I did not end up hiring PCC, but Lucio provided me good advice for 2 projects. The first one he could not accept because of availability (it was an emergency). For the second project, Lucio provided me advice on how to work with the original company who installed my water heater. I will call PCC for my next major plumbing issue.

Update: after the owner Lucio said he is willing to refund us 340 dollars and got our Vemo, NOTHING was refunded to us after a week. It's just another SCAM. Guys, do pay attention to this company. Really need to watch out! Don't get scammed again

I had the worst experience with this company. This is a totally ""scam"". I was asked to pay $400 dollars upfront to start the work with a tool that usually we can rent for $40 from home depot which obviously will not work. And of course, it did not work. We got charged another 340 dollars to use another auger to do it again. So in total, i paid 740 dollars for this great service. The 2nd tool that used today actually cost ~$500 dollars to buy at home depot. Just sharing the experience for anyone who has interest to pick their service. Btw, the contractor's name is Gabriel.

After searching online, this type of service usually cost $250-$280.

I learned the lesson with $740. Hopefully this review can help you and prevent anyone else get ""scammed"" again.

Update 1:
The owner reached out on July 29 and promise he will refund $340 for the second part of service charge in the evening. I give him my vemo right away and till now, 3 days later, nothing has been refunded. I will keep this thread updated. I feel like DOUBLE SCAMMED!

Lucio did an awesome job for us today! We are doing a kitchen remodeling and he was able to solve our problem very efficiently. He also pointed out what needs to be done in the future.

Update: I had Lucio coming back for another job. He fixed everything in two hours and wow it looked awesome. He also gave us suggestions on how to maintain other parts of our home. I would hire him again if the needs emerge!

We had a broken gas connector that required a new valve connection to the gas line. Lucio responded to our request immediately, and was able to complete the repair in less than 24 hours. He was very efficient and the pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

It's a late night 9pm emergency. Lucio came right on time and fixed my garbage disposal. He is professional and works fast. During his job he also taught me why previous installation is wrong, and this way is better.
