This our 2nd time using this company and they haven't failed to impress. They spend the time to listen to and understand your problem and then patiently explain their solution and why. They lay out all cost upfront so you are not surprised by added/hidden cost. They stick to what they say and the technicians who come to do the work show their experience and attention to doing quality work. You may pay a little bit more but if you want peace of mind, what you pay is well worth it. With a 2x positive experience they'll definitely be one company I'd use again and refer to others.

I love the communication this company uses. Through texts they confirmed my appointment and then on the day of appointment, gave me the name of the tech who was coming complete with bio (!) and a tracker to estimate his arrival time. I liked that they respected my time. Bernard Luong was terrific! As he checked out the pipe replacement problem for an estimate, he was happy to answer my many questions and explain the intricacies of plumbing! I so appreciated he was sincere and not dismissive of the naive questions. Great service! We had to postpone the job due to family matters. But I will certainly contact them again.

Great customer service all the way around. From the receptionist: ""Pili"" to the manager: ""Arven"" and the wonderful Technicians: ""Ryan and CJ"" I was completely satisfied! Everyone was professional courteous and friendly. Ryan made sure that everything was done correctly and how I wanted it. The previous plumber that I had working for me didn't return my call and left me with a leaking connection to my water heater. Arven and Ryan listened to what I wanted to be changed (pipe connections) and got the job done. I must say that it is very hard to find honest and hard-working plumbers nowadays. Hired this company for a toilet leak. They gave us an estimate immediately and sent someone out the same day. Ryan even came a little early and after inspecting the problem, gave us a reasonable quote and fixed the problem quickly after retrieving the part. He was friendly and professional and efficient. 5 stars first visit! Was impressed with this company from the moment I called. We have had a few issues with clogs and backups since we purchased our older home and wanted to square away any problems prior to starting our bathroom remodel. Callback from the company in regards to my online inquiry was almost immediate. Customer service is great! Arvin was very thorough and informative on their plan of action and what we could expect. We just had our initial assessment visit this morning. Everything rolled out as expected, no surprises. They let you know when they are on the way. Techs were punctual, professional and friendly. Would recommend!
