Jose and the team at Pipe-thru Trenchless plumbing came through for us when it mattered. Our old water pipe to the house bursted somewhere under ground. After reaching out to Pipe-thru, Jose personally came out and assessed the situation. Jose gave a fair and competitive quote. Within an hour his team came out to put in a temporary line.
On the day of the repair, the team was focused, quick and professional. The trenchless method they do kept our concrete intact and less impact to the landscaping. They got 95% of the repair done, and handled all the paperwork for the permit. After inspection the team came back out to finish and clean up.
Their responsiveness and professional is exactly the kind you want. Overall they helped resolve a stressful situation and did a great job at it. You hope not to have a water pipe burst, but if it does this is the company you want helping you.

Amazing team! I had a sewer pipe that kept backing up and overflowing into my front yard. I called 4 contractors: 3 of them said i simply needed to reline the pipe. Pipe-Thru Trenchless said the pipe had sunk in one part on the yard due to settling and had probably gotten partly cracked. Being an engineer myself, something told me to go with this company. They quoted also half the price of the other companies! When we dug up the pipe it turned out Pipe-Thru Trenchless was 100% correct. The pipe had cracked due to settling. If i had used any of the other plumbing companies that offered to fix it via pipe relining, my sewer pipe would still be backing up. My two cents: if you have some serious pipe repairs, dont use plumbers - go with a company that specializes in pipeline repairs

Not only were they very quick in responding, but they were here for hours until the problem was resolved after trying multiple ways to fix my double vanity clog. Felipe and Victor were the most professional workers as well not leaving a trace. I highly recommend as they were also reasonably priced.

We've been having persistent sewer clogs that finally got too bad to just rooter it out anymore. Jose arrived a few hours after contacting him, and he gave us a range of choices from a quick repair to a slab-to-street complete replacement that evening. Two days later his crew was on site at 8am, and had the job finished by noon; where other plumbers said they'd leave us to repair the hole in the driveway, Jose's team replaced and re-grouted the pavers so that we couldn't even tell where they dug. A clean, efficient, quality job from start to finish, very conveniently timed and at a great price. It's the best experience I've had with a major underground job like this.

I had a puddle of water in my crawlspace and I thought my galvanized rusted sewer pipe cracked. I got quotes from 5 plumber contractors to replace my sewer pipes. Jose was the only person who immediately told me the sewer pipes were not cracked because the water did not smell bad. He then spent 20 minutes finding out what the real problem was. I had a leaking water pipe.

I eventually decided to replaced my galvanized sewer pipes to eliminate any problems in the future. Jose's quote was the most competitive. He had a crew of 5 or 6 and they finished the job in 1.5 days. They did a great job even though the crawlspace was very small and it was filled with mud. More importantly, they kept my house, porch and outside area clean during the entire process. Thanks!

I hired Jose and his crew after getting 3 competitive bids. My water line had been leaking under the driveway parking area and I did not notice until I received my water bill from SJ Water. I called SJ Water to send one of their engineer's to evaluate. At the same time I pulled the 2 X 4 form board from the drive way and could see the leak. I sent Jose several pictures and he gave me a bid on line. It was in the area I was looking to pay so, I called and asked when he could come and he said how about tomorrow. He arrived on time and started working at once. They replaced the line under the concrete and were finished in less than 4 hours. I was impressed with the neatness and finish of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We could not say enough good things about Jose and his crew at Pipe-Thru Plumbing. PG&E were working on a gas leak at our house and hit our water main. They couldn't fix it and left us without water or a solution for 1 1/2 days. We called Jose & he came out within the hour. Said he'd have is crew out in 3 hours to put a temporary water line in and return to replace the main in 2 days. Crew arrived when said, told us they can replace the main today. 6 hours later we had water. They left our yard looking the way the found it and were a joy to work with. If you need a water main or sewer line replaced Trenchless call Jose. He will take care of you like he did us. Also their work comes with a 15 year warranty!!
