Wow all I can say I am impressed. My water heater broke the day before 8 people were flying into town to stay with me. I read the great reviews on yelp on pink plumbing so called for an emergency hot water heater to be installed. I called them they were extremely professional for initial call till the tech finished. Extremely satisfied with pink plumbing as they saved me from a huge nightmare.

I'd been procrastinating about a leaky hose bib in my front yard. When it got bad, I did my research here on Yelp and decided Pink Plumbing & Sewer we're the ones to call. Actually, I didn't even have to call because they (Chris, the owner) answered my online quote request in probably less than two minutes. Chris asked for a picture of the issue to go along with my description (which was probably weak at best) and was able to immediately determine the problem and quoted me a very good price. He came out himself as his techs were booked for the day and completed the work very efficiently. He was earlier than he'd estimated and very professional.

I was very impressed and felt confident asking for advice on another plumbing issue. He clearly is very knowledgeable and I could tell customer service and giving accurate, fair information was a top priority. I feel like I'm in good hands with Pink Plumbing and am thrilled I have someone great to use for any of my future plumbing needs.

We called Pink Plumbing last week because of an issue with our shower drain. We had worked with big name plumbing companies in the past but we were often left frustrated with the high prices they charged and the fact that they seemed unsure of what to do and how to solve our plumbing issues at times. So we tried Pink Plumbing this time. Best decision. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very professional, yet down to earth and willing to answer all my questions, which left me feeling much more confident in our decision to choose this company. He handled communication with my insurance company and also went the extra mile to answer my many questions through the process. He showed up to my house on time both for the diagnosis and the work. His team was polite, efficient, professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. As he left he told me to call at any time with any questions. I'm so happy we found this company, and while I don't look forward to any future plumbing issues we may have down the road in our home, I DO look forward to having a company I can confidently call to help fix whatever needs to be done!
