The driving force behind Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating is Charlie Malley. Charlie began his career with several plumbing contractors after graduating from college in 2004. Beginning as an apprentice, he worked tirelessly to rise through the ranks, often dedicating evenings and weekends to side jobs. Over time, his side work blossomed into the opportunity to launch his own venture. Pinnacle P&H was established in 2013 and has seen remarkable growth each year since. With a fleet of trucks and a dedicated team, we aim to transform the plumbing and heating industry, one satisfied customer at a time!
The owner and operator of Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating is Charlie Malley. Born and raised in Roslindale (Boston), MA, Charlie comes from a family of dedicated workers. A good work ethic and eagerness to learn were instilled in him early on. After graduating from Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury, he pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Plymouth State University. Upon graduating, Charlie jumped straight into the plumbing field and has continued ever since. Charlie takes pleasure in meeting new clients frequently, but he particularly values the relationships he forms with his customers. Each job presents unique challenges that he finds rewarding. He is dedicated to growing his business into a plumbing contractor you can rely on in any circumstance.

Charlie and Mike were great to work with, got the job done fast, and were very clear about the problem and how they were going to fix it. We found our basement flooded due to a rusted out cast iron drain pipe. They came out the same day we called and showed up the next morning getting it fixed by early afternoon. Additionally, they were up front about the cost, which was very reasonable, and the project was completed as quoted.
Ted B.Our hot water heater relief valve started gushing water last night for no apparent reason so I called Pinnacle right away. Charlie answered my call and showed up first thing this morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the defective part quickly and efficiently. Our hot water and heat was back up and running in 45 minutes.
He's great to deal with, very professional and is an ace when it comes to plumbing. He's prompt and very reasonable rates. I'll be using Pinnacle again soon for some additional work.
Richard G.Charlie and his team removed a 35 year old gas boiler and installed a new HE boiler with tankless water heater in 2 days. Charlie was always available for questions and the work was amazing - very clean, streamlined, professional- and very reasonably priced. All the work took place during a cold spell in December (2017) so quick expertly installed work was much appreciated.

Maria E.I highly recommend this company. I had a pipe burst in that terrible winter of 2015. I called this company and the owner came right over. He proceeded to repair the pipe working with a contractor to fix my wall.
He was pleasant, easy to talk to, explained everything and calmed me down that night.
Since then I have used him for all my plumbing needs. I replaced a bathroom and he was right there working along with the contractor.
He responds to my calls very quickly. He is extremely reliable and top notch quality work. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
