The morning my water heater busted Pipe Dreams just happened to be doing a job across the street from my house. The guy who was there across the street (I think his name was CJ?) came over and turned off my water and turned off the busted water heater. I had to wait to speak with my insurance company to source out the repair, however the company they sent out was a nightmare. So I opted to get the pay out and in turn pay for Pipe Dreams to install my water heater. Chance was super easy to communicate with and Candalyn in the office was very friendly. CJ came out and did the install and he was great! He cleaned up after he was done and the overall process took about a couple of hours. I was super happy with this company and the services were well worth it. Thank you!

Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure to use these guys' services for a good reason they don't do the service I need, however when I called and left a message they called me back right away and that was very nice, then they gave me the number of the company that can help me out.
Way to go guys keep up the good work.

I was in a flood panic , but when I called chance at pipe dream plumbing he put me at ease. Him and his helper cj where AMAZING. My pipes where leaking and all beat up. They definitely put my pipes to dream. They stopped the flood and saved the day. Thanks guys. You Rock!!

This is the second time I have had Pipe Dreams come out for work. They are on time and do the job at the quoted price. Extremely neat and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better plumber. These guys are now permanently in my phone . . . and they should be in yours too. Highly Recommend!!

I was new to Las Vegas, needed a plumber to install all new toilets, sinks, and my faucets. I hired a referral some Australian guy who charged me $165 for a toilet (not installed) that I saw at home depot for $79.00 He also left it on the floor because he couldn't figure out how to install it.
ENTER the best plumbing company ever, PIPE DREAMS. Chance, the owner not only got the cheap toilet that the other plumber couldn't install in, he installed a really nice Kohler toilet and my sink, disposal and faucets. They were on time and did fast efficient work on everything I asked for. He doesn't take advantage of a woman and charge an arm and a leg either. Very reasonable. I will use this company for all my future plumbing needs.

I have called Chance for a few plumbing jobs now, from exchanging water heater on warranty to installing new water heater that i picked out. Chance dealt directly with manufacturer, making process seemless and effortless. And of course inspections were a breeze!

I usually don't post when a business has as many 5star reviews as Pipe Dreams does, how many do they need (haha)? By now everyone probably knows this is the company to hire for any plumbing issues, but I do want to acknowledge how grateful I am to have found them. I had bad experience a few years ago when we had a dishwasher give out, all over my kitchen The plumber we hired was terrible, just that perfect combination of condescending and ignorant about his trade. It was sooo stressful.

Well, last week it was our water heater that went, and I can't even begin to tell you how needlessly I worried about getting it replaced. I relaxed from the moment I called and talked to Candalyn, the sweet office manager, she got me the first available appointment and discussed everything that needed to get done. When Chance (the plumber) showed up, he was clean, polite and professional. Did you know you need a permit to have your water heater replaced, or that the old one can be recycled? I didn't, but I'm glad he did. I wish more companies operated like this.

NO QUESTION ABOUT IT!!! - Pipe Dreams Plumbing will be the only plumber I call as long as I live in Las Vegas.

I called for an appointment, left a message on voicemail. With in minutes I had Chance on the phone asking what was going on, and setting up an appointment the next day to come and fix it.

They arrived, assessed the situation and went to work on fixing it.
Good as new! And no problems since!
Chance even ordered from my toilet company a replacement for the inside, incase I needed it later. And they sent it for free!

They were fantastic! And I am now a LOYAL Pipe Dreams Customer, but hopefully won't need to call too anytime soon!! Nothing personal Chance!! :-/)

Chance was amazing. Everything everyone has written about him is true.
On time, polite, fair and honest. I was having a particularily difficult day and Chance was patient and kind while I was dealing with some extraordinary pain issues when he arrived. He is a gem, and CJ is a great worker too. They are my go to guys now!
