I called PipeBros early Saturday morning to address a persistent kitchen sink clog and they came out early that afternoon! Prior to coming out, they had given me a very reasonable estimate and were upfront about the costs. Christian was the plumber who came out. He was on time, professional, friendly, and ameliorated the problem quickly. He also gave me some very useful information on cleaning my faucet aerator. I was impressed with the quality of service I received and wholeheartedly endorse PipeBros to anyone needing a great plumber.

Titus arrived on time, was clean and dressed professionally, not dirty. Even his shoes were clean so I didn't mind him walking into my house. We called Pipe Bros to fix an emergency toilet clog-- having found them on Yelp due to their good reviews (which must all be fake? ). The told us they'd be able to waive the usual emergency visit fee over the phone. What they didn't tell us was that we were about to be subject to:

1. Ridiculous price gouging.

Their plumber arrived 2 hours late at 8pm and told us that they would have to perform a emergency ""clean-out"" before they could un-clog the toilets. They quoted us $1500 (I found out later that clean-outs usually cost $700-800)--and by that time we didn't have a choice but to pay thinking that they would finish the job right away....

2. Shady business practices.

Once we agreed to pay $1500, they told us that they would have to come back the next day to do the clean out. They quickly unclogged the toilets before they left though... So, it seems they arrived late and lied about needing the clean out in order to fix the clog... They also tried to upsell us some sort of video/hose service-- the plumber quoted us $250 while the owner tried to sell it to us for $350.

3. Horrible customer service.

When we called to complain about the price, the owner made up a bunch of excuses saying that they had to charge extra because it was late/a weekend job. Also, after the clean-out was completed, one of the toilets was still clogged and we had to schedule for the plumber to come out one more time. He never scheduled an exact time; instead, he called us at at 10am saying that he could go to the house at 10:30am-- which was not a good time for us because we were on the road driving. Other people were at the house to let him in so he went ahead with out me. He completed the job at 10:37pm and then called to demand payment immediately.... When I told him that we couldn't pay right away because I was driving and that I made it CLEAR to him that I would not be able to be there in person, he said verbatim ""i have other appointments, I don't work around your schedule-- you work around mine"".

Never use Pipe Bros Plumbing! Run far far away!

Steve was excellent. I called him in the morning, he was here in the afternoon, came back in the evening to finish his work. He takes his time to efficiently give you a great product. Also, great service. He was authentically nice, informative and honest. I would highly recommend him!

Several days ago I began to experience a homeowners; nightmare [water coming through downstairs light fixtures for an upstairs leak] which unfolded over several days. The technician Steve sent out was Christian who, over the course of several days, made things easier for me.

I appreciated that Christian told me up front about costs and, because I had to take time off work, he made sure to call me ahead and assure me he was on his way. The work was done in the shortest time possible, no delays with no hidden costs.

When I need a plumber again, I will be calling Pipe Bros. Thanks for being there!

A week ago, the shut off valve to my home started leaking. I've always had some issues with it being that my condo was built in the late 70's. I called a few plumbers and asked them to look at the issue and provide an estimate. Each company arrived to my home way past their appointment time. They all looked unprofessional - no uniforms and clothes were dirty and full of holes. Even more so, they all wanted to demo the concrete area around the pipe. I felt that they wanted to overcharge me for this one time job, so I said no to all of them. At that point, I kind of gave up thinking there was no other way to fix this thing...until I called the Pipe Bros. They quoted me over the phone and Titus arrived EARLY, was very PROFESSIONAL, and overall was a nice guy. Anyways, Titus looked at the pipe and fixed it without putting a jack hammer to my patio. The shut off valve no longer leaks and functions perfectly. When compared to what the other companies wanted to do, Pipe Bros pricing was the very best. When I call them again in the future, I will definitely ask for Titus!

I had a water heater that was leaking and I called pipe bros for plumbing service. They were able to make me an appointment the same day and replace my water heater for a very reasonable price. They did an excellent job and were very thrill and cleaned up after themselves. Their customer service was exceptional. I recommend this company to anyone around the Pasadena area

Excellent service, excellent customer service and honest, Pipe Bros delivered all with a more then reasonable fee ! On a Sunday, a holiday and with houseguests, my main drain backed up, up through my toilets, bathtub and shower- Human Waste ! It was a nightmare. I left a message with a few. Pipe Bros called back shortly after another well known plumbing chain reached out and I booked the repair. Pipe Bros explained over the phone what ""song & dance"" pitch I might face with this possible expensive scenario and even offered to speak with the first plumbers on the phone posing as a friend ! Not only did the Pipe Bros' owner nail the rip off, but saved me thousands of dollars. Dwight was sent to my rescue and in 106 degree heat, (really!) after numerous attempts and much tenacity, opened the plugged main drain, which was failed by the well known previous plumbing company. Pipe Bros saved me from a $8000.00 + job quoted by the previous plumber. Dwight, cleaned up the horrid mess and the bill was a few hundred dollars !!! When you find a honest, capable and reasonable plumber, keep them !
I have and will continue to recommend this company of integrity and service.
