Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating is led by Charlie Malley. Following his college graduation in 2004, Charlie worked for multiple plumbing contractors. Beginning as an apprentice, he worked tirelessly to rise through the ranks, often dedicating evenings and weekends to side jobs. This side work ultimately opened the door for him to establish his own company. In 2013, Pinnacle P&H was founded and has experienced significant growth annually since. With several trucks and a committed workforce, we seek to revolutionize the plumbing and heating landscape, one delighted customer at a time!
Charlie Malley is the founder and operator of Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating. Born and raised in Roslindale (Boston), MA, Charlie comes from a family of dedicated workers. He developed a strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge from a young age. He completed his education at Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury before obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Plymouth State University. Immediately after college, Charlie immersed himself in the plumbing trade and has never looked back. While he enjoys connecting with new clients, one of his greatest joys is the relationships he builds with his clientele. Every job offers its own set of challenges, which he finds fulfilling. Charlie strives to establish his company as a plumbing contractor you can trust and count on in any scenario.

Charlie and Mike were great to work with, got the job done fast, and were very clear about the problem and how they were going to fix it. We found our basement flooded due to a rusted out cast iron drain pipe. They came out the same day we called and showed up the next morning getting it fixed by early afternoon. Additionally, they were up front about the cost, which was very reasonable, and the project was completed as quoted.

He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part quickly and efficiently. Our hot water and heat was back up and running in 45 minutes.
He's great to deal with, very professional and is an ace when it comes to plumbing. He's prompt and very reasonable rates. I'll be using Pinnacle again soon for some additional work.

Charlie was always available for questions and the work was amazing - very clean, streamlined, professional- and very reasonably priced. Maria E.I highly recommend this company. I had a pipe burst in that terrible winter of 2015. I called this company and the owner came right over. He proceeded to repair the pipe working with a contractor to fix my wall.
He was pleasant, easy to talk to, explained everything and calmed me down that night.
Since then I have used him for all my plumbing needs. I replaced a bathroom and he was right there working along with the contractor.
He responds to my calls very quickly. He is extremely reliable and top notch quality work. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
