Fantastic and honest service! I called Rob super late on a Thursday night when my main drain line clogged up. I expected to leave a message and then cross my fingers someone would call me the next day (I am well experienced in sub par plumbers unfortunately, and no phone call back is pretty standard). I was surprised when Rob not only answered the phone, but was very friendly and willing to talk it out with me. His guy came out the next day, showed me the issues, and jetted my main all for a very reasonable price. I have had to do this once a year for the last 4 years due to tree invasion, and have paid up to 40% more in the past. Joe was my plumber, and was very friendly and calming to my wife, who was handling the whole deal since I was working. Thanks to your team!

Pinsons plumbing was top notch on all levels. Rob provided me with timely consulting advice over the phone on how to stop a minor but pesty leak, while scheduling a next day appointment. The team showed up on time, quoted me a fair price prior to starting, and what I appreciated most as a DIY homeowner was thier patience and professionalism to walk me through the problem/repair process. Shortly after repairing the initial problem, Pinsons plumbing did a final walk through of my homes plumbing and was able to resolve another issue with a prolematic shower fixture that I have been putting up with for years. Most definitely will be using Pinsons plumbing for all my future projects (big or small).

I had Joe out to repair a drain line under my house on a raised foundation. He showed up on time, inspected the problem and gave me an estimate. The cast iron drain was rotted out beyond repair, he even took several pictures to discuss the issues when he came out. After completing the work, he left our house clean and hauled off the old pipe. I highly recommend Joe and Pinson plumbing.

Where do I start. I can't begin to express how helpful these guys were. We were having a water pressure issue and originally called Mike Diamond, the overpriced ripoff company that told us we needed to spend $8000 and re-pipe our whole house. Luckily my wife talked me in to getting a second opinion and we came across Pinson Plumbing online. Joe and Brett showed up and within 15 minutes they identified the culprit and were 100% honest in telling us we had a small leak which they were able to repair within a couple hours. Needless to say the few hundred we paid to have them double check the problem and fix it quickly was the best decision we could have possibly made. Bought a new house, not new build, had him come by & replace a few valves, install a new water heater, new kitchen sink, replace all the toilets & plum a new shower. His work was clean, even with the house being torn apart, stayed late to finish everything up & did clean welds on the pipes (very skilled work). I then recommended him to my in-laws, enough said. Sending a contractor to your mother in laws house is the highest compliment I can give!
