Jason did an excellent job in repairing, actually replacing, a leaky kitchen sink faucet. My problem was not an emergency but he was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution, which involved purchasing new hardware which he was able to expedite and even picked up the part and installed it all in the same afternoon.

He was friendly, easy to communicate with and very flexible and responsive with my urgent plumbing need. He was also neat/tidy and his fees were very fair!

Wow, Jason is a both a pro and a good human being. He helped with some plumbing and home improvement. I had a toilet and vinyl baseboards that needed repair - he did an A+ job. His pricing is good, and the Quality is superb. He is a perfectionist. I also appreciated his communication via text, was timely and polite.

We had a leak in the bathroom sink and Jason came out within the hour to repair it. He was super nice and told us what he needed to repair and why and went straight to work!

He went above and beyond what I figured would need to be done (preventative to make sure the same thing didn't happen again), and the price was very reasonable. He also left the space cleaner than he found it.

Would definitely use him again, but hope I don't have another leak for some time! : )

I feel so lucky to have found Jason! My kitchen sink clogged up last night, and after spending 5+ hours on the internet trying to self-help I gave up and decided to contact a professional.

This morning I found Jason through Yelp, and he happened to be available in the afternoon and was able to come over, braving the rain outside! He ran a little late but hey, it's raining in San Francisco so understandably there is traffic. It's definitely not his fault and what mattered was that he let me know as soon as he knew he would be late.

He comes off as super nice yet professional, and is easy going and put me at ease right away. I asked to observe him work because I wanted to learn from him after the internet failed me last night. He was so patient with all my questions even though he was trying to solve my problem at the same time.

As he worked he was doing his best to keep our space clean, which I really appreciated because kitchen clogs can smell and overflows can stink up your place if not dealt with properly. Some water did splash out, but I'm only saying this to let you know that you cannot expect a perfect job from anyone doing something like this. He did amazing given the circumstances, and cleaned up more afterwards and even brought his own sanitizing wipes to wipe down the space for us.

After he was done he did 2 thorough tests to make sure the water was flowing properly and there was no leakage. Some people will leave after one test, but he took the time to do 2.

His prices are very reasonable, and did not try to increase the original estimate as I've read that some other businesses do. This is after I told him I would understand if the price is more than the estimate because he gave me an estimate over the phone first and some actual hands on time might have exposed something unexpected.

I'm not saying that I don't think he will ever give you a different price from what his estimate is, because the situation isn't always so straightforward. What I am saying is that if his prices do turn out to be slightly higher than the estimate in the end you should know that he is an honest and trustworthy person. The price is right, and the increase will not be from dishonesty or greed.

If we have another plumbing problem Jason will be my first choice for sure. :)

We had Jason install our new Delta Touch2O kitchen faucet and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism. He got back to us with available times quickly and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Everything was ready to go in under an hour.

I just had a great experience with Jason. Today I had an appointment set with a guy named Phil, but that guy cancelled an hour before (ugggh!) - so I texted Jason and he said ""hey I happen to be free at 3:30pm-4pm range"" and so I locked that in. Jason came by, pointed out what was wrong (the p trap and some other part in my really old kitchen sink), went back to his truck to get the parts, and installed everything. He was great and now I know to go to him first! (Btw in this day and age I think he's the only plumber who uses text as well, which is way better than phone tag with other plumbers)
