I don't write a lot of reviews, but I was blown away with Pioneer's service. Tony Rodriguez is a real nice guy and very professional. The price was a mind blowing $55, which was 4 times less than another competitor that I used in the past. They were really responsive and answered all my concerns. Would definitely use them again!

Was a little nervous because of a few recent bad reviews, but we were really happy. They came out within a few hours of our call for a plugged kitchen sink drain. They were running behind, but kept us posted on the plumber's ETA. The plumber himself (Min was his name) was awesome. Polite, tidy, efficient, and explained everything he was doing. Oh, and personable! Bonus! We'd definitely use again.

After using them once, I will never use them again... they seem expensive and unreliable. I had to press real hard to get my repair re-done so it actually works. And they are literally just a few blocks from my location.

This place is the worst plumbing company we have ever encountered, I would give it 0 stars if it let me. They are rude, belittling and will go ahead and break your pipes and turn around and tell you, ""Oops, oh well, but you signed the contract, there are no guarantees."" After contesting the so called ""work"" they did on our plumbing with our credit card company, attached is the letter we received from Pioneer. In their contest, they say for every every call they mention a free inspection to see if we have a waste clean out, she never mentioned or asked us if we had a waste clean out once. Basically they told us a bunch of lies and didn't do what they said they were going to do. The letter attached to my post is what they think of their customers and how they really treat people, If you care to be swindled and talked about in a condescending way, please go right ahead and use this place for your plumbing needs. And just be sure your pipes don't break while they do the job, they'll blame you.

Pioneer Plumbing was professional, polite and efficient. Our drains get clogged with roots once or twice a year. The price was fair and they voluntarily gave me a 10% senior citizen discount. Can't beat that. Would definitely use them again and would refer them to family and/or friends

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The owner and his employees work together to not only overcharge you, but also intentionally break pipes, walls and anything else necessary to make a buck. Once they have broken it, they will tell you it was already broken and hand you an estimate to ""fix it."" Need I say more?

Perfect experience and a prototype for how service companies should be run. Arriving on time after an advance call to accurately alert to arrival time; providing the best solutions and then implementing immediately. Friendly, fairly priced and quality workmanship. If only they did more than plumbing :)
