I started my plumbing journey alongside my father, Tom Woodhams, and his business partner, Randy Thomas, who operated a thriving plumbing firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. They helped me grasp the essential engineering concepts of plumbing. After years of experience with them, I took on large-scale commercial and industrial projects across California, New York, and South Carolina. That experience enabled me to gain insights from many talented mechanical tradesmen, enhancing my understanding of different mechanical trades. I enjoy partnering with experienced residential builders and architects, from whom I have acquired significant knowledge about building design and regulations.
