Our water pressure regulating valve began leaking and Chance was able to accurately diagnose the problem from pictures and provide a reasonable price estimate. He showed up promptly for the appointment, explained the issue, and fixed the problem (replace and install). Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I previously called Chance to get a quote to replace our toilets and his rate was fair, but I also peppered him with follow up questions and he was kind enough to offer advice. He didn't try to send someone for a few to diagnose but rather provided me with knowledge and left things in my court. Loved that he didn't try to force a diagnostic fee to answer some questions like another plumbing company did.

We didn't end up replacing the toilets, but when we found a leak in one of our bathroom sinks, I immediately thought of Pipe Dreams based on the previous chat with Chance.

Eric was the plumber that showed up today, and he was also pretty rad. He was kind and didn't try to upsell me or put pressure. He was super thorough in answering my questions and with his work.

10/10 recommend Chance and Eric and will call them again.

This would be the second time using them and they never fail! Reasonable pricing and awesome customer service. Chance and crew always takes the time to explain the issues that are going on. Had a leaky toilet that I tried fixing but failed. CJ and Eric came thru the next day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very clean and professional work. Our water heater went out last night. I called Chance with Pipe Dreams this morning and he quoted me a fair price and a arrival time(2:00-4:00) for this Technician, CJ. I'm writing this review at 4:12pm, and the water heater is completely installed and running perfectly. CJ was polite informative and he left absolutely no evidence that he had been other other then a new water heater. He actually did it so quietly that our 1 and 2 year old babies, who were directly over head napping didn't even wake up! I highly recommend Pipe Dreams to anyone here in Las Vegas needing a professional, courteous, fair priced, and timely Plumbing company!!! Thanks guys!!!

We had a kitchen drain that was dumping water out of the relief valve all over the outside of the house. Chance, the owner, wasn't able to fix this specific problem but was very patient in helping me understand what the real issue was and then referred me to the drain company that fixed it that day. Because of how awesome Chance was, I decided to get a corroded water spigot replaced. CJ came out and was friendly, professional, and explained what he was going to do, and then when complete, showed me what he did. He moved really fast and was done in under an hour. Best of all, a very fair, low price. I highly recommend this business. Great job!

Pipe Dreams has come out to my home to solve multiple plumbing issues for me throughout the years. Based on my experiences, I feel very confident recommending Pipe Dreams. We had a major plumbing issue after many bids our neighbor suggested Pipe Dreams plumbing. I have to tell you thank god for word of mouth this company was amazing they were on time,completed the job when they said they would and you would never have known we just had a major leak they returned everything back to its place. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Our tenant reported water leaking found in our dinning room floor. I called Chance, he said he will not work on condo plumbing at this time. But he gave us his advice for the possible cause  in dinning room floor when there are no obvious water leaking around that area in dinning room. 
It turned out the leaking was caused  by the broken faucet and valve in kitchen sink as Chance mentioned before.  The water travels from kitchen sink to dining room area. We really appreciate him taking his time to answer my call twice  and give us the best solution! Chance is the best! We hope he will be able to work on our next job in the future!
