I called a couple of plumbers on Monday morning, after discovering a leak in the ceiling. The dispatcher from Pipe Masters advised that he would try to accommodate the trouble call. While waiting for an update, my son and I opened the ceiling and found the leak. In the mean time, the PipeMasters dispatcher called to advise that he was still trying to free up a technician. I sent them a photo of the leak. I was not sure but I suspected that the wax ring had worn out. Arvin the dispatcher called me about 15:30 and advised that a technician would be at my home with in the hour. The technician arrived with a helper and immediately removed the toilet and reset the wax ring. The whole process including the leak test was just about an hour. I am extremely satisfied with the repair. Thank you Scott Yoshida

My electric water tank had to be replaced due to aging. My experience has been positive from the time I contacted Pipe Masters until the installation of a new water tank. Arvin, the office supervisor provided me all the necessary information clearly & kindly over phone. Pili, the office manager emailed & texted me what to expect next accordingly. Joshua installed the tank without complaining about my tight closet space he had to work in. He answered all my questions and called company office to get necessary answers for me when he was not sure. They demonstrated professionalism and friendly customer service. Kudos to them!

I highly recommend Pipe Masters! I received a quote for my clogged bathtub (via Yelp) immediately and scheduled an appointment the next day. Communication during this entire process was excellent. My technician, Izaiah, arrived during the time slot and worked his magic to unclog my bathtub. Thank You Izaiah! Everything was so easy and smooth. I was able to settle my bill before Izaiah left and received an email receipt with photos of services rendered. Arvin called me later to ensure that I was satisfied and to ask if I had any questions. He also gave me suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future. I appreciated this follow-up call! Overall, I had an excellent experience with Pipe Masters. I will be using their services again in the future.

Called Pipe Masters in the morning and they were able to accommodate me and come out that afternoon. You get an email and text message confirming your appointment. When it's closer to your appointment you get another text message letting you know the Technician is on the way. It even have GPS tracking to let you know where the Technician is and when they will arrive. Very handy as to not just wait around wondering when they will arrive. Technician (Josh) came on time and began to access the situation. What I liked about their service was the fact that the technician explained to me what he was doing and what it would cost before he started. He also explained that if it did not work, what would be the next step and the cost. What I liked was the transparency and that I knew exactly what my costs were going to be before he even started. That way if it was worse, I already knew it was in my budget. Luckily for me Josh was very good at he was doing and was able to clear my toilet without having to remove my toilet. Arvin also called after to check on the quality of the job done and to see if I had any questions or concerns. This is my second time hiring Pipe Masters and second time I am very happy with their service. I will definitely call them again. Happy to support local business and local families!

I strongly recommend Pipemasters. Arvin did a good job explaining everything prior to the appointment. Pukana showed up promptly, was very good about answering questions, and was very nice. Everything was cleaned up neatly. Arvin followed up with a call to check on how everything went and to answer any additional questions. The communication before and after the appointment, including the texts and emails, were very helpful. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience.
