So here's how it went: the BWS identified a leak by handing me a huge water bill. I called pipemasters last year to get quoted on some non essential work which I de used to delay due to Covid. In this situation, after calling I had a person at my home within an hour, a quote within two and confirmation of a repair appointment within 3. Good pre-service notification, tracking of arrival. The work was done as explained and quoted. Everything now works, leak resolved. After the fact they sent me pictures of the work completed. COVID: they gave me a good pre-service explanation of what they would do to keep me and their workers safe from COVID. They left behind some face masks which was a nice touch. Overall happy with the transaction.

I would definitely recommend Pipe Masters. Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. They are also very thorough. Before the appointment, I got a text/email of who was coming to the appointment with a picture and the background of that person. Bernard was the person that came to both appointments and him/his crew was very friendly and courteous. After each appointment, he would go through the work he did and pictures/videos he took. He explained everything he did, which I really appreciated since the 2nd visit my husband was not there. They were very safe and used masks.

They were so fast and efficient!! Very nice guys that went the extra step for Covid safety, too. Texting ahead of their arrival and advising me to open windows to have a breeze flowing in the house. We all wore our masks out of respect for each other. It's awesome that the company charges for the job only. They do not add an additional hourly rate on top! That was a first for me. We have used many plumbing services over the years and this one was the best by far, all around. Highly recommend and will definitely call them from now on.

I really appreciated how thorough George and his assistant, Bryan were. George clearly has many years of plumbing experience and he was very happy to explain everything and walk us through all of our options. They were very responsive - came within 1 day of when I first contacted them via Yelp, and even though the job was bigger than we initially expected, they were still able to complete it on the same day.

I love these guys. They understand a serious problem and show up in plenty of time to avert a disaster. I have worked with a few of their teams and always they are friendly and professional. Always announce their arrival ahead of time and leave the job site cleaner than when they arrive. They are reasonably priced, show up when they say and do a great job!
