I needed a new water heater and contacted Pipe Masters. Jason was so quick, professional and friendly in his reply. We have a few properties and so I have to deal with many services and service technicians. The first impression I got with Pipe Masters was a good one! Now, on to the pricing and the quality of work. George and Devon came to haul away the old water heater and install the new one. They were on time, friendly, professional, and competent. Pricing was fair and what was quoted, no shady add-on's and what not. At first I thought they did only water heaters but they do all types of plumbing work. I would not hesitate to call them again or to refer friends and family to Pipe Masters! Thanks Jason, George, and Devon, and Betty (with the scheduling)!

Pipe Masters was great they were responsive and they came in a timely manner. Explain the process of detecting a leak and were very professional. Luckily we didn't have any leak but I would use them again

Everyone I dealt with at Pipe masters was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. They squeezed our home into their busy schedule and kept us posted on the ETA. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Jason, George and Devin!!! Great job!!!

My business had a sink that started backing up in sewage, which the property manager called these guys to help us immediately. George came and he assessed the situation very methodically and rationally. He also communicated with Jason via phone since he also knew the layout of our building structure. As plumbers and techs their underlying job is to minimize damage to help people restore their function and lives as quickly as possible...but I have rarely met such a plumber. Prior to him one plumber just didn't give a **** and he had a ""not my problem"" kind of attitude. The other well known nation-wide plumbing company didn't even assess and did the shot gun approach which made the situation worse for my office and my company. I feel like George really understood the predicament we were in and understood that I couldn't shut down my business for a long time. He helped us tremendously and for that I am grateful.

The owner Jason, responded to my quote request through yelp in a very quickly. I needed two toilet close valves replaced as they were both old and one would no longer stop water when it was closed all the way. Jason's response was very professional and let me know that he'd love to work with me and would have his office personnel give me a call to set up a free estimate if I was interested. This response was better than another plumbing company's that told me ""every problem is different and they couldn't give me a quote and to give them a call"" (it wasn't as nice as they tried to be ""funny"" and all I wanted was a quote, so why are you enabling yelp quotes if you don't do them?) Long story short, they got me in two days later (talk about a quick opening). They sent me Bernard and I think his name was Chase (Only Bernard handed me his card). Both were very friendly and took off their shoes prior to entering the residence without even asking! They took a look at both valves and gave me an estimate. They were great! I agreed and thought I'd have to schedule another appointment for the actual labor. They did it right then. This saves me time I have to take off of work. Just a note, if you can, pay by check. If you pay by card, they charge you the 3% fee from the credit card company. I would highly recommend Pipe Masters to anyone needing to fix their plumbing. I'll be using them again to replace other plumbing as needed. Awesome techs!

i sent messages to a couple of places for quotes to come un-stuck three drains in our downstairs bathroom, and Pipe Masters got back to me right away. I called some other places for second opinions, but ended up going back to Pipe Masters. The owner, Jason, answered the phone personally and was a really nice guy. Pipe Masters does flat-rate service, so we knew what our rate would be prior to booking; no ""assessment"" fees, no travel fees, nothing extra. They gave us two scenarios given our description of the problem: either they would be able to clear the blockages from inside the house, or they would have to go outside to access the pipes another way - we a flat-rate price for each scenario, both of which were reasonable. They sent someone out same day and luckily they were able to clear the blockage easily with the lower-cost option. They worked fast, were reasonably priced, and we would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Pipe Masters!

