Just a small update as I have done them before for Pinson Plumbing. They never disappoint! Today was no different. Had them check what we felt was a problem or had the potential, and it was not, just a minor adjustment, with some helpful information! As long as they are in business, or as long as we live close enough for them to do our work, Pinson Plumbing will always be who we call. We appreciate them greatly.

Rob Pinson was great in our initial conversations about pricing and scheduling and sent out an excellent team to take care of us. Ray and the gang were knowledgeable, quick, and went above and beyond in making sure everything was installed perfectly and cleaned up well when they were done. I have no words to how I can describe this company. From the moment I called to the moment the tech left, it was nothing short of perfect.

I called and Rob answered, told him my situation, sent him pictures, and he said he'll have someone over between 3-5PM the same day. I was thoroughly shocked because I had called over 10 companies prior and they all said the task was going to require a new valve with estimates above $1000. I was a bit shocked knowing Rob was so confident in the project just based off a picture.

Couple hours later, Joe arrives, and within half an hour he was in and out. These guys are absolutely phenomenal, from the service to the personality. This is the type of company I will do business with.

Rob and the guys at Pinson Plumbing are the best I've ever worked with. They show up on time, can explain everything they are doing, and clean up after the job. They will tell you what should be fixed or what can wait and aren't going to push you to make a sale. Will be calling them again if I need any more work done.

Our neighbor recommended Pinson Plumbing for the main line sewer work we needed done. The owner, Rob, is extremely responsive, called back right away to schedule an inspection. We hired them for the job - he and his crew was very impressive. Very professional, communicated with us every step of the process (it was a 2 day job), used text and email to keep us notified of appointment and when crew was arriving, rates were reasonable and the crew worked diligently to get the work done. Rob even stopped out at our job while his crew was working, as I think he was in the area. It was a pleasure working with Pinson. We like to use small businesses and highly recommend Rob and Pinson Plumbing!

Called Pinson Plumbing for a leak in my condo between the first and second floor. Brett Bauders from Pinson Plumbing arrived ahead of schedule (finished previous job early) had mask on, was very courteous, explained everything thoroughly. As part of the free estimate, he cut into the drywall to find the source of the leak. He carefully laid out a tarp to catch all the debris first. The leak turned out to be different than I had previously thought, it was from a corroded fire sprinkler supply line, which our Homeowners Association is responsible for repairing. (They don't want anybody else doing anything to the sprinkler system.) Brett cleaned up all the drywall debris and soaked insulation and other trash to his truck. I felt bad that he spent time to find the leak for a free estimate and it turns out he couldn't work on it, so I gave him a little something for a nice lunch.

When I do have an actual plumbing issue next time, I'm giving Pinson Plumbing a call.

Well we had a plumbing issue. Two years ago we ran across this plumber ""Ray Dolan"" and have literally called countless company's trying to find him these past couple of years and low and behold we found him working for Pinson! He is extremely bright, knowledgeable, understands his trade, and never lets a plumbing issue get to him. Professional and efficient! Two years ago we had this clog and he was told by many of his associates what he proposed to do was impossible, so he actually made a tool which effectively fixed the issue! He came this morning and fixed our issue at a reasonable price! We are so happy to have found him. He is a gem! A real connoisseur!
