CJ has been to my home to fix two of my toilets. I should have reviewed him both times, but I don't hardly leave any reviews... Anyway super nice guy. Very clean work. Professional. Wow, what a fantastic company! From the initial estimate to the final clean-up, with a couple of curve balls handled along the way, Pipe Dreams did a terrific job all around. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I got multiple estimates before selecting Pipe Dreams Plumbing to replace a couple faucets and a garbage disposal in my kitchen. I was impressed with their communication and timeliness for the free, same-day estimate. Zack clearly explained what they'd do and what would be included in the price, including a two-year warranty on the work they did (I supplied the new fixtures). Their price was neither the highest nor the lowest I received, but was definitely competitive. I am wary of choosing a company based only lowest price because it can mean they are willing to cut corners or can frequently surprise you with ""unexpected"" additional charges. After selecting Pipe Dreams, they were able to schedule the work for the very next day, with a two-hour arrival window.

Zack was actually about an hour early, but he called first to make sure that was ok with me. He was consistently polite and friendly, wore protective covers on his shoes without my needing to ask, and asked permission before touching or moving anything.

During the install, we ran into some problems, like the new faucet not having enough room to just be installed in place of the old one. Zack proposed good solutions to each problem we hit, all of which required him to do work and/or supply some parts. When he was done, everything was installed and working great thanks to his efforts, but he still reminded me a couple of times that I should call them if I have any problems and they'd take care of it.

At the end of the day, there were no extra surprise charges and the final bill was exactly what they previously quoted. Their customer-centric approach is sincere and refreshing.

I was so impressed with Pipe Dreams that I am getting off of my butt to write my first review in years.

Chance was 100% professional in scheduling us. CJ provided charming and excellent service.

I am not handy at all and it's easy to overcharge me; but I'm quite sure that CJ did the opposite. I had a couple of potential issues which an unscrupulous company could have ""fixed"" and charged me a pretty penny. In each case, CJ explained that no action was necessary.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Chance was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Chance did :)
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Chance saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call

My garbage disposal broke. I called Pipe Dreams and within 2 hours I had a new garbage disposal. Zack did the work and was extremely professional.

I like the work so much, I ordered new toilets for my home and they will install them in a couple of days.

This is now my company for all of my future plumbing.

If I could giver them a 10 rating, I would.

Chance returned my call within 10 minutes of leaving a message. I sent pictures of my leak and he had a technician out to my house within the hour. Chance and his employee CJ were both empathetic and courteous. I received a free estimate and will confirm their services once I hear back from my home owners warranty. If I am not covered under my warranty, I will update my review after Pipe Dreams completes the work. So far, the service has been great!

We have a Moen shower set that had a leak and the repair sucked. Had to call someone and ran into this company on Yelp with awesome reviews. When I called I was able to give a detailed description of the issue and was given a really good idea of what I was dealing with and a range of pricing depending on how severe the problem was. Zach (forgive spelling) came out and met with my parents to take a look. Fixed it up nicely and it was the lowest end of the possible quote. There was no BS or up sells and that alone makes us happy. Job was completed and my parents were very clear how good of an experience they had. Will use again if needed for sure.
