I was recommend by family and friends this company... very good plumbing company.. I had my garbage disposal not working and kitchen sink backed up and I called this company and they sent out this plumber by the name of Alfonzo Plasencia .. he checked and right away was able to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Alfonzo to friends and family to fix their plumbing issues.

This is by far the best plumbing experience I have had yet! I was experiencing issues with my kitchen sink and the technician Alfonzo came and was able to diagnose the problem and fix everything! I was very pleased with the job he did and I will definitely be using his plumbing services again.

This plumbing company is unreliable and the the person who came to fix the shower pipes was incompetent. They overcharged me for the work and I am still left with a leaky pipe. I called them back to come back to fix it but they will not without charging more. Stay away from Pioneer Plumbing!!!!!!!

8/2/16: UPDATE - I RECEIVED A CALL YESTERDAY FROM GLENN AT PIONEER SAYING HE WILL HONOR HIS COMPANY'S COUPON AND SAID THEY WILL ONLY CHARGE MY ACCOUNT $100.00 FOR THE WORK INSTEAD OF $150.00 AS ORIGINALLY BILLED. THEY WILL DEFINITELY GET MY RECOMMENDATION WHEN ANYONE ASKS ME FOR A PLUMBING REFERENCE AND IF I EVER HAVE A PLUMBING ISSUE THEY WILL BE THE ONES I CALL!

7/29/16: My kitchen sink clogged and I couldn't get it unclogged. I initially called Mike Diamond Plumbers. Their ad states ""Need Service Really Fast? Call Now"". I called and it's Friday at 2:42pm. Jeanie tells me they can send someone out on Saturday afternoon between 1pm and 5pm. I told her that would mean we could not use the kitchen until tomorrow night. She said she could put me down for the appt and if I find someone else then I could cancel it. I called Pioneer Plumbing & Rooter at 3pm and was told they could send someone out TODAY between 4pm and 6pm.
At 5:36pm I received a call from Pioneer letting me know they were running behind and the new window would be between 6pm and 7pm. Troy showed up at approximately 7pm. I told him I had 2 clogged drains. He was able to unclog both and did a great job.
[ I would have given 5 stars and the only reason I'm not is that the coupon they offer on their website was not honored even though I made the appt at 3pm. Their coupon was for $55. I showed Troy the coupon and he said it is not valid after 4pm. The coupon doesn't give a specific time and even though I called at 3pm for the appt Pioneer didn't arrive until 7pm. That wasn't my fault and I felt Pioneer should have honored the coupon. I even mentioned to Troy that I had made the appt at 3pm. I understand he is only following orders so I ended up paying $150.00 instead of $110.00. Troy did a great job and if I ever have another clogged drain I'll call Pioneer again. ]

Great service ! These people are very friendly and helped me get everything repaired as soon as possible. I was a bit skeptical from some of the other reviews but everything went great for me ! These people definitely have me as a returning client !

RIPOFF ALERT!!! I will never call this company again. They attempted to get me to do a $3200 job when only a small repair was necessary. That was AFTER they did not show when I had taken off from work early to meet them.
I thought the were friendly and customer service oriented, as when I told them I had taken off from work early and they could not get the plumber out to me until 4 hours after the appointment, they offered a free service the next day. Well, what really happened is the guy, a supervisor, came out and announced the pipe going through the wall was rotted out, they would have to tear up the wall replace the pipe, etc. It would cost up to $3200. I called another plumber who told me that was completely false. Cut off the end of the pipe which was the only part of the pipe which was rotten, installed a new trap and was out within 1 hour and under $100.

Called to schedule service; asked about prices. Told $69 to show up, but then they refused to give any further cost info, not even minimum expense if the job is trivial. Yes, plumbing jobs can blow up with unknown costs, but where is the floor, and how big are the steps ? Asked to speak with someone else, only to suddenly be told ""oops, [we] are out of [their] service area"", though our city it prominently on their web page. Every other place I've called will at least give a minimum price if the job is easy. Maybe they are great plumbers, but I found them terrible on the phone. Being expected to pay $70 and wait just to learn minimum cost seems ridiculous.
