We have been having clogged sewer line issues for a while due to 60+ years old pipe system with roots growing into every single joints from our big front tree.
We had a couple of company check it out and give us a quote for replacing the whole pipe from our house to the property line thru pipe bursting.
Jose was very friendly and seemed very professional. The price was also fair so we decided to go with them.

They were able to come 3 days later, had worked out the permit with the city, and replaced the pipe in one day. They got some issues with their machine and worked until 9pm to finish the job to make sure we had sewer access that day. This was very professional.
A week later the inspector from the city came and there were no issues. They came the following day to put back the dirt and cleanup everything.

Everything was handled professionally, in a timely manner and the whole team was friendly. We would highly recommend them.

We had a water leak at the meter. It was a very small leak with few gallons per hour. We had several estimates ranging from few hundreds to few thousands . Almost all of them involved digging the old pipe and replaced it with the new copper pipe . Jose 's solution was ignored the old pipe , digging only few feet from the meter and used a special machine to snake the new polyethylene pipe . So not much labor involved ( digging the soil to place new pipe) His estimate was in the middle of the quotes range . He showed up on time , did a quick and good job and no more leak since then ( more than 2 months )

Jose was amazing. He changed his schedule to come out first thing in the morning. The job turned out to be much more than a simple drain clog- roots had infested our mainline where a previous plumber had incorrectly installed the clean-out and connection. Jose showed us clearly where the issue was and didn't pressure us to go with him. He offered a very fair price (despite our desperation) and somehow did the dig out and replacement the same day! Even more, I couldn't even see where he did the excavation- he did amazing cleanup!

A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They e5ven carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

Our two-story office building had a ceiling leak back in 2017. Many contractors had come to fix it, but none were able to fully address it until we found Pipe-Thru.
During the heavy rain over a weekend in January 2018, water poured in and flooded the second floor, then went all the way down to soak large portion of the carpet on the first floor. Some of the ceiling tiles got so wet and soft that they just dropped to the floor. I called many companies the moment I got there and at around 3pm found Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing who was the only one could come out the same day and it would be at 5pm. Due to the wet weather and rush hours, Jose informed me later that he would need additional 45 mins and asked if that's ok. Water was still flooding the roof at the time and we desperate to get this problem solved, so I agreed. Jose arrived shortly before 6pm and started working right away. He snaked the pipe and drained the water. Debris were accumulated overtime and blocked the water from going down causing overflow every time when there's heavy rain. Within an hour, water went down the drain. Jose told me that was just a temporary fix because there was something stuck in one of the vent pipes a few feet down the roof where there's a 90 degree turn because his camera was unable to move pass that point. He needed to come back when there's not rain in order to open that section of the pipe and see what's in there.

Two days later, Jose came back and opened that section. We saw a deformed soda can stuck in there. He removed it, cleaned the pipe and completed the job.

It has been more than year now and no more leak in that area ever since.

Overall, Jose is very friendly and professional, able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it. The cost is also very reasonable. We are very happy with the result.
