Jason is outstanding. Answered my call within 30 minutes (that alone is amazing) in the AM, was here by mid-afternoon. The price was beyond reasonable, especially compared to another longtime, yet unnamed, plumber in the area.

It was the small things as well, like having disposable shoe covers. I could care less if he makes a mess but it was a nice, professional gesture.

The job itself was done quickly and well.

Jason is the best. He spent an hour trying to fix a clog in an old, corroded, difficult to reach pipe and broke one of his tools. He didn't charge me. In addition, he gave me the name of a local company that could probably do the job. Talk about old San Francisco integrity. How refreshing. Another outstanding experience with Jason. I can't recommend him highly enough. He's extremely friendly, very competent and very reasonably priced. He does great work and leaves the place in perfect condition when he's finished. If you have a plumbing job, Jason should be your first call.

It's all true. I hired Jason yesterday for a leaking p-trap. Turns out the pipe was cracked. He soldered new section. Quality work at a fair price from an honest guy. I now have a new plumber!

What an amazing experience with Pipeline today and they didnt come in for service! My garbage disposal wasnt working so I called Jason for service. Before we agreed on a time he suggested I reset and loosen the garbage disposal and it stared working. Good to see a company with integrity. As long as I am living in the bay area, I will be using Pipeline for any plumbing related issues!

Not only did they pick up the phone during the hours their site says they are open - which is apparently a miracle unto itself with plumbing companies - but they fit us in same day. Ray showed up exact 15 minutes after his 15-minute courtesy call and he was nothing but professional (even offered to take his shoes off so he wouldn't dirty our white carpet). He fixed the kitchen sink, explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it, and also gave suggestions to avoid this problem in the future. He also cleaned up the kitchen after himself and stopped to pet my dog. Thank goodness for these people!

Thank you Yelpers for leading me to Jason!!! He is great, awesome, superlative! Had a running toilet, a 10+ yr old Kohler one-piece. Read the Kohler Homeowners Guide which was absolutely of no help, then the Installation Guide which was a little help as to which direction to rotate/turn threaded rod for raising or lowering the water line. At one point, water finally shut off but when I flushed, water wouldn't run. Did some more adjusting and gave up so looked on Yelp, called and/or emailed 3 plumbers on a late Fri afternoon. Jason emailed me Mon morning with an estimate, explaining Kohler parts are expensive. Other plumbers either couldn't send anyone for another 2-3 days or didn't know availability of Kohler parts. Called Jason early Mon afternoon but his welcome message said he was busy until next Tue...oh no! Sent an email asking if he can come sooner. Sensing my desperation, he called during a late lunch break saying he could come after an hour. Magically he showed up on-time with the correct Kohler parts, confirmed fill valve was bad, and replaced it, inlet hose and flapper with efficiency and cleanliness. He even caulked silicone around toilet base. Not only did he fixed the toilet but also had it looking better. He even gave me a discount because job was shorter than his estimate!

Jason came out on very short notice. Same day. Jason is really nice and cordial. I had a ""hammer"" noise coming from the master bathroom bath/shower faucet. I did a lot of research on my own and got a replacement OEM cartridge from the manufacturer via a local distributor. All Jason had to do was replace the cartridge. I thought it would be an easy job, but boy was I wrong. Jason worked hard and diligently for about 2 hours. He was totally committed to making sure the job was done well, correctly and thoroughly and I totally appreciate that! I will definitely recommend him to friends, family and neighbors.
