I had a main drain line leak directly above my cars in my garage. I called them knowing full well that the drain line cast iron pipes needed to be replaced. I work 7 days a week and a lot of hours, so I needed them to stick to a time and make sure it was done in a timely manner. At the same time, I'm not crazy, so of course I wanted them to beat the price I was quoted by another reputable company.

Pipe Bros beat the price reasonably, but also came in at the expected time, did the job, cleaned up their mess, and left in time for me to get ready for my next meeting.

Last year I purchased a condo in the south part of Pasadena and I redid my kitchen completely. I noticed the kitchen sink cabinet was showing some egregious leaks even though everything was new!!! It seemed that my leak occurred anytime we were cleaning up the dishes and when the dishwasher had been run.

I called Pipe Bros after reading a ton of comments and reviews on Yelp for Licensed and Bonded Plumbers with 50+ public reviews.

Titus was dispatched today promptly during my quoted arrival and service time. Wow! I am so impressed with the service. I thought my dishwasher was leaking but Titus diagnosed a leak from my exhaust port never having been sealed properly by my kitchen contractor.

Also, a long term problem was diagnosed and prevented. My kitchen contractor had apparently done a really poor job installing my new sink and dish washer, particularly how the pipes were complicated and likely to cause blockage later on.

Titus was able to within the service window completely revamp my kitchen sink piping and even refurbish the joint connected to my pipes inside the drywall. A seal was missing as well, so Titus identified that and replaced it.

I would recommend Titus and Pipe Bros to anyone in the community.

I live in Orange County and called a local plumbing service that had great ratings (Efficient Plumbing). They made an appointment for us to repair a faulty shower valve in our kids bathroom. They must have a partnership with Pipe Bros because Titus came (and was in good communications with their dispatch) and repaired the faulty cartridge. He was professional and friendly. We appreciate how he verified the issue before going to get the proper parts for the fixture. He tested everything and ensured everything was clean before heading out. I thought the price for the repair was fair and appreciated his punctuality. Overall a great experience...thanks Pipe Bros!

Titus came out on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and speedy. He assessed our problem with our upstairs sink and even went off to our local Home Depot for a part. They bought out my previous plumbing company that I used...tried to give them a chance and found that I was charged $49 for ME to tell them what the problem is and how to fix it. They could not figure it out on their own! Then they had to call their ""instructor"" for further guidance. Yep-not a chance I let them work on my home. Steve and crew from Pipe Bros did an excellent job re-lining our sewer pipe. Root intrusion through joints of our clay sewer pipe plagued our house for years. Snaking and chemicals worked somewhat, but the frequency of clogs became intolerable.

We took repair estimates from two plumbing companies. The first did a camera inspection and concluded a ""pipe burst"" method was absolutely required with extensive driveway demolition. Steve gave me a 5% lower estimate for the same job description.

Steve and crew showed up on time. He was prepared for the pipe burst operation, but his camera inspection pointed to a less intrusive solution -- re-lining the interior of the pipe and reconstruction of the access port. Steve and crew ran into no problems, and were finished within 6 hours. (The other company had quoted this as a 3-day job.) Steve showed me camera inspections of the finished work, with a now seamless path to the city main. The work area was left clean. They even saved and re-planted an ornamental tree that had to be dug up. Actual price with within the range quoted on their original estimate.
