Our house is nearly 70 years old, and the lateral sewage pipe needed to be replaced. I'm so happy we hired Jose and his team at Pipe Thru. Jose came over the same day I called and spent nearly an hour with me at the free consult showing me the state of the pipe with the camera (roots!) and answering all of my questions with patience. The quote was very competitive. He got on the permit the next day and work started just a couple days later. The entire team was extremely professional and went the extra mile of installing a clean out for a connection we weren't expecting and keeping the worksite pristine. Only asked for an estimate. My landscape drain gets clogged sometimes. Another company quoted me $9000 for trenchless replacement with pipe-bursting. I wanted another estimate. Pipe-Thru arrived on time. Quickly ran their camera through and told me that the pipe is good and nothing to replace. It was just undersized for the size of the yard. What the other $9000 company told me was a breakage in the pipe, Pipe-Thru said was an intact tee, which made sense because it was near a downspout. Pipe-Thru also said that pipe bursting would not be recommended here because the pipe is shallow and underneath a concrete patio which could get damaged. I felt like I got honest and qualified opinion. They left without any work for them and I felt bad about wasting their time.

The capped the leaking pipe and installed a new one so we didn't have to rip up all the hardscape, driveway, and landscaping.
