, but they diagnosed the problem within minutes and showed us. It wasn't a slab leak, it was a ruptured pipe in the wall which caused significant water damage. They referred us to the best people to help us with the next step. Me being pregnant with 2 kids, they took my stress levels down completely. I definitely recommend them and will absolutely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

If you are like me, have never needed a plumber, worried about who to trust, do yourself the favor and just hire these guys. You won't regret it !!

We have been smelling a sulfur smell in our house for about month and haven't been able to figure out what it was from. When we first smelled it we called 911 because we assumed it was a gas leak, they didn't find any gas in the house and said it was safe, then the next day we called the gas company just to be sure, they did extensive testing and found that there was no natural gas leak at all. Then we called the AC company who installed our AC about a year ago and he couldn't find anything. Then we called Pipeline Plumbing & Drain Specialists, Jon and Jason were there a total of about 5 minutes before they found the problem. We had been having some home renovations going on and the contractors were installing a sink and in the process modified some existing plumbing to get the water supply to the new sink. In doing so they took off a p-trap from our laundry drain removing the barrier to the sewer line and caused the sewer gas to come up our laundry drain pipe. We were able to fix it right away! They had a ton of knowledge and saved us from having to breathe any more toxic gas! We were so glad we called!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The first plumber I called couldn't come out for two days. Pipeline Plumbing was here in a half hour! The technician (Jay) was so pleasant, friendly, and efficient. My problem was solved in about 15 minutes. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

I've used Pipeline Plumbing twice before so I decided to call to get advise on a suggestion I was given as in making a hole in my living room wall to get to the shower cartridge by another so-called plumber. Eric answered my questions and offered their help if I needed them. I had big doubts about the other person so I kicked them to the curb and went with Pipeline, Jon came out yesterday and took care of my shower in a very short time without touching my wall and shower works great hubby is happy. This was my third time using them and they will always be my go to plumbers. They're professional, honest, dependable and reasonably priced.
