Wow! Had the worst experience with them today and will never use them again! They came out to reset a toilet for me and seal a vessel sink. They quoted $ 456 for the toilet and $ 289 for the sink. I thought both quotes were on the high side, but asked them to get started on the toilet. In the meantime, I did some research to get a better idea of the going rates for these jobs. (Should have done that beforehand...). They complete the toilet job in less than an hour. I asked them why this job is $ 456 when it takes them less than an hour to fix it? The guy says that there were parts included - all of which are a couple of bucks only. When I tell him how much these parts are, he says he will call his boss to see if I could get a better deal. He pretends to call his boss and eventually comes back to tell me that there is a typo in their pricing book. The toilet job should have been listed for $ 250 only... Will never use them again!

1st time we used them, we had positive experience with customer service, technician who replaced kitchen disposal to new one. completed job in few hours after we called.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They do NOT get the job done. They came out to fix a broken pipe, Pre-charged $3000 (promising a fixed pipe, camera inspection, and repairs) dug a hole, decided they could do NOTHING literally left big hole, with water coming out no repairs whatsoever after only being there for 2 hours, and then said too bad they were charging the entire fee...after arguing they had done nothing to which both technicians agreed (that they truly had done nothing), they spoke with their boss who said they still had to charge over $1700 including tax!!!! We had NO service and they came from BEACON do not call BEACON do not use they are totally worthless!!!! You would be better off calling any other service than them! TURN THEM AWAY Beacon should be ashamed!

These folks are amazing, they answer day or night, take emergencies seriously and give fair price offers as well as advice on how to maintain your home better. I wouldn't hesitate to call them or refer people to them.

This is a company that charges unreasonably amount for the work they did. I really regret calling them for the service. Once they are here, they use all kind of technic to scare you by saying how bad it is and giving you a high price for a simple job. If you decline, they'll charge you unreasonable trip fee. They'll persuade you by saying ""Counting in the trip charge, it will end up cost more if you call a different company."" STAY AWAY from this company!!!

They were originally to come in during a weekday in the afternoon and then received a call from their office that they had to reschedule the following week which was no problem.

The only problem was they never showed up or called informing me about the appointment. Huge disappointment. All I wanted was an estimate regarding our furnace.

Well, here goes my very first Yelp review... I called Pinky's because I was looking for a plumber to resize a fitting for my gas line to fit my new natural gas grill. I'm no plumber, but even I know this was a simple job and would require about $15 in parts and about 30 minutes of time to do it myself (I've already talked to a couple people about how to do it). I only called a plumber because messing with a gas line makes me nervous.

The plumbers arrive (yes there were two plumbers for this job), inspect the line and then go out to their truck to get parts. Apparently they didn't have the right parts and would have to go to their store and come back. That wasn't a big deal, but what set me off is that they wanted $208 to do the work!!!

When I heard the price, I immediately declined the work. When I told the plumbers their price is outrageous the head plumber became very argumentative with me. At first he tried to tell me that the cost was because of his time going to and from their store to get the parts, but when I said it was their fault that they didn't have the right parts on hand and I wasn't paying for his time to go back and forth, he told me they charge a flat rate. I believe everyone should be paid for their time and effort, but to charge that much for such a simple project is absurd.

In the end, I paid $32 to have a plumber argue with me. I guess this is what I get for not doing my homework on these guys first. Believe the Yelp reviews, and save yourself the $32 consultation fee these guys charge.

I agree with others that they are on time and return calls.
The technician came out and gave me a $1000 quote to repair a leaky kitchen pipe - I needed a new faucet. Took 1 hour and the technician was extremely aggressive to do the work. I'm sure this is because he knew how outrageous his quote was. I also did not have time to get another bid and proceeded with the work. But i will NEVER use this company again. And I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Repairs were done correctly. Bill was another matter, WAY, WAY, WAY, TOO HIGH!!
Beware of EXCESSIVE OVER CHARGES! While I was out of the room the young man had my wife sign a document approving repairs totaling $1539.00 That's just to change a faucet in a kitchen sink and replace 2 connector hoses. When I realized what had happened the kid was on his way out the door. He said to call his boss, which I did. First call was around 11 AM and 2nd call at 4:45 PM. Never heard from anyone other than phone answering service.

I recently used Pinky's to completely replace my 12 yr. old townhouse combination heating & domestic hot water system with a new boiler and indirect fired water heater. Sawyer was the lead installer and was on time, provided me with regular updates on his progress, worked consistently for 15 hours, and was very clean during and after. Sawyer and team are very ethical, hard working and reliable and I would highly recommend Pinky's Plumbing to anyone. I felt the pricing was very reasonable, and the professionalism and depth of knowledge to be great.