In January 2017 I called these guys to inspect my sewer main line and get an estimate on repairs. The camera inspection price was kind of high but went along with it. They got the estimate really quickly and Jason called me after the initial appointment to go through it. He was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. Fast forward to today. I scheduled them to replace my sewer main and do pipe cleaning a week ago. Jason honored the original estimate. The day before the job I called to confirm their arrival time. Jason said they will arrive between 830-9. The morning of the job he called at 8:17 saying that they will be late due to a previous job that had issues and ran over schedule. He said that they will now arrive at 10:30. My wife called them at 9:45 telling them to call if there were any other problems or if they will be running late. It was 10:30 with no one in sight and nobody called. I called around 12:00 and spoke to Jason. He was really apologetic and was sorry for the other job taking so long due to issues coming up. I asked for an ETA and he said he will talk to his guys and get back to me right away. 45 minutes later he calls and said that the guys will be at my house at 2 since they have to go to the shop and pick up equipment. 2:00 came and still no one showed up. I called again but this time to cancel. At this point I was tired of waiting. Almost an entire day went by without them coming. They didn't have the consideration to call when they are late and simply just didn't show up. I spoke to Betty and she was also apologetic about the situation. They kept mentioning that they were swamped due to the other job which is fine but please have the consideration to keep waiting customers informed. So I told her that I will be canceling the job. A few minutes later Jason called and asked if I wanted to push the job to tomorrow. However, I already made up my mind and said I'm going to put this off for now. When speaking to to him this time he was less apologetic and more worried about losing the job. Before we hung up the last thing he said was please keep in consideration that I honored the estimate issued in January. Sounds like next time they might increase the prices. I was ok when they missed the 10:30 time slot and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they are busy and things are crazy. It wasn't ok when they missed it again at 2 pm again without calling to keep me informed.

Worked with them on 3 different occasions. 1st 2 times was for the same problem at the same address. 3rd time was for a similar problem for a different address. Each time, they were prompt at calling back and serviced us the same day at the estimated times. The owner is pleasant to talk to. His workers are personable as well. 1st address, they had to go out twice, few days apart, for a partial toilet blockage, which subsequently ended up being completely blocked, and overflowed after the 1st visit in which the toilet drain was snaked, cleared (at that point), and incurred a fee. So the 2nd visit required pulling of the toilet and then snaking the line as needed. Some small plastic toys were retrieved from the base of the toilet causing the blockage, which probably was there from the start. This 2nd visit once again incurred a charge, but of course it's a bigger one due to pulling of the toilet. Problem finally fixed and no recurrence since. Just wished the toilet was pulled the 1st time. Oh well, lesson learned. Pay a bit more the 1st time around for a surer result. 3rd visit was more recent and on a different property, but experiencing similar problems. I was promptly called back. I asked for the toilet to be pulled off and the main line to be cabled. The owner was pleasant and courteous as always and recalled working with me. He reassured me he could get a guy out in the afternoon and even gave me a break on the use of a bigger cable. Kudos! I was happy to hear that as we've been having quite the number of recent plumbing issues on 2 different properties which are costly! His guy calls me and keeps me informed, shows up on time, and gets the drain cleared!! He gives me some advice, took a credit card payment over the phone, and all done! Thank you Pipe Masters for being there every time I needed you! Your same day service is exceptional!!

I needed a plumber to fix a leak that was coming from the main line to my home asap...called many plumbers but most companies was booked today...But after calling Pipe Masters...Jason said that a plumber could come out in the afternoon, but unfortunately, an emergency came up for that plumber...and he said 2 other plumber's could come after their other job was done...couple of hours later, George and Devin came out and were friendly, professional, honest and fast...they fixed the problem right away...yay, no more leaking! And they also answered some other questions I had for other plumbing problems...Mahalo George and Devin on a job well done!! I'd definitely call Pipe Masters again for any plumbing problem in the future!

I don't do a lot of yelp reviews, but Bernard and Jace from Pipe Masters earned 5 stars. I really can't think of anything they could have done better. Our bathtub had a clog and would take many hours to drain. We tried various chemical plumbers, a 20 ft snake, and a few other things, but we had no luck. Pipe Masters had good reviews, and people said they were reasonable, so I gave them a call one morning at about 8:30am. They said someone could come between 10:30am and 11:00am. I explained my problem and was told that for a flat rate of $175 plus tax their guys would do whatever it took to get the drain working properly, but most likely a snake would do the trick. Bernard and Jace were able to come about an hour early, and they got the drain fixed in about 20-30 minutes. They said the clog was about 25 feet deep! These guys were friendly, professional, and respectful. I would absolutely recommend them!
