I had a great experience with the guys at Pioneer Plumbing. They took care of the problem as fast as they could and really made an effort to get our hot water back on. It was a successful job and I can tell that they are really committed to making their customers happy. I am so glad we got a 5 year warranted with them. Hopefully we won't need to use it too much but I know when we do, we can count on them to help us out. An extra big thank you to Kevin for taking such good care of us!

I broke my water main over the weekend pulling trees. I had everything dug up and called pioneer and they sent Raul over. He was very professional and had me up and running in no time. I will never use any other company.....ever.

Mike Hollywood is absolutely amazing, he has spent so much quality time coming back and forth to our house to help with our recurrent AC dilemma. When I call him, and he has been willing to come next day without question to help us out no matter what his schedule is for the day. He is very responsive and always answers my calls to reassure me that everything will be okay, and I believe him even when it's 115 degrees outside! I highly recommend Pioneer due to his fantastic customer service!

A plumber was sent out quite speedily to fix an emergency. Price didn't seem too extraordinary and soon the problem was resolved. Two days later the parts which were installed failed rendering all the parts and labor invalid.

Of course, I called back and let them know the problem and was told that the $12 in parts would be covered but we would have to pay for the labor again. I can somewhat understand this if it had gone six or eight months before failing but this was it within 48 hours.

I ended up calling a different plumber who said that the parts were installed wrong which would, of course, have the original problem repeat itself again so soon.

This just seems like very bad form. I have waited several weeks to post this for my emotions to settle. I am still irritated. I think a three star review is perhaps overly generous but I have to factor in my anger level.

The tone of the representative was sort of just ""tough luck"". Tough luck is when your burger is overcooked not when you drop $500 thinking you're getting a professional repair.

Cassius was able to arrive a little early, quickly figured out why I had very low water pressure and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I hate having to wait around for contractors to arrive within some ludicrous window, but these guys call when they're getting ready to head your way so you don't have to take time off work to sit around and wait. Great work!

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever used. I called them out for a plumbing issue I had with a rental home. They quoted me a price and charged me double. The company never called me to tell me they were going to charge me more. Their excuse was ""I should have known it was going to cost more because it took longer than they thought."" Never received a return call after I complained about the charge. Very unprofessional!

I'm new to Tucson n had guests coming for the holidays when one bathroom decided to break. Cassius came out and looked at the toilet and bathtub . He knows his stuff! Fixed it very fast and was 100% accurate on his start and end times. Price was fair too.

Pioneer Plumbing was called early yesterday morning to fix a leak in a pipe near our water heater in our garage. They came the same afternoon and were professional, polite, and got the job done to our satisfaction without damaging our pocket book. What more can you ask for? Oh, and I did NOT get a recorded message when I called -- the phone was answered by a real person! Thank you for great customer service!! Would definitely use them again if and when a need arises.

Just a couple of weeks before our wedding, we heard dripping from behind our bathroom wall. After Don from Don's Plumbing came to check it out, he informed us that we needed to get the whole house replumbed ASAP, which was beyond his one-man shop's abilities (Sidenote: Don didn't even charge us for the service call - I highly recommend him for smaller jobs). I read reviews for Pioneer and Silverado online and called them both on a Tuesday. I explained to them that we were on a tight timeline to get the job done because of the wedding, and Rene from Pioneer came out to do an estimate within an hour or two. After we got a quote from Silverado the following day, Pioneer's came in at almost half the cost (in the end, probably closer to ¾ the price since Pioneer's quote didn't include plaster work and Silverado's did). I called Pioneer that Thursday in the afternoon and told them that we wanted to go with them. I arrived at their office a few minutes before 5:00pm and signed the paperwork. AFTER I signed the paperwork, the gentleman who was helping me told me that I could sign up for Angie's List and get 15% off the price of the labor on the job, which ended up saving us a couple hundred $. I was really impressed by this since they had already won our business.

Even more impressive, I was told they could start the job the at 7:30am Friday (the next morning), clean things up and turn the water back on for the weekend, and then finish the job by Monday. The next morning, Pioneer's truck was parked outside our house at 7:20 and they knocked on our door at 7:25. The plumbing job was done by Monday as promised, 5 whole days before our first wedding guests arrived and less than a week after I first called. The plaster work didn't get done until later, but that was a separate contractor and had to do more with our own time constraints than theirs. The city inspector who came to inspect after they were done told us they did an A+ job.

It was so nice to find this level of competence in our moment of crisis! Thank you Pioneer!
