A flawless experience getting trenchless sewer replacement. This was our third company to give a quote. Jose was the only one who bothered to actually look in the sewer line with his fancy camera and understand what was going to be required. He worked with us to find the best access points and gave a quote that was significantly less than the others. (Other shops had fixed rates regardless of scope. Jose seemed to price based on what was actually required, and for us, that meant a simpler and cheaper job).

The work was scheduled just 1 week after I confirmed our interest. The team showed up early and made quick work of the install. It was impressive to watch them work and they were very respectful of our lawn, using boards to collect the dirt and setting the grass layer aside to be replaced later. We only had water off for about 2 hours while the pipe was replaced. Trenchless is amazing, and saves the lawn from a lot of damage.

The inspection was completed without a hitch and then the holes were refilled. Other than the two new clean-outs, you can hardly tell any work was done. The grass and landscaping were carefully returned to their original state. We are so impressed with their attention to detail and very glad we chose Pipe-Thru Plumbing. Highly recommend.

Free estimate included pipe camera in 2 directions to inspect entire sewer system, one from roof vent; finding buried clean-out location; entering 12"" clearance crawl space to scope out best repair method. Jose took almost a full 2 hours for the estimate, I couldn't not pay him for that much effort and honesty in scoping the job. Got us scheduled for 4 days out, which ended up being fine.

Crew of two was great... boot covers, tyvek overalls for entering crawlspace with muddy leak area. Did a full-20 foot connection replacement under the house, including digging down to the existing pipes. Tracked zero dirt through the house, even having to move old cast iron pipe pieces up and down hallway. Very efficient, only 2 hours total sewer off-line time. We were thrilled with everything about their service. Great close-in, clean-up, haul-away.

Needed help replacing our old rusty sink, so I put up a quote for Yelp to dispearse among quite a few local plumbers. Pipe-Thru's response was one of the fastest and Jose was there the next day to estimate the job. They worked hard when there were hiccups in the install and kept us informed with every step and option to take. Jose's quote was super competitive to replace our sewer line. His crew did a fantastic job, left our yard clean and safe waiting for the City to inspect it, organized the inspection and permit and then returned to fill in the holes and clean up. After they finished the only evidence they had ever been there was the new cleanout they installed. Would highly recommend this crew for trenchless pipe replacements.

After finding out the damage that was done over time to the GI pipe, some due to time and the remaining due to the bad plumbing that was done while the house was being put together ( directly connecting GI to copper pipe causing electrolysis resulting in rusting and choking the GI pipe) I reached out to Jose and team amongst others to find out what could the best and fastest way to replace the pipe. Jose was the first to show up and I was pretty impressed finding out about the trenchless technique to do this job.

Most of the other vendors that came out to estimate recommended digging open the lawn patch , and then fold it back once the pipe was laid in ( definitely not the same landscape anymore).

Eventually agreed upon with Jose (his pricing was the most competitive amongst all the estimates that were quoted to me) to proceed with this and he and the crew came and did a fantastic job today. Clean like nothing ever happened, fast ( couple of hours at max) with the least amount of water disruption.

Would definitely recommend Jose and team , for their excellent work, great customer service and respecting time and being punctual with their commitment.
