I entered the plumbing field working with my father, Tom Woodhams, and his partner, Randy Thomas, who ran a prosperous plumbing company in the San Francisco Bay Area. They helped me grasp the essential engineering concepts of plumbing. Following my time with them, I engaged in extensive commercial and industrial projects in California, New York, and South Carolina. This background provided me the chance to learn from various skilled mechanical professionals, expanding my expertise in other mechanical areas. I also value collaborating with talented residential builders and architects, from whom I have gained valuable insights into building design and codes.
